Management consulting by a bank is expected to have a win-win relationship to the mutual development of the banks and client firms. Previous studies also claimed that consulting had a positive impact on the competitiveness and business performance of the firms. Nevertheless, few empirical studies were found to analyze the relationship and explain the result whether consulting had really enhanced the competitiveness and performance of the businesses after consulting. The present paper has empirically analyzed the impact of a management consulting by a bank on the business performance of the client firms and on the contribution to the bank. In terms of client firms, the financial results of the client companies such as stability, profitability and growth potential were compared before and after the consulting; in terms of the bank, the changes in the last three-month average outstanding of deposits and loans were measured and verified in order to measure the contribution of the client firms to bank. A significant effect was confirmed in this study of the consulting on the client firms' the debt ratio-an item of financial stability and sales growth-an item of the growth potential.

This study investigated the influence of the quality of a business management consulting service and the mediating effect of utilizing a business management consulting service. For this purpose, data was collected from 200 self-employed workers of the Moonchang market in Dasejun, the Yongdap market in Seoul and the Jatgeoeul market in Gapyeong. The result of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the quality of interaction, the quality of the result and the quality of the physical environment have significant influences over peoples' financial aptitude. Second, it was found that the quality of the interaction, the quality of the result and the quality of the physical environment have significant influences over peoples' non-financial aptitudes. Thirds, the evaluation of a mediating effect of utilization of a business management consulting service on the relationship between the quality of a business management consulting service and business performance showed that it has a significant influence in all ways and so this, proved its mediating effect. Therefor, as one of the means to activate traditional markets in Korea, it would be beneficial to actively introduce a business management consulting service and this would achieve a better performance through efforts to change the perception of employees and consultants about post-management of business management consulting services.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate influence of sheltered workshop management consulting on management performance and reflect its outcome in order to improve the rationalization of management at sheltered workshop. The major results of this study that are summarized as follows: First of all, executive of sheltered workshop has expected management consulting. Management performance consist of business management, marketing, accounting/finance, production/operations. Marketing appears to have the highest expectations of these. Second, executive of sheltered workshop has expected management performance. Management performance consists of customer satisfaction Performance, internal process performance, financial performance. Internal process performance appears to have the highest expectations of these. Third, executive of sheltered workshop recognize management consulting that affects customer satisfaction performance. In particular, appears to have the greatest impact on the field of business management. Fourth, management consulting performance of sheltered workshop affects management consulting that affects internal process Performance. In particular, business management, production/operations appear to have the highest affectability better than others of these. Fifth, executive of sheltered workshop recognize management consulting that affects financial performance. In particular, business management, production/operations appear to have the highest affectability better than others of these. Sixth, executive of sheltered workshop recognize management consulting that affects customer satisfaction performance, internal process performance, financial performance. customer satisfaction performance appear to have the highest, financial performance appear to have the lowest.

The growing number of electronic financial transactions (e-banking) has entailed the rapid increase in security threats such as extortion and falsification of financial transaction data. Against such background, rigid security and countermeasures to hedge against such problems have risen as urgent tasks. Thus, this study aims to implement an improved case model by applying the Fraud Detection System (hereinafter, FDS) in a financial corporation 'A' using big data technique (e.g. the function to collect/store various types of typical/atypical financial transaction event data in real time regarding the external intrusion, outflow of internal data, and fraud financial transactions). As a result, There was reduction effect in terms of previous scenario detection target by minimizing false alarm via advanced scenario analysis. And further suggest the future direction of the enhanced FDS.

It is aimed at providing a guide for effective ERP implementation strategy in view of the need for differentiation and cost advantage strategy from competitors in introducing ERP centered on SMEs. The results show that differentiation and cost superiority and service quality are dependent on the introduction performance and mediating effect. First, the differentiation or cost advantage strategy supports the previous research results in financial performance. However, in the differentiation strategies, only the non-financial aspects were noted. Second, the differentiation and cost advantage strategy were analyzed to have financial performance only in the assurance of service quality factor and the remaining service quality was not significant in the introduction performance. Third, the mediating effect of consulting service quality was analyzed in terms of differentiation or cost advantage Did not do it. In conclusion, system construction is different from financial perspective in terms of construction strategy. In service quality factor, it affects the confidence that supplier provides, knowledge and confidence, and ability to give faith.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to find the factors for explaining the relationship between the satisfaction of IT consulting and entrepreneurship based on the corporate performance, financial and economic performance. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors of entrepreneurship and satisfaction of IT consulting on the basis of ecosystem. In addition, this study, did empirical analysis of the structural equation model by PLS(Partial Least Squares) in order to find out the moderating effect of satisfaction of IT consulting on entrepreneurship. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the moderating effect of satisfaction of IT consulting on entrepreneurship, which increase the influence the effect of entrepreneurship on the corporate performance. However, the second order factor of enterprise ecosystem has no effect on the corporate performance. In addition, this study find out that the important role of IT consulting according to the change of business environment.

