본 연구는 기초지방자치단체의 공공-민간협력사회복지서비스 전달체계가 노인들에 대한 서비스만족도와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 경기도 남양주시에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 중 민 관 복지시스템인 '희망케어센터' 이용자와 미이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, '희망케어센터' 이용자 205부, 미이용자 119부 총 324부의 자료를 분석하였다. '희망케어센터' 이용자 그룹과 미 이용자 그룹간의 차이분석 결과 이용자의 복지전달체계 원칙에 대한 인식도의 평균이 미 이용자보다 크게 나타났다. 서비스 만족도 역시 이용자가 미이용자보다 유의적으로 평균이 크게 나타났다. 다만, 삶의 질은 두 집단 간 통계적으로 유의적인 차이가 없는 것으로 나타난 것은 기존의 사회적 취약계층인 '희망케어센터' 이용자들의 낮은 삶의 질이 '희망케어센터' 서비스를 제공받음으로써 간접적 영향을 받아 미이용자들의 수준까지 향상되었다는 기존연구를 뒷받침해준다. 본 연구는 법과 제도적으로 지원이 어려운 대상자를 지원하는 '희망케어센터'의 효과성을 분석하기 위한 연구로 향후 지방자치단체의 복지정책 수립 및 복지전달체계 개선방안을 모색하는데 그 의미가 있다할 것이며, 향후 연구에서는 독립변수의 변인을 좀 더 다양화하여 동일 대상자의 '희망케어센터' 이용 전 후를 비교 분석한다면 보다 심층적인 연구가 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 노인복지관 평생교육 프로그램 및 다양한 노인복지 서비스를 이용하는 60세 이상의 노인이 지각한 노인복지관의 서비스 만족도 요인을 검증하기 위해 해당 복지센터의 허가를 받아 설문지를 배부하여 175부를 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 데이터를 중심으로 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 데이터 분석을 위해 T-test와 One-way ANOVA를 사용하였다. 성별에서는 남자의 전반적인 만족도가 더 높게 나타났으며, 연령은 낮을수록 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 학력은 초등학교 졸과 대학교 졸 이상에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태에서는 건강할수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 한 달 용돈으로는 30-50만원 정도 사용하시는 어르신이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 이용기간으로는 1년 미만과 3년 이상 되신 어르신들이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지역에서는 강서구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신들이 은평구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신보다 전반적인 서비스 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study was designed to determine the attitude and degree of satisfaction of recipients toward the meal service program for elderly people. Nine hundred and eight elderly people(male: 301, female: 607) were interviewed by trained personnel. The results were as follows. Forty two percent of them had no income and 43.8% of the respondents were supported economically by the government. Their main reasons for attending the free congregated meal program was economic hardship(37.9%) The channels of becoming aware of the free meal program were through their friends(33.4%) and the meal service centers were located in the respondents residence area(36.0%) Thus any other advertisement from local government of official channels about the free meal program were not effective for the elderly 26.9% of the respondents felt inconvenience in visiting the meal service centers because they had some difficulty in walking, 53.5% of them however answered that they didn t have any complains and were quite satisfied with the meal service. The average satisfaction score for the free meal service was 63.4(maximum score 75) As for each evaluation item respondents were highly satisfied with volunteers attitude in meal serving(4.58$\pm$0.65: maximum 5 point) The evaluation score of females was generally lower than that of males(p<0.05) Oncemore, respondents who were in lowere socio-economic classes were marked by having significantly lower satisfaction scores for the meal service compared with higher scocio-economic classes. For the welfare of elderly people, meal service programs should be extended to more elderly persons and developed considering the elderlys ecological factors.

