만성 정신분열병 환자들의 인지 기능과 정서 인식 능력의 관련성 (The Relationship between Neurocognitive Functioning and Emotional Recognition in Chronic Schizophrenic Patients)

  • Objective:The present study examined the association between basic neurocognitive functions and emotional recognition in chronic schizophrenia. Furthermore, to Investigate cognitive variable related to emotion recognition in Schizophrenia. Methods:Forty eight patients from the Yongin Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center were evaluated for neurocognitive function, and Emotional Recognition Test which has four subscales finding emotional clue, discriminating emotions, understanding emotional context and emotional capacity. Measures of neurocognitive functioning were selected based on hypothesized relationships to perception of emotion. These measures included:1) Letter Number Sequencing Test, a measure of working memory;2) Word Fluency and Block Design, a measure of executive function;3) Hopkins Verbal Learning Test-Korean version, a measure of verbal memory;4) Digit Span, a measure of immediate memory;5) Span of Apprehension Task, a measure of early visual processing, visual scanning;6) Continuous Performance Test, a measure of sustained attention functioning. Correlation analyses between specific neurocognitive measures and emotional recognition test were made. To examine the degree to which neurocognitive performance predicting emotional recognition, hierarchical regression analyses were also made. Results:Working memory, and verbal memory were closely related with emotional discrimination. Working memory, Span of Apprehension and Digit Span were closely related with contextual recognition. Among cognitive measures, Span of Apprehension, Working memory, Digit Span were most important variables in predicting emotional capacity. Conclusion:These results are relevant considering that emotional information processing depends, in part, on the abilities to scan the context and to use immediate working memory. These results indicated that mul- tifaceted cognitive training program added with Emotional Recognition Task(Cognitive Behavioral Rehabilitation Therapy added with Emotional Management Program) are promising.

임상간호사의 감성역량, 학습조직화 및 간호조직문화가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Competence, Learning Organization, and Nursing Organization Culture among Nursing Performance of Clinical Nurses)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional competence, learning organization and nursing organizational culture on performance among clinical nurses. Methods : This study was conducted over a six-month period, with 170 nurses from general hospitals with 400 beds in three regions of Korea. Data were gathered from August 25th to September 10th, 2016, using a self-report questionnaire, and analyzed using the IBM SPSS 19.0 program. Results : The significant predictors of nursing performance were self-awareness (${\beta}=.32$), a master's degree or higher (${\beta}=.20$), relationship management (${\beta}=.26$), personal mastery(${\beta}=.23$), and 5~10 years in a clinical career (${\beta}=.16$). These variables explained 47.3% of the variance in nursing performance. Conclusions : To improve nursing performance, interventions that can enhance nurses' emotional competence and the need for program development to enhance their learning organization, as well as related variables, including academic credentials and clinical career, should be considered.

유방암 환자의 자기초월감 증진을 위한 자조집단과정 개발 및 운영 효과 (Effects of the Self-help Group Program for Promoting Self-Transcendence in Women with Breast Cancer)

  • Cancer survivor's self-help group may promote psychosocial adjustment in cancer patients. Self-transcendence has been shown to be related with crisis and adjustment in women with breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of self-transcendence promoting program to facilitate self-transcendence, physical, and emotional well-being in women with breast cancer. Thirty patients who received mastectomy were recruited, but 9 subjects of experimental group and 14 subjects of control group participated in this study. Subjects of experimental group attended the self-help group for self-transcendence once a week for 6 weeks. Each session of program was proceeded for 2hours and the program contained activities for promoting self-transcendence, stress management, communication skill, exercise and relaxation, symptom management, and family support. Data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires within seven days after mastectomy and after the program was finished in experimental group, within 7 days after mastectomy and after 3 months in control group. Self-transcendence was assessed using the self-transcendence scale (STS) developed by Reed. Physical well being was assessed using Symptom distress scale (SDS) developed by McCorkle and Young and emotional well being was assessed using Profile of mood states (POMS). As a result, no significant differences were found between both groups in changes of self-transcendence, emotional well-being, and physical well-being. Self-transcendence score was significantly decreased in control group (p =0.16). But that of experimental group showed no decrease. In conclusions, when the self-transcendence promoting program is provided to the patients with breast cancer, it can be helpful for promoting self- transcendence. For the further study, repeated research with appropriate sample size and more intensive nursing intervention to promote self-transcendence is suggested. And reassessment after 6 months is recommended for testing long term effects of the program.