This study is aimed at analyzing the factors that affect the behaviors of employee's investment, such as a decision making process in a variety of views and proving the extent of how those factors influence on their investment. The basic assumption is that the preceding factors that can be determined by the personal investment propensity, a psychological factor asserted by Behavior Financial Theory and financial-economic and social environment. This study uses Hershey's Investment Behavior Model(2007) as the main analysis tool to explain the investment behavior of individuals and deals with personal investment inclination in the psychological perspective of overconfidence, self-control and the risk tolerance propensity and add the financial and economic factors in terms of financial literacy and economic distress. Also the new preceding social environmental factors like social interaction and the effect of reference group are added to make this research to be more precise. This study analyze the adjustment effect of professional invest-consulting service that affect the fluctuation influence between the individual variables(those factors) and subordination variable(the level of investment satisfaction). The study reveals that overconfidence and self-control in direct ways have a positive effect on the level of investment satisfaction in terms of investment behavior and economic distress has a negative effect on the level of investment satisfaction. The adjustment effect provided by financial experts in investment consulting service is affirmed as the critical factor that increase the influence between self-control and the level of investment satisfaction. To conclude, the research reveals that the psychological factors are the main criteria when the workers as employees have to make investment decisions. To make investors be reasonable, a systematic financial education system provided by experts is needed from the early adolescent stages and financial companies should develop the relevant services of consulting service department as a key financial sector and financial investment products and consulting program and marketing tool pertinent to investors ages, vocational traits and their inclinations.

It has been over a decade since the business consulting services by SMBA started in order to build up competitiveness through supporting small and medium enterprises under the business environment of globalization. No matter how there is no post empirical data of evaluation. Therefore, this study is focused on analysing the practical performance of Coupon System Management Consulting(CSMC) by comparing the financial condition for a few years before and behind since the companies have been involving in. As a result, the statistical significances of research hypotheses were rejected for the most part. Moreover, the growth rates of sales and total assets of which each of them is one of the indicators concerning growth and activity, are negatively significant, which means that CSMC the needs comprehensive consideration about its efficiency and in all its aspects.

This study set up a study model through a previous study and aims to determine the control effect by organizational support in the effect relationship between consulting performance which is an independent variable and organizational performance which is a dependent variable. To do that, the hypothesis was verified by using statistical programs such as SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 which can be statistically useful with 511 copies except for the copies which cannot be utilized, over 4 weeks from February $25^{th}$ to March $24^{th}$, 2015, focusing companies located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon. The hypothesis testing result of the study model set by this study shows that firstly, this study has contributed to establishing an additional theory in the research between consulting performance and organizational performance while it has not been enough for consulting performance and organizational performance in previous studies. Second, although the moderating variable of organizational support in the effect relationship between consulting performance and organizational performance didn't show a partial positive (+) role in the hypothesis testing, more detailed analysis in the survey process and the variety on questionnaire configuration were provided in the variable selection. Third, as consulting performance shows a positive effect on organizational performance, a higher consulting performance gives a direct impact on organizational performance so that a realistic action plan on internalizing and enhancing consulting execution result into organizational performance is aggressively required.

According to the increase of the proportion of aged people, the medical demand for a senile chronic disease has been increased; therefore, aged people call for a geriatric hospital for special geriatric medical service. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the general characteristics and financial status of geriatric hospitals. For the study, a questionnaire was designed and sent to the geriatric hospitals to fill out the patient statistics, number of headcount by department, etc. to find out the stability, profitability, activity and so on financial statements of the hospitals were analyzed. The major findings of this study were as belows. 1. The ratio of the medical expenses to the revenue of the geriatric hospitals is much lower than acute care hospitals. But the probability of bankruptcy is higher due to the high ratio of the liabilities therefore it is required to stabilize the financial position by donating more money. 2. Government budget for the elderly people is not enough. To support the geriatric hospitals by going subsides, government should increase the budget. 3. Portion's of the patient of the geriatric hospitals are government support patient. Since the government doesn't pay the medical charges quickly, geriatric hospitals have a serious cash flow problem. Therefore, it is required that government is to prepay the bill. 4. Since geriatric hospitals treat elderly patient and most patients are government support patients, geriatric hospitals can be said to operate under the strict. 5. When we introduce the daily medical charge, the self-liability will be reduced on approximately 50% of current. This affection will bring a huge progressing financial structure to the medical profit of the geriatric hospital, and also patient family will feel less economical burden.
