With regard to urban culture this study aims to essential understanding and systematic approach to the culture. The "2012 Seoul Survey" report has been used to find out causality among the related variables. In the first place 'satisfaction of cultural condition' was operationally selected as a dependent variable for regression. For the purpose of controlling the third factors for ceteris paribus effect correlation analysis was previously done between the dependent variable and all other variables respectively, which resulted in two groups of variables: group (1) - 2 variables of very significant correlations(p-value<0.01) and (2) - the other 6 variables of significant correlations(p-value<0.05). Then hierarchical regression was adopted to these 2 groups to analyse statistical significance of independent variables, and multicollinearity(VIF; variance inflation factor). Additionally to OLS robust and bootstrapping regressions were done to confirm the validity of this model specification. At last a regression model specified by group (1) as independent variables(they are 'community spirit caring for women, the disabled, the poor and the old,' 'satisfaction of bicycle riding condition' shows that the variables have statistically significant and substantially strong effect on 'satisfaction of cultural condition.' This finding implies the following understanding; (1) urban festivals are regarded as the main of the urban culture as of now and this results from the low level of today's culture, (2) culture is telling and hearing stories but the influential relationship between urban culture and community spirit on the weak is negative, which says that the cultural perception among citizen is somewhat selfish and far from the essential understanding of the urban culture. In spite of restrictive external validity this finding can be used as a direction for promoting culture and a basis for related policy choice in cities.

The purpose of this study was to examine internet addiction and maladaptation among soldiers and to ascertain how family function mediated among army soldiers. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 313 soldiers currently serving military service and was analysed using the structural equation model. The results were summarized as follows: Internet addiction had a direct effect on military adjustment and family function mediated military adjustment. Moreover, internet addiction had an indirect effect through family function, family function had a partial mediate effect on the relationship between internet addiction and military adjustment among army soldiers. Based on the findings, this study discussed the need to develop preventive and therapeutic programs to enhance army soldiers military adjustment.

This is a study path analysis for relationship among multicultural perception(MP), cultural competence(CC) and professional self-concept(PSC). The survey was performed on 245 nursing students in one university. Data was collected using structured questionnaire and analysed with PASW 18.0, AMOS 18.0. Model fit indices were in good agreement with recommended level($x^2/df=1.170$, GFI=.992, AGFI=.970, RMSEA=.027, CFI=.995, NFI=.967). Based on path model CC showed a direct effect on PSC while MP, satisfaction in major(SM), and interpersonal relationship(IR) showed a indirect effect. The MP and SM showed a direct effect on CC while IR showed a indirect effect and SM and IR showed a direct effec on MP. The findings indicate the necessity of developing educational programs to enhance nursing student's MP and CC for increasing of PSC.

This study aims to investigate the effects of regular participation in physical activity on personal happiness by analyzing the "2014 National Leisure Sports Participation Survey". By using cross-tabulation and the binary logit model, it is found that there is a positive correlation between those two variables. The effect of positive affect on happiness index was found to be influenced by age, education level, occupation, income, marital status, appear. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the presence of sports facilities and the participation of regular physical activity using crosstab analysis and the analysis of physical activity showed positive relationship between two variables. Hence, it is expected that providing more opportunities to participate in sports programs can lead the public to more regular participation in physical activity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of creativity instruction activities on academic motivation and career maturity of university students and the relationship between these factors. The subjects of this study were university students who took creativity liberal arts based on NFTM-TRIZ creativity education model for a term. The research scales were the self-efficacy scale and failure tolerance scale of academic motivation tests and the Career Maturity Inventory Attitude Scale. The results of this study were as follows : First, creativity instruction activities had a positive influence on academic motivation and career maturity. Especially the effects on self control efficacy, task preference level, career decisiveness and compromise showed significantly(p<.01). Secondly, academic motivation showed positive relationship with career maturity(p<.05).

The purpose of this study was to identify the structural relationship model between teacher attachment, peer attachment, self-encouragement, career self-efficacy, and career maturity and to analyze the direct or indirect effect among latent variables. 220 elementary school students in a Cheongju were sampled. Four measurement instruments were employed; the Teacher Attachment Peer Attachment Scale, Self-encouragement Scale, the Career self-efficacy and the Career Maturity scale. The Collected data were analyzed by correlation and regression alalysis with SPSS program and Structural Equation major Modeling(SEM) and fitness of the final model were CFI=.957, TLI=.951, RMSEA=.049. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant positive correlations among teacher attachment, peer attachment, self-encouragement, career self-efficacy, and career maturity. Second, according to the structural equation modeling, the results showed that self-encouragement and career self-efficacy mediated the effect of teacher attachment, peer attachment on career maturity.

In this paper, we studied how the data obesity can affect in which the response speed of database gradually slows down. Our research is performed by analyzing how the game data infrastructure is well-formed. Although there are a variety of ways to evaluate to measure the level of infrastructure, we performed with real information system. We analyzed data obesity by comparing the entity-relationship models between the products of real game information system and newly modeled databases. We could find data obesity is over 60% among overall average of game information system. It shows that 45% higher than standard obesity which is 15%. In this paper, data redundancy rate after performing the procedure of the data modeling was 41% resulting in an improvement of 23% compared to 64% of an existing model.

The purpose of this study is to present the necessary success strategies for the social economy ecosystem and social enterprise stakeholders by empirically examining the structural relationship of factors that affect the sustainable dual performance of social enterprises. Through previous studies, hypotheses and research models were established for the performance factors of social enterprises, and hypothesis testing was performed using PLS-Structural Equation Modeling on 92 sample data collected from the survey. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the social mission, customer orientation, and social network set as performance factors all had a significant positive (+) effect on social performance. In addition, social performance had a significant (+) effect on economic performance by mediating customer orientation and social network excluding social mission, and it was found that the business model strengthened this relationship. In addition to the theoretical significance of demonstrating the structural influence of social enterprise performance factors through this study, practical implications can be found in that it suggests factors that social entrepreneurs should focus on for growth and performance creation.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between perfectionism and motivational climate in competitive athletes and to provide information for improvement of their performance. One hundred ninety-six athletes who trained in Korea National Training Center participated in this study and they were divided into record and man-to-man events. Also they filled in the questionnaire about demographic factors, perfectionism, and motivational climate. Collected data were analyzed by using cross validation and independent t-test for identifying the difference of two events and structural equation model for testing hypotheses and model fit. Perfectionism and motivational climate in man-to-man events were stronger compared to record event. In record event, perfectionism was more influenced by ego involving motivational climate compared to task involving, while in man-to-man event, perfectionism was affected by only ego involving motivational climate. However, these both study models had a bad fit.

This study analyzed the relationship between housing price, purchase price, Gini coefficient, interest rate, and the employment, considering that the change in housing price was an important factor influencing macroeconomic variables and income inequality. The panel VAR model was constructed considering the panel data, and the Granger causality, Impulse response and Variance dispersion analysis were performed. As a result, when compared to before and after the global financial crisis, it was shown that the rent price had an effect on income inequality, but in the following period, both the rent price and the selling price affected the income inequality. And that it has a large impact on inequality. In addition, the causality between income inequality and employment rate, interest rate, and tax rate was confirmed. Therefore, it is expected that it will be a desirable policy to mitigate income inequality considering the influence of policy variables for economic activation including government real estate policy.
