  • In this paper, the radiation characteristics of a large circular loop antenna with sinusoidal current distribution is studded in a moving media with a constant velocity much less than the speed of light. The diameter of the circular loop antenna is comparable with or larger than wave length. In studing the radiation characteristics, vector potential for the antenna is derived and relative field pattern is plotted from the vector potentials. Finally the field patterns are compared with those of stationary media. It is found that maximum directivities are shifted to the direction of the velocity of the media, and the field intensities are decreased in that direction and increased in opposite direction by the velocity component paralell to the loop plane. It is also found that the deviations for the pattern are proportional to the velocity of the media, the frequency of the distributed current, the diameter of the loop antenna, and the daviation depends only upon the parallel component of the velocity to the loop plane.

  • The ultrasonic wind sensor that pass through the air, beating the delivery of ultrasonic wind speed increases or decreases by the physical characteristics of the wind speed and the direction of the sensor, the transmission and reception of ultrasonic time difference measured by a two-axis vector wind and wind speed measured by calculating a device that converts the digital signal is Anemometer and wind direction meteorological facilities management, management of the ship sail used for various purposes, including, but used the existing 3-cup (mechanical) anemometer wind rotor caused by mechanical wear parts replacement due to the short-term, the reliability of the product is low, parts replacement, and according to the characteristics caused the car, there is a problem in high maintenance costs. In addition, because the bearings use of the marine environment and the cryogenic environment was constrained. In this study, the excellent long-term reliability, using ultrasonic-type environment that is not constrained to produce wind anemometer located $90^{\circ}$ conformal road using four piezoelectric sensors were fabricated structures, the piezoelectric oscillator circuit produces a rash and receiving transmit and receive speeds the car through the two-axis vector calculation to measure wind velocity processor firmware programming, and its characteristics were tested.

  • Recently, users have been receiving LBS(Local Based Service) which provides various services. The LBS uses positioning information from satellites with using GPS(Global Positioning System). However, due to satellite signal's characteristics which are reflection and refraction in urban areas, users get unexpected positioning information error, expecially if there are so many tall buildings in a small area. To solve this problem, this paper offers a post-processing algorithm. It is consisted of users' direction vectors and positioning information. The positioning information with error is designed to be put on the direction vector. Through a car driving test in urban areas, we've got 11.1m(43%) improved result and demonstrated the superiority of its algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose that fast tracking algorithm for moving object is separated from background, using partial boundary line information. After detecting boundary line from input image, we track moving object by using the algorithm which takes boundary line information as feature of moving object. we extract moving vector on the imput image which has environmental variation, using high-performance BMA, and we extract moving object on the basis of moving vector. Next, we extract boundary line on the moving object as an initial feature-vector generating step for the moving object. Among those boundary lines, we consider a part of the boundary line in every direction as feature vector. And then, as a step for the moving object, we extract moving vector from feature vector generated under the information of the boundary line of the moving object on the previous frame, and we perform tracking moving object from the current frame. As a result, we show that the proposed algorithm using feature vector generated by each directional boundary line is simple tracking operation cost compared with the previous active contour tracking algorithm that changes processing time by boundary line size of moving object. The simulation for proposed algorithm shows that BMA operation is reduced about 39% in real image and tracking error is less than 2 pixel when the size of feature vector is [$10{\times}5$] using the information of each direction boundary line. Also the proposed algorithm just needs 200 times of search operation bout processing cost is varies by the size of boundary line on the previous algorithm.

  • Recently, according as the importance of GIS(geography information system) database security is embossed, much researches had been achieved about GIS network security. But most such researches are weak against sourceful illegal reproductions and distributions of GIS vector data map. In this paper, we proposed an efficient layer unit contents based partial encryption technique in the vector map compression domain to prevent illegal distributions and unauthorized accesses. This method achieves a partial encryption about each central coordinate and directional parameters of a MCA(minimum coding attribute) that is created at the vector map compression processing in the vector space. First, the position encryption is applied as permutating randomly the center coordinate of each record that is minimum unit of vector map shape. And second, the direction encryption that changing shapes of vector map topography is applied as encrypting the direction of vertices's coordinates of each record. In experimental results, we confirmed that our proposed method can encipher the large volumed vector map data effectively in low computational complexity. Also, we could minimize the decline of compression efficiency that occurred by conventional contents based encryption schemes using AES or DES algorithms.

  • The elastic waves in the plate are dispersive waves with the characteristics of Lamb waves. However, $S_0$ symmetric mode is less dispersive in the frequency region less than first cut-off frequency. And, in anisotropic plates such as CFRP plates, the propagation velocities vary with the direction. So, the wave vector direction to be the phase velocity direction is not accord with the energy flow direction to be the group velocity direction. In this work, the group velocities of the $S_0$ symmetric mode less than the first cut-off frequency was analyzed with the group velocity dispersion curves in unidirectional CFRP plate. And, the group velocity curve obtained by the group velocity dispersion curves are compared with the measured velocities as varied the propagation direction of the Lamb wave. The measured velocities are good agreement with the corrected group velocity curve except near the fiber direction which is called the cusp region. When the propagation direction is not accorded with the principal axis, the direction of the group velocities declines to the fiber direction in the unidirectional CFRP plates. This implies that the energy propagates preferentially toward fiber direction.

  • The direction component uses mainly the sobel and FFT method. The sobel method is difficult to set representative direction when we wish to extract representative direction when we wish to extract representative direction component and the complicated processing process of sobel mask because same value appears in the low provision image or high provision image and we cannot accumulate tilt size in case of making accumulate after making unit vector to pixel. The method that uses FFT conversion for direction extraction is possible in case that ridge has correct direction specification and must use a special direction filter. After thinning the binary image to supplement above weak point in the paper, we extract direction component by pixel unit, and we extract the most direction components of pixel that exist in block of 8${\times}$8 pixels size as representative direction of ridge.

  • An early step toward evaluating a predicted RNA secondary structure is to visualize the predicted structure in graphical form. This talk will present an algorithm for efficiently drawing RNA secondary structures. The algorithm represents the direction and space for a structural element using vector and vector space, and generates nearly overlap-free polygonal displays. The algorithm and a graphical user interface have been implemented in a working program called VizQFolder on IBM PC compatibles.

  • We consider support vector machines(SVM) to predict Y with p numerical variables $X_1$, ${\ldots}$, $X_p$. This paper aims to build a biplot of p explanatory variables, in which the first dimension indicates the direction of SVM classification and/or regression fits. We use the geometric scheme of kernel principal component analysis adapted to map n observations on the two-dimensional projection plane of which one axis is determined by a SVM model a priori.

  • In this paper, some problems that occur from faulty elements in a direction finding system composed of the linear array are studied and the method which improves the performance is proposed. The faulty element means the sensor that has no output or highly reduced gain than other normal sensors. In the presence method, the ocrrecting vector is calculated by maximizing the spatial spectrum subject to a constraint. The compensated spatial spectrum is obtained by this vector. The computer simulations have been performance to study the performance of the proposed method.
