  • In [9], Lee and Sakuma constructed 2-generator non-Hopfian groups each of which has a specific presentation ${\langle}a,b{\mid}R{\rangle}$ satisfying small cancellation conditions C(4) and T(4). In this paper, we prove the SQ-universality of those non-Hopfian groups.

  • On a groupoid satisfying the Austin's identity, every n-ary linear term is essentially n-ary. That is, if a term has no variables appearing more than once, then the term depends on every variable it involves.

  • We introduce the resistant length and examine its properties. And consider the applications of resistant length to the boundary behavior of conformal mappings. We obtain the theorems in the connection with the resistant length zero and the fundamental sequences. The method of resistant length leads a simple proofs of theorems.

  • We will define p-stack convergence spaces and show that each neighborhood structure is uniquely determined by p-stack convergence structure. Also, we will show that p-stack convergence spaces are a generalization of neighborhood spaces.
