From the growth of Internet technology, many e-commerce principles have been introduced in airline industry. The computer reservation systems(CRS) is the first real-time business application and considered as the earliest examples of e-commerce. In airlines, the early e-business activity was to build the web site for providing flight information to customers. Recently, many airlines are expanding the capability of the web site for selling tickets on the web to make use of the cheaper distribution channel. In this paper, we focus on the impacts of airline e-business being implemented in airline distribution channels. Using the conjoint analysis, we suggest a model for estimating the change of market sales for each distribution channel. With the empirical survey, we can find some implications on the e-business strategy and the effective internet marketing tools for airlines.

In this paper, we first show that $z_{{\kappa}X}:E_{cc}({\kappa}X){\rightarrow}{\kappa}X$ is $z^{\sharp}$-irreducible and that if $\mathcal{G}(E_{cc}({\beta}X))$ is a base for closed sets in ${\beta}X$, then $E_{cc}({\kappa}X)$ is $C^*$-embedded in $E_{cc}({\beta}X)$, where ${\kappa}X$ is the extension of X such that $vX{\subseteq}{\kappa}X{\subseteq}{\beta}X$ and ${\kappa}X$ is weakly Lindel$\ddot{o}$f. Using these, we will show that if $\mathcal{G}({\beta}X)$ is a base for closed sets in ${\beta}X$ and for any weakly Lindel$\ddot{o}$f space Y with $X{\subseteq}Y{\subseteq}{\kappa}X$, ${\kappa}X=Y$, then $kE_{cc}(X)=E_{cc}({\kappa}X)$ if and only if ${\beta}E_{cc}(X)=E_{cc}({\beta}X)$.

Korean e-Government web site has been evaluating as a distinguished government, ranked 5th of the 119 countries in the "Global e-government readiness index report 2005" by UN in 2006. However we have to focus poor rate of utilization in proportion to its high evaluation of e-Government ranking. These reason probably did not reflect the requirements of user to build and operate e-Government web site. In this paper we will provide the important factors to consider to build and operate e-Government web site. For this, we analyze the relative importance for evaluation factors of e-Government web site using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

Due to recent technology advances, needs for flat panel displays, plasma display panels(PDPs) whose advantages are simple structure, high resolution, wide viewing angle is increasingly expected to be the first flat panel of large screen, walt hanging TVs. But the luminance and luminous efficiency of color PDP is net up to the level of a CRT. So, New electrode shape which is different from the conventional electrode has to propose to improve the luminance and luminous efficiency. In this paper, we suggested new shaped electrodes. In new shaped electrode, the discharge current was reduced compared with conventional type by reducing the unnecessary diffusion loss near the barrier rib. However, the luminance was nearly the same as conventional type. So, the luminous efficiency improved about 35%.

Satellite navigation system such as GPS is becoming more important infrastructure for positioning, navigation and timing. But satellite navigation system is vulnerable to interferences because of the low received power, complementary navigation system such as eLoran is needed. In order to develop eLoran/GPS navigation system, integrated eLoran/GPS navigation algorithm is necessary. In this paper, new integrated eLoran/GPS navigation algorithm is proposed. It combines the position domain integration and the range domain integration to get accurate position with less computational burden. Also an eLoran/GPS evaluation platform is designed and performance evaluation of the proposed algorithm using the evaluation platform is given. The proposed algorithm gives an accuracy of the range domain integration with a computational load of the position domain integration.

Refining the monitoring and evaluation reporting is an important thing in e-Government. Indonesia which has had e-Government roadmap since 2000, has not had the systematic mechanism to monitor and evaluate e-Government in which the report can be easily accessed by the public and used to be the best practice to improve other e-Government implementation. Enterprise architecture (EA) has the major objective to straighten an enterprise to its necessary requirements. It can be used to propose the required system and that was the purpose of this paper. It was started by reviewing the literature about e-Government monitoring and evaluation, using quality of service as the means, and understanding TOGAF as one of EA framework. The second step was comparing EA and the evaluation of e-Government in Korea and Indonesia to get the best practices. And the last step was creating EA for the monitoring and evaluation reporting system based on Korea and the literature reviewed. It is expected that the formulized EA can be a tool to improve e-Government implementation in Indonesia.

In this paper, we define the sequence spaces: $[V,{\lambda},f,p]_0({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;[V,{\lambda},f,p]_1({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;[V,{\lambda},f,p]_{\infty}({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;S_{\lambda}({\Delta}^r,E,u),\;and\;S_{{\lambda}0}({\Delta}^r,E,u)$, where E is any Banach space, and u = ($u_k$) be any sequence such that $u_k\;{\neq}\;0$ for any k , examine them and give various properties and inclusion relations on these spaces. We also show that the space $S_{\lambda}({\Delta}^r, E, u)$ may be represented as a $[V,{\lambda}, f, p]_1({\Delta}^r, E, u)$ space. These are generalizations of those defined and studied by M. Et., Y. Altin and H. Altinok [7].

This paper suggests the process of performance measurement system development for B2B e-Marketplace using BSC (Balanced Scorecard). As the first step, main features and factors affecting performance of e-Business company and especially of B2B e-Marketplaces were derived based on the literatures. For the 2nd step, the nonnative performance measurement model for B2B e-Marketplace was suggested. Especially, the research range that the model covers is restricted to the neutral and systematic sourcing B2B e-Marketplace. And, the performance measurement model was based on BSC, for the BSC is very powerful and sound tool among all the available performance measurement systems. Also, the model was based on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to make the model more structured, and to draw weights of performance measures from experts