임상간호사의 간호생산성 영향요인: 감성지능과 소진을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting Nursing Productivity of Clinical Nurses: Focused on Emotional Intelligence and Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 감성지능, 소진, 간호생산성과의 관계를 규명하고, 간호생산성에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 간호조직의 효율적 관리를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 D광역시에 소재한 300병상 이상의 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 255명을 편의표집 하여 2013년 11월 12일부터 12월 26일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0 program을 이용하여 t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe 사후검정, Pearson's correlation coefficient, enter multiple regression analysis하였다. 연구결과 임상간호사의 감성지능과 소진은 유의한 음의 상관관계를, 감성지능과 간호생산성은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 감성지능, 총 임상경력, 소진, 직위가 간호생산성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 간호생산성 변이의 43.4%를 설명하였다. 따라서 임상간호사의 감성지능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 중재프로그램을 다양하게 개발하여 소진을 낮추고 간호생산성을 높일 수 있도록 경력자 관리에 대한 간호조직의 효율적 운영과 전략 구축이 절실히 요구된다.

육아시설 청소년의 자아정체감과 지각된 보육사의 정서적 지지에 의한 청소년의 성가치관 (A Study on the Sexual Values of Institutionalized Adolescents in Terms of Ego-Identity and Perceived Emotional Support from Care Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ego?identity and rare teacher's emotional support on the value of sexuality of institutionalized adolescents. The subjects were 102 middle school adolescents in Daegu and Cyeongsangbuk Province, Korea. Ego-identity of the institutional youth, perceived emotional support of care teacher and sexual values reported by the institutionalized adolescents. The data were analyzed with an AMOS 5.5 Program by comparative fit index and a SPSS Win program 12.0 using cronbach's $\alpha$, simple regression, hierarchical multiple regression and path analysis. The findings showed that both the degree of ego-identity and perceived emotional support of care teacher exerted a significant effect on the sexual values of institutional youth. Furthermore, it is important to note that the care teacher's emotional support influenced sexual values of the youth, and was mediated by the ego-identity of the institutional youth.

간호사의 직무 배태성, 감성지능, 사회적지지, 이직의도 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among Job Embeddedness, Emotional Intelligence, Social Support and Turnover Intention of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to elicit basic data for effective human resource management by identifying the relationships among job embeddedness, emotional intelligence, social support, and the turnover intention of Nurses. Methods: Research design was to build a hypothetical causal model between variables and to verify its fitness. The sample for this study was 283 nurses with careers of more than 6 months in one hospital of more than 800 beds located in Seoul. They agreed in writing and this study was approved by the Institutional Review Board. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. Results: Differences in general characteristics for the variables were significant for age, marital status, education, work experience, job title, income, and department. Job embeddedness, emotional intelligence and social support were significantly correlated to turnover intention. Job embeddedness to emotional intelligence and social support showed positive effects and a negative effect to turnover intention. Emotional intelligence to turnover intention showed a positive effect, but social support was not significant. Conclusion: Organizations should provide ways to minimize voluntary turnover of a competent workforce and demonstrate their competency. Also it should develop training and management programs to effectively utilize emotional intelligence.

만성 조현병 환자의 라이프케어 증진을 위해 용인 정서관리 훈련 프로그램이 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Yongin-Emotional Management Training Program on the Improvement of Life Care in Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia)

