보육교사의 자아존중감과 교수효능감 및 직무수행의 어려움 인식 간의 관계 분석 (A Study of the Relationship between Teachers' Efficacy and Difficulties on Job Performance Depended on Self-Esteem of Child Care Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 자아존중감과 교수효능감과 직무수행의 어려움 간의 관계를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 J지역 보육교사 282명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Peason 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 보육교사의 자아존중감은 교수효능감과 직무수행의 어려움 인식과 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 일반적 교수효능감은 자아존중감을 예측하는 중요한 요인이었으며 유아 보호 및 지도에 대한 어려움 인식이 더불어 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 자아존중감의 중요성을 강조하고, 보육교사들이 자아존중감을 경험하고 제고할 수 있는 기회의 확대를 제안하였다.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to clarify the influences of constructivist educational beliefs and eco-friendly teaching attitudes on early childhood teachers' mathematics teaching efficacy. This study also examined the mediating effect of eco-friendly attitudes on the relationship between the other two variables. Methods: A total of 399 teachers teaching 3,4 and 5-year-olds in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon participated in this study. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Win 21.0 program and the Sobel test. Results: First, mathematical teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers was significantly correlated with constructivist educational beliefs and eco-friendly teaching attitudes. Second, with teacher's career as the control variable, constructivist educational beliefs have more influence in mathematical teaching efficacy than the other variable. Third, eco-friendly teaching attitude partially mediated between the other two variables. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study imply that constructivist educational beliefs and eco-friendly teaching attitudes are important factors on mathematics teaching efficacy. It is expected that it will be used as basic data for various programs that increase constructivist educational beliefs and eco-friendly teaching attitudes.

유아교사의 음악에 대한 태도와 감성리더십이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Music Attitude and Emotional Leadership on Music Teaching Efficacy)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of early childhood teachers' music attitude and emotional leadership on their music teaching efficacy in the music education. Methods: 301 early childhood teachers answered the music attitude scale, music teaching efficacy belief instrument, emotional leadership scale, and questionnaire for socio-demographic characteristics and music experiences. Data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's productive correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: First, early childhood teachers had a higher music teaching efficacy in case of at least 10 years of teaching experiences period, having a post-graduate degree, having a music training experience, enjoying learning musical instruments and singing and listening to music during regular music lessons, and having a long music training experience. Similar results were derived from the subfactors of music teaching efficacy. Second, there were positive correlations(r=.172-.659, p < .001) in the total and subfactors scores among early childhood teachers' music attitude, emotional leadership, and music teaching efficacy. Lastly, early childhood teachers' music attitude and their emotional leadership were explained at 39~52 percent for their music teaching efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggests that it is important for early childhood teachers' perception of their belief, knowledge and feeling about music education.

영아교사의 정서지능이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향: 교사가 인식한 부모-교사 신뢰관계와 협력행동의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Emotional Intelligence of Infant Teachers on Play Teaching Efficacy: The Mediating Effects of Trust Relationship and Cooperative Behavior Between Parents and Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of the parent-teacher trust relationship and cooperative behavior in the relationship between the emotional intelligence of infant teachers and their play teaching efficacy. Methods: A total number of 216 teachers in charge of infants under the age of two at childcare centers located in H, Y, and O cities in Gyeonggi-do participated in the survey. Using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22, descriptive statistics, correlation and structural equation model were analyzed. Results: First, the emotional intelligence of infant teachers had a direct effect on play teaching efficacy. Second, the emotional intelligence of infant teachers influenced play teaching efficacy through parent-teacher's trust relationship. Third, the emotional intelligence of infant teachers influenced play teaching efficacy through parent-teacher cooperative behavior. Fourthly, it was found that the parent-teacher trust relationship and cooperative behavior were mediated sequentially in the influence of the emotional intelligence of infant teachers on play teaching efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study emphasize the importance of improving the emotional intelligence of teachers and the trust and cooperation between parents and teachers in order to increase the ability of early childhood teacher's play teaching efficacy.

근무기관의 조직건강성이 유아교사의 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향: 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과 검증 (The Influence of Organizational Health on the Creative Personality of Teachers in Early Childhood Education: Examining the Mediating Effects of Play Teaching Efficacy)

  • Objective: This study was conducted to examine the mediating effects of play teaching efficacy in the relationship between the organizational health of teacher workplaces and the creative personality of the teachers. Methods: The Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA were conducted for data analysis using SPSS 25.0. For mediating analysis, Baron & Kenny's (1986) multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 and the Sobel test were also implemented. Results: There were significant differences in the organizational health of the workplaces according to age, years of working experience, type of workplace, and daily working hours. For play teaching efficacy, there were significant differences according to age, education level, years of working experience, type of workplace, and daily working hours of the teacher. On the other hand, significant differences were found in terms of age and education level in relation to the teacher having a creative personality. Play teaching efficacy was found to have a full mediation effect on the relationship between the organizational health of the workplace and the creative personality of the teacher. Conclusion/Implications: The organizational health of the workplace and play teaching efficacy should be improved in order to enhance the creative personality of teachers in early childhood education.

