오늘날 국내의 많은 대학은 글로벌 교육시장이 발달하고 입학 지원자수가 감소하게 됨에 따라 대학 간 경쟁이 심화되고 특히 지방대학에서는 입학충원률을 높이고 중도탈락률을 감소시키기 위하여 치열하게 경쟁하고 있다. 이러한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해서 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있는바, 대학 교육서비스 품질 향상이 일차적이고 우선적인 문제라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고등교육분야의 특정한 상황에 맞는 대학 교육서비스 품질 측정도구를 개발하고, 이를 통하여 대학 교육서비스 품질을 결정하는 요인을 도출해 보았으며, 전반적 만족도나 구전효과에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 요인이 무엇인지 규명해 보았다. 나아가 29개의 품질속성에 대해 중요도-만족도 변환지수를 이용하여 해석한 결과, 교수요인, 신뢰요인, 유형요인에 대해서는 매우 긍정적인 평가인 반면 직원요인에 대해서는 비교적 덜 긍정적으로 평가되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 전공 대학생을 대상으로 개방형 질문지와 포커스 그룹 인터뷰의 두가지 통합 연구방법을 통하여 교육 서비스 품질 구성개념을 규명하고자 한다. 연구 참여자는 전국 2년제, 4년제 대학의 뷰티 전공 재학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 임의 표집방식으로 250명을 채택하여 조사에 사용하였다. 일련의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개방형질문지의 귀납적 내용분석 결과 뷰티 전공 대학의 교육 서비스품질은 전공지식, 교육적 자질, 교수-학생 친밀감, 학생욕구반영, 활용성, 교육과정 구성, 환경효율성, 교육기자재, 명성의 9개 세부 영역과 일반영역으로 교수 전문성, 교수-학생 공감, 교육과정, 교육 환경, 명성의 5개 영역으로 도출 하였다. 둘째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과 귀납적 내용분석을 보다 타당성 있게 지적하고 심도 있게 도출 되었다. 본 연구의 결과 뷰티 전공 대학의 교육서비스 품질의 측정도구 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Improving the quality of teaching staff in universities is an important goal of most universities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the factors affecting the quality improvement of lecturers at universities. There are many factors affecting the improvement of this quality of human resources. This article uses the survey method to assess the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of lecturers in education and training institutions of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam. Currently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam has 4 educational institutions. The research team has assessed the impact factors at these 4 facilities. The research team conducted a survey for faculty members of the Ministry of Transport. The result was 446 votes. The authors have performed factor evaluation by multivariate regression model. The influencing factors include Professional competence, the virtue of teaching staff, scientific research capacity, participating in building a democratic educational environment, Professional support policy, Instructor's income, and Information technology support. Research results show that most of the factors have a positive impact on improving the quality of lecturers. Based on the survey results, the authors also make policy suggestions to further improve the quality of teaching staff of the schools in the coming time.

Globalization, development of the information society, intensification of migration processes, and internationalization of education in recent years have significantly affected the international labour market and increased competition between professionals in various fields. Academic, research and teaching staff are currently facing rapid changes and growing demand for quality educational services. Under such conditions, educational institutions around the world pay particular attention to improving the quality of the educational process in order for their graduates to be able to compete in the international labour market. The study of the experience of teachers' professional training in advanced countries opens new opportunities for improving the system of pedagogical training in Ukraine in order to adapt it to the requirements of the European educational space. The progressive achievements of countries demonstrating a high level of teachers' professional training in accordance with international standards, having rich historical educational traditions are of considerable scientific interest; consequently, this contributes to their leadership in science and education at the regional and global levels. The purpose of the present academic paper lies in analysing the latest trends in exploring teaching experience in the European countries and performance review of passing by students and teachers of the program on studying of pedagogical practice and experience of teaching in the countries of Europe. Methodology. Analytical and empirical (questionnaire) methods were used in the research process. Results. According to the obtained results of the research, the advantages, the most common areas of educational programs and the wishes of the participants regarding the practical implementation of the experience were identified.

TQM which has been applied to the industry area is widely accepted to the non-for-profit area and public sector. Especially educational institution including university and college has adopted TQM as a competitive weapon in several developed countries such as United States and United Kingdom. But there is no interest in the Korean educational area except for several colleges which have got ISO 9000 certification. In this study, we analyzed several best-practiced foreign colleges which have applied TQM to improve their competitiveness. Also, we tried to explore the applicability of TQM to the Korean educational area by developing TQM model for 'S' college.