  • 용인 정서관리 훈련 프로그램(Yongin-Emotion Management Training: Y-EMT)에 대한 기존 연구들은 단기 연구로서 효과의 지속성 측면에서 추후 연구를 제안 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 Y-EMT 프로그램이 정서장애에 미치는 효과성을 검증 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만성 조현병 환자를 실험군과 대조군을 30명과 28명 동질성 검사 후, 반복 측정법을 통해 Y-EMT의 상호작용 효과를 검증한 결과 첫째, 사전검사와 사후(5개월 후)검사, 사전검사와 1년 후 검사, 사전검사와 2년 후 검사에서 실험집단과 통제집단간 유의한 평균 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단인 경우 정서행동, 정서표현, 자기 효능감, 대인관계변화는 프로그램 종료 후 5개월까지는 높은 상승효과를 보였고, 이후 1년까지는 점진적인 상승효과가 있다는 것을 확인 하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 만성 조현병 환자들의 치료효과 및 지속성을 유지하기 위해서는 용인 정서관리 훈련 프로그램 및 인지재활 훈련, 사회기술 훈련, 인간관계훈련 등의 효과를 동시에 비교분석한 후 가장 효과성이 높은 프로그램과 약물치료를 병행하는 것이 사회복귀에 도움될 것으로 사료된다.

애착문제 유아 가족을 위한 인형을 이용한 가족놀이치료 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effectiveness of a Family Play Therapy Program Using Puppets for Families with Children Having Attachment Problems)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a "Family Play Therapy Program" using puppets to decrease attachment problems for families with children having attachment problems and to examine its effectiveness. The participants were an experimental group of 16 individuals(8 children with attachment problems whose ages ranged from 4 to 5 and 8 mothers) and a control group of 16 individuals (8 children with attachment problems whose ages ranged from 4 to 5 and 8 mothers). The experimental group was treated through the Family Play Therapy Program, which involved the use of puppets and was held for twelve sessions twice a week. The changes in the participants were measured in order to examine the effects of the program. The researcher measured children's emotional and behavioral expression(TBP), the mothers' sense of self(Self-Differentiation Scale), personal relationships(ECR-R), and the perception of family functions(ICPS-FFS) both before and after the FPT program and compared their differences. The MIM Rating Scale and Marschak Behavior Rating Scale were administered to examine the interactions between mothers and children, and 1:1 interviews were also conducted. The data thus gathered were used for non-parametric analysis(Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon rank sum test)using SPSS WIN 17.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, the program had a positive effect on children's emotional expression. After the problem were over, negative emotional and behavioral expression in the experimental group decreased. Second, the program had a positive effect on mothers' self-differentiation and personal relationships. Third, the program had a positive effect on changes in the interaction behaviors between the mother and child. Fourth, the program had a partially positive effect on the responses from their group developmental stages, especially on the subscale of both a program for the reinforcement of mothers' emotions and family play program utilizing puppets.

맞벌이 부부자녀를 위한 방과후 아동지도 프로그램 제안 연구 (A Proposal on the after-school child care programs for children of dual-earner couples)

  • The major purpose of this study is to investigate the actual condition of elementary school, nursery school, social welfare facilities providing after-school child care programs and to suggest new after-school program which is focused on social and emotional development for children of dual-earner couples. The cases of current after-school programs in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, it was showed Hat elementary school' child care programs after school were designed for speciality-aptitude education during 3-4 hours. Second, nursery school's programs were showed to instruct children in homework and make up learning and were operating until late evening. But the nursery school fee is more expensive than the other facilities. Third, social welfare facilities have a variety of program than elementary school and nursery school. But the program still consist of homework, supplementary lessons, speciality education etc. These facilities have too much students, compared to the teachers

통합건강증진사업 전문인력의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 조직지원인식과 직무만족도의 구조적 관계 분석 (Structural Relationship Analysis between Emotional labor, Job stress, Perceived organizational support and Job satisfaction for the Health Promotion Program Personnel)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 통합건강증진사업을 담당하는 전문인력의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 조직지원인식과 직무만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 인천시 보건소에 근무하는 통합건강증진사업 전문인력 126명이었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 감정노동은 연령과 결혼 유무에 따라(p<.05), 직무스트레스는 종교 유무에 따라(p<.01), 직무만족도는 경력, 종교와 결혼 유무에 따라(p<.01) 차이가 있었다. 감정노동이 직무만족도에 미치는 간접효과는 -0.315였고, 직접효과는 나타나지 않았다. 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 간접효과는 -0.288, 직접효과는 -0.228이었다. 조직지원 인식이 직무만족도에 미치는 직접 효과는 -0.507이었다. 본 연구는 통합건강증진사업 전문인력의 직무만족도 증진을 위한 대안과 중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