영아교사의 교수효능감과 민감성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Infant Teachers' Teaching Efficacy and Sensitivity Level on Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영아교사의 교수효능감과 민감성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 S지역의 어린이집 영아교사 206명이다. 본 연구에서는 곽희경(2011)이 사용한 교수효능감 도구, 민광미(2014)가 개발한 교사 민감성 척도, 이종각(2013)이 수정, 보완한 조직몰입 검사 도구를 사용하여 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 Win program을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영아교사의 교수효능감은 보통 수준이었으며, 민감성은 보통보다 높은 수준이었고, 조직몰입은 보통 수준보다 약간 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 일반적 교수효능감은 모든 조직몰입과 정적관계를 보였고, 민감성은 조직몰입 중 정의적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 정적관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 영아교사의 조직몰입에 교수효능감의 하위요인 중 일반적 효능감, 민감성의 하위요인 중 일관성이 영향력 있는 변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 영아교사의 조직몰입 향상에 교사의 내적요인인 교수효능감과 민감성이 중요함을 시사하였다.

다문화가족 방문교육지도사의 다문화 효능감과 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Multicultural Family Visiting Instructors' Multicultural Efficacy and Job Satisfaction)

  • This study examined the multicultural efficacy and job satisfaction of multicultural family visiting instructors. The subjects were 750 visiting instructors from 140 multicultural family support centers in Seoul, 6 metropolitan cities, 9 provinces, and other cities and counties. Data were analyzed through frequency, percentages, Pearson's correlations, One-way ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ post-hoc test, independent t-test, and stepwise multi-regression using PASW 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences in all subscales of multicultural efficacy according to the teaching experiences of the multicultural family visiting instructors. On the other hand, there was a statistically significant difference only in trust in the relationships with multicultural families according to the teaching experiences of the multicultural family visiting instructors. Meanwhile, the independent t-test showed that there was a significant difference only in satisfaction regarding treatment and salary according to the assigned work. Second, the stepwise multi-regression models revealed that three subscales (job performance, trust in the relationships with the multicultural families, job aptitude) of job satisfaction were influenced by multicultural efficacy according to both the teaching experiences and assigned work, but this was no the case for satisfaction about treatment and salary. Regardles of teaching experience or assigned work, teaching efficacy in multicultural efficacy affected all subscales of job satisfaction except for satisfaction about treatment and salary. The implications for future studies are also discussed.

어린이집 조직혁신성, 영유아교사의 디지털 리터러시, 테크노스트레스와 교사효능감 간의 구조적 관계 분석 (Analyzing the Structural Relationship among Childcare Center Innovativeness, Digital Literacy of Early Childhood Teachers, Technostress and Teacher Efficacy)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among child care center innovativeness, the early childhood(EC) teacher's digital literacy(DL), technostress and teacher efficacy. Methods: The participants were 454 EC teachers and were selected only if they had worked for more than one year. The innovativeness of childcare centers, the teacher's DL, technostress, and teacher efficacy were assessed through online self-report questionaries. Data were analyzed through ANOVA, t-test, and SEM. Results: First, DL and technostress of EC teachers differed in some ways depending on the teacher's demographic background, the characteristics of their working institution, and their educational level of digital skills. Second, the childcare center innovativeness directly had a significant positive effect on DL, technostress, and efficacy of the teachers. In addition, the effect of the innovativeness on teacher efficacy was mediated by DL and technostress of the teachers. Conclusion/Implications: The more efforts made of childcare centers for recognizing the rapid development of DL and trying to change, the better the teacher's scores of DL and the appropriate technostress were, which increases teacher efficacy. So, continuous training and education for teachers with consideration of age and teaching experience, as well as public aid to improve teachers' DL skills are required.

어린이집 영아반 및 유아반 교사의 과학교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구 (A Study on the Variables That Predict Science Teaching Efficacy of Teachers of 0 to 2-year-olds and 3 to 5-year-olds in Childcare Center)

  • 이 연구는 어린이집 영아반 및 유아반 교사의 과학교수효능감을 예측하는 과학 교과교육학지식, 과학적 태도, 과학교수 적극성의 상대적 영향력을 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 어린이집 교사 208명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 피어슨의 상관관계 분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 어린이집 교사의 과학교수효능감에는 과학적 태도, 과학교수 적극성, 과학 교과교육학지식의 하위변인인 교수학습방법에 대한 지식 순으로 영향력을 가졌다. 영아반 교사는 과학교수 적극성, 과학적 태도의 순으로 과학교수효능감에 영향을 많이 주었고 유아반 교사는 과학적 태도, 교수학습방법에 대한 지식 순으로 과학교수효능감에 영향을 미쳤다. 이 연구결과는 어린이집 교사의 과학교수효능감을 증진시키는 것을 목표로 하는 영아반, 유아반 교사 대상 맞춤형 현직교사교육 프로그램 구성에 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

보육교사의 교사효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용과의 관계 (The Relationship between Teachers' Efficacy Belief and Interactions of Teachers and Children)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 질적 제고를 위한 목적으로 보육시설에서 근무하는 보육 교사들을 대상으로 교사효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용간의 관계를 파악하여, 교사-유아 상호작용에 대한 교사효능감의 중요성을 인식하고 나아가 교사교육의 방향에 중요한 시사점을 제공하고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구대상은 만 3세-5세 유아의 보육을 담당하는 보육교사 205명이다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 교사의 개인적 교수효능감, '긍정적인 교사의 말과 행동,' '또래간 긍정적 상호작용의 격려,' '유아의 부정적 정서수용 및 문제상황개입,' '유아의 자유놀이에 긍정적 참여'는 근무기관유형에 따라서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 개인적 교수효능감은 경력 및 연령과, 일반적 교수효능감 및 교사-유아 상호작용은 연령과 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 교사-유아 상호작용 영역은 개인적 교수효능감과 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 넷째, 경력 및 연령을 통제한 후에도 개인적 교수효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용은 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다.
