Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose useful suggestions by analyzing the impact of SNS quality and the pressure which comes from SNS usage objectives on SNS discontinuance intention. Methods: We developed a SNS user's discontinuance intention model in terms of SNS quality and pressure of SNS usage. Survey data of SNS users was analyzed using multi-regression analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: We found that information quality plays an important role in lowering the SNS discontinuance intention. In addition, it was founded that pressure of social networking and information processing are positively related with the SNS discontinuance intention. Conclusion: We expect that this research can provide theoretical and practical implications. As for theoretical, this study can suggest the insight on conceptualization of SNS fatigue in the further study. Regarding practical implication, service providers can make their service strategies based on understanding our analysis.

Purpose Today, world-wide societies share their daily life and many communities exchange their information through the explosive developed SNS and the social media systems. However, many SNS fatigue related factors forced the discontinuance of SNS. This paper is aim to examine effect of SNS feature and negative emotion to figure out the reason of SNS discontinuance. This is verifying the effect of maintenance of SNS, security concern and psychological concern on SNS fatigue and the effect of upward/lateral comparison on negative emotion. Moreover, the effect of SNS fatigue and negative concern on the SNS discontinuance intention was examined. Design/methodology/approach This research used to the survey method to test its hypotheses and the survey population is Facebook SNS users. A software tool called AMOS 18 is used to analyze the structural equation model. Findings The results showed that maintenance of SNS, security concern and psychological concern had a positive effect on SNS fatigue respectively and upward/lateral comparison did on negative emotion. In addition, SNS fatigue and negative emotion had significant effect on discontinuance intention.

This study uses the concepts of mental accounting and coupling in consumption to demonstrate a systematic relationship between behavioral costs, sunk costs, coupling, and user intention to discontinue social network services (SNS) use. An analysis of 213 SNS users found that coupling and sunk costs are two major factors that influence an individual's intention to discontinue SNS use. An interesting finding of this study is that the perception of coupling is created by behavioral costs in the context of an SNS. This finding implies that the source of cost perception when perceiving coupling may differ depending on whether the product or service is traditional or web-based. These results contribute to an expansion of the theoretical discussion of individual-level discontinuance intention after adopting SNS by conceptualizing the perception of coupling.

정보통신기술들(information and communication technology: ICT)의 진화는 우리의 의사소통과 커뮤니케이션 문화를 변모시키며 사이버커뮤니케이션 시대로의 촉진을 유인하고 있다. ICT 발달에 따라 '퍼스널'하면서도 사회적 연결과 소통을 강화시킨 '소셜'의 융합이 촉진되고 있으며, 그 중심에 소셜네트워크서비스(social network service: SNS)가 있다. SNS는 개방성, 확장성, 실시간성 등과 같은 발달된 기술을 배경으로 우리생활에 중요한 영역으로 자리매김하고 있지만, 예기치 못했던 부작용으로 사회적 우려를 낳고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SNS스트레스를 발생시키는 요인인 스트레서(stressor)를 파악하고 사용중단의도에 미치는 영향을 실증하는 것을 주요목적으로 하였다. 연구결과, '정보과부하', '사생활침해', '사용불안', '사용복잡', '빠른 변화속도'가 SNS스트레스 영향요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 SNS스트레스는 사용중단의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 개인적 차원의 테크노스트레스 및 SNS사용중단의도에 관한 논의를 확장시키고 실무적 가이드라인을 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

Purpose: The scale of a market of mobile payment which was insignificant is explosively being improved by development of various communications technology and achieving rapid diffusion of smart phone. According to this phenomenon, new method of financial dealings through a mobile can be seen as a new paradigm that leads to a change of existing payment work and also recognized as an innovation of information technology. Methods: but a study regarding whether the use of mobile payment service takes an important role as an influencial factor is still insufficient. This study was based on the model of innovation resistance by Ram(1987) and established a hypothesis and a model to confirm how four factors (usability, security, economic feasibility, responsiveness) influence to innovation resistance and the intention of discontinuous use. Results: usability, security were found to be significant predictor variables of innovation resistance to use mobile payment system, but economic feasibility, responsiveness were not found to be significant predictor variables. Conclusion: Providing gave a theoretical foundation for future research in that it presents the variables to consider new forms of mobile payment services, the mobile payment services will need to show a differentiated strategy and traditional marketing strategy.

본 연구는 가치기반수용모형을 기반으로 핀테크 지급결제 서비스 사용자의 사용중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증 검증하였다. 디지털 기기에 익숙하고 지급결제 서비스에 대한 거부감이 없고 서비스 접근성이 높은 20대 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. SPSS와 SmartPLS를 이용하여 총 148부의 설문지를 분석한 결과, 핀테크 지급결제 서비스 사용자의 사용중단에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 지각된 혜택, 복잡성, 보안에 대한 우려가 유의한 영향을 보였다. 이 중 지각된 혜택이 가장 큰 영향을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 핀테크 제공 기업들은 사용자와의 장기적인 관계 유지를 위한 노력으로 지속적인 혜택 제공, 다양한 사용 가능성 확보를 위한 시스템 개선, 보안에 대한 사용자의 부정적 인식 감소를 위한 서비스 환경을 구축할 수 있을 것이다. 최근 고령층의 서비스 사용이 증가하면서 향후 연구에서는 다양한 연령층을 대상으로 확대할 필요성이 있다.