최근 초ㆍ중등학교 현장에서는 ICT 활용 교수ㆍ학습에 사용할 수 있는 양질의 멀티미디어 교육자료를 매우 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 양질의 멀티미디어 교육자료를 개발하기 위해서는 일련의 개발 공정을 설정하고 적절한 시점마다 체계적인 심사를 수행하는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 교육자료를 개발하기 위한 추진 절차를 수립하고 심사가 요구되는 단계를 추출한 후, 각 단계별로 고려해야할 심사 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 같은 각 단계별 심사 기준은 멀티미디어 교육자료의 개발 공정 전체를 체계적으로 관리ㆍ감독할 수 있게 하는 기준 역할을 할 수 있으므로, 보다 양질의 자료를 개발하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational satisfaction on the school conversion intention according to the quality of university education service. To survey the perception of students majoring in Department of Beauty on both colleges and universities of beauty education, we distributed 600 questionnaires and utilized them as final analysis data except for 60 unreturned or defective papers. As a result of t-test and one-way ANOVA, there were differences among university education service quality, education satisfaction and school transfer intention. In addition, the effect of the quality of education service on the education service, the effect of the quality of education service on the school conversion intention, and the quality of the university education service influenced the school conversion intention. The results of this study suggest that, for the development of the beauty education, priority should be given to the facilities and equipments related to the beauty education as well as the importance of leadership and professional teachers and instructors.

본 연구는 국가지원 뷰티 관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 수강생의 지각된유용성과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것 이였다. 연구참여자는 서울·경기 소재 국비지원 교육기관(학원)에 수강자 362명을 임의표집방법으로 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계패키지 26.0 버전을 이용하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질, 지각된 유용성 및 진로준비행동의 변인들은 상호 상관관계가 통계적 유의하게 나타내었다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 지각된 유용성에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+)영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스품질은 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동, 직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향을 나타내었다. 넷째, 지각된 유용성은 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동과 직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국비지원 뷰티관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질을 재평가하여 뷰티관련 국비지원 사업의 효율성을 높이고 교육 서비스품질 향사아에 기초자료로서 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study investigated factors affecting care for elderly patients, management of systemic disease, infection management, improvement of medical care quality, and educational requirements, and provide basic data for quality care for elderly patients with systemic diseases. An online survey was conducted among dental hygienists working at dental institutions and data of 172 individuals were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Descriptive statistics was performed for general characteristics. For factor analysis by general characteristics, t-test and ANOVA were performed. For differences between groups Scheffe verification was performed. A correlation analysis between factors was performed using Pearson's correlation analysis, and a factor analysis affecting the improvement of healthcare quality was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. Care for elderly patients was 52.33/75, management of systemic disease was 12.65/17, and infection management was 96.92/130. Improvement of medical quality (institutional effort) was 22.87/35, and improvement of medical quality (personal effort) was 22.72/35. The most common educational needs were "necessary". Analysis revealed a positive correlation between factors.. Factors affecting improvement of medical quality (personal effort) were age, final academic background, place of work, and the presence or absence of annual medical examinations. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between factors. For the qualitative care of elderly patients, education programs related to elderly characteristics, systemic diseases, and infection management should be actively conducted by dental hygienists, and interest and research on geriatric dental hygiene is needed, centering on associations and educational institutions.

본 연구는 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고 조직유효성을 고무시키기 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 변혁적 리더십을 독립변수로, 교육서비스품질을 매개변수로, 조직유효성을 종속변수로, 신뢰를 매개변수와 종속 변수 간 조절변수로 하는 조건부과정 모형으로 분석하였다. 전국에 근무하는 금융기관 종사자들로부터 설문수집한 데이터를 SPSS v22.0 및 PROCESS macro v3.4를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 변혁적 리더십은 교육서비스품질에 정의 영향을 미치며, 교육서비스품질은 조직유효성에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 카리스마와 혁신행동 간 관계를 제외하고는 변혁적 리더십은 조직유효성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 카리스마와 혁신행동 간의 관계를 제외하고는 교육서비스품질이 변혁적 리더십과 조직유효성 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰는 교육서비스품질과 혁신행동 간만 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 교육서비스품질의 매개효과를 신뢰가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 비대면 근무환경에서 교육서비스품질 관리의 중요성, 핀테크 등 혁신행동에 카리스마보다 개별적 배려의 중요성 등을 시사한다.