As an empirical study on the psychological side effects of using Social Networking Services (SNS), this study aims to identify the reality of negative emotion of using SNS and to predict its consequences. To this end, a measurement tool was developed through literature review, in-depth interview with users and expert review to induce negative emotional factors that can arise while using SNS. An exploratory factor analysis was performed for a total of 24 measurement items, which then were divided into the following 6 factors: 'concern over privacy,' 'burden from undesired connection,' 'relative deprivation,' 'a sense of alienation,' 'concern over reputation' and 'negative feeling about simple relationship.' Also, the relationship between the 6 negative emotional factors and psychological dissonance was analyzed. The results indicate that all the factors, except relative deprivation and a sense of alienation, affect psychological dissonance. It was also found that psychological dissonance, which implies a conflicting condition from using SNS, significantly affects the behavior that possibly reduces and limits the use of SNS. In other words, the users who have experienced psychological dissonance respond passively by avoiding the use of SNS to resolve the dissonance. The results of this study provide the base for explaining the psychological side effects of using SNS, which have been understood at a phenomenal level, such as 'Facebook depression' or 'SNS stress.' In addition, this study is of significance as it helps understand the psychological mechanism by identifying the relationship between negative emotion and use behavior with the theory of cognitive dissonance.

본 연구는 키오스크 이용 중단 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보기 위해 기술수용모델과 계획된행동이론을 통합한 연구 모델을 제시하였다. 시니어(50-70대) 소비자들을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 420명의 응답자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 키오스크의 인지된 용이성, 인지된 행위 통제, 만족감에 대한 인식 수준이 여성보다 남성 집단에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남성 집단에서 인지된 유용성과 만족도가 키오스크 이용 중단 의도를 감소시키는 반면, 감정 관성과 행동 관성이 키오스크의 이용 중단 의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성 집단에서 인지된 행동 통제가 키오스크의 이용 중단 의도를 감소시키는 반면, 행동 관성과 인지 관성이 키오스크의 이용 중단 의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 키오스크에 대한 시니어들의 인식을 이해하고, 키오스크 이용 중단 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 통해 키오스크 서비스 개선 방안을 마련하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Haizi, who ended his life with suicide on the railroad at the age of 25, is a poet who implemented his unique poetic world alone without belonging to any of the existing Chinese poetry schools in the 1980s. The process that Haizi reveals self-inside through a poetic work is rather to hide self-inside paradoxically, too. Accordingly, even a work of figuring out the real intention, which is hidden in poetic dictions that he selected, will be meaningful. In this sense, this study tried to inquire into the poetic imagination and self-image that were revealed in poetry focusing on "Spring, Haizi of 10 People", which is a work of having his name as topic, with having been written at the time of suicide, among Haizi's many poetic works. In addition, it figured out Haizi's private conscious world through analyzing the poem titled "Facing the sea with spring blossoms", which was created ahead of death same as "Spring, Haizi of 10 People". Thus, the aim was to look back on significance of his death and to broaden the width of understanding about Haizi's poetry. As for Haizi, the death can be regarded as the completion of 'performance,' which is a kind of Haizi's own final art form. Hence, Haizi's suicide needs to be seen from the perspective dubbed the continuity of creation through this performance, not the discontinuance of creation caused by 'intended death' that the poet himself selected. In the wake of pursuing the poetic world of a gifted poet Haizi, who died early, that this study examined, there will be any poet of Korea who is recalled naturally. One poet will be first recalled Yi Sang, who is a poet and a novelist of having been broadly known. Another poet is overlapped Gi Hyeong-do, who had been active as a poet and a journalist of having been dead after living in the similar period to Haizi. A comparative analysis among works by these Korean and Chinese poets has similarity beyond the temporal space. A research on this is thought to have value of being considered a little more deeply and generally hereafter. Still, this study mentioned only possibility of a comparative research on this.

본 연구는 후기수용모델을 통해 병원정보탐색 어플리케이션(이하 병원 앱)의 지속적인 이용과 이용 중단에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 병원 앱을 사용한 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 2019년 10월 11일부터 18일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 125개의 유효한 데이터를 수집하였고 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 병원 앱 사용자의 만족도와 기대일치도는 지속적 이용의도와 지각된 유용성에 각각 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 지각된 유용성은 지속적 이용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존에 많이 조명되지 않았던 병원 앱에 관한 연구를 통해 이러한 혁신적 기술의 지속적 사용여부에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악하였다. 연구 결과는 병원앱의 수용과 이용을 관찰하여 후기수용모델을 재검증하였으며, 응급상황과 같은 긴급한 도움탐색이나 신속함이 강조되는 정보요구를 만족시키는 병원앱의 특수성을 논의함으로써 이론적 확장을 도모하였다. 또한 소비자가 보고한 병원 앱의 유익성과 한계점을 바탕으로 병원 앱 개발자나 운영자들에게 보다 이용자 친화적인 앱을 제공하기 위한 실질적인 시사점을 제공하였다.