Purpose : To figure out the degree of leisure satisfaction of elderly's life. Method : A total of 1,015 persons were randomly selected from cities. This survey was performed by college students from July 1 through October 31, 2008. Results : 1. The level of health status of the subjects was $8.58{\pm}0.24$ of 15 points(57.2points of 100 points). 2. The average satisfaction degree of leisure was $2.92{\pm}39$(58.8points of 100). Of the study subjects, females, a group over 65-69, singles, the persons spending petty cash over 1.1 million won a month, the persons living with 3-4 family members and the subjects living with children had higher degree of satisfaction than other groups. 3. The factors affecting the degree of leisure satisfaction by regression analysis were age, gender, marital status, amount of petty cash, education level, the number of family members, utilization of social service agency, current health status. The influence level of those variables was 36.1%. Conclusion : It is very important to develop special activity program for their pleasant leisure time. The recreation and leisure program for the elderly should be implemented to provide by the authorities concerned. Children should be encouraged to live with their parents. All elderly welfare related agencies such as government, NGOs and professionals have to work together to improve the health of the elderly.

The principal objective of this study was to assess the demands and satisfactions of silver welfare professionals for elderly individuals residing in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area. To this end, a survey was conducted to investigate elderly individuals and employees related with them in terms of their recognition, interest, and involvement in a labor training program. The sources of health information the subjects received included mass media(50%) and health professionals(41%), and they tended to trust the information they received from health professionals(64%) and the mass media(26%). In the case of health professionals working at silver care facilities, the sources of health information to which they had access were: mass media (51%), health professionals(20%), internet(14%), reliable health professionals(56%), mass media(22%), and books related to health(18%). Elderly subjects' reasons for satisfaction with the facilities were as follows: access to meals(32%), elderly communities(24%), and good facilities(22%), whereas the reason subjects reported dissatisfaction with social difficulties(68%), bad facilities(20%), and programs(12%). The degrees of satisfaction of the respondents with the facility's employees were reported as follows: life manager(28%), nurse(16%), and social worker(15%), whereas the subjects reported some degree of dissatisfaction with: nurses(29%), care helpers(17%), and facilities officers(13%). The priorities of the elderly welfare-related information were: disease and health(49%), daily life support(17%), nursing(11%), welfare facilities(8%), and the principal issues they reported as being relevant to elderly individuals were: palsy(16%), arthritis(14%), diabetes (12%), hypertension(10%), dementia(6%). They reported that the most important personnel for elderly in the future would be care managers(44%) and care helpers(21%). Via this developmental program of silver health care professionals, a variety of new job opportunities may be provided in the future, and a program related to the silver service industry must be established as soon as possible.

본 연구는 서울시 Y구의 노인복지관 및 종합사회복지관에서 운영하고 있는 경로식당의 서비스요인(위생상태, 종사자, 편리성, 음식, 접근성, 환경, 사회적 관계)이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향력과, 이 과정에서 급식만족도가 갖는 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경로식당을 이용하는 65세 이상 노인으로, 총 310명이 최종 유효표본으로 적용되었다. 분석은 SPSS 19.0을 활용하였고, 연구결과 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성 중 임대주택/기타, 서비스요인의 모든 요인이 급식만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 특성 및 서비스요인, 급식만족도와 재이용의도의 관계를 파악한 결과, 인구사회학적 특성 중 학력, 서비스요인 중 모든 요인이 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인구사회학적 특성 및 서비스요인과 재이용의도의 관계에 있어 급식만족도의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 서비스요인 중 종사자와 급식만족도가 재이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경로식당 서비스의 질적 제고 및 만족도 향상을 위한 각 지자체의 지속적인 관심과 투자, 노력이 요구되며, 나아가 급식환경 개선을 위한 다각적 방법이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

우리 사회는 산업 전반에 걸쳐 빠른 성장을 보이고 있으나 핵가족화와 고령화 시대에 접어들고 있어 노인에 대한 요양 서비스와 같은 사회복지 서비스의 수용가 급격하게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 노인과 관련된 요양시설에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사들의 직무가 명확하지 않아 직무 스트레스가 발생되고 있으며, 직무 만족도가 현저하게 낮아지고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노인요양시설의 사회복지사 직무와 관련하여 복지 서비스를 실천함에 있어 보다 좋은 환경 및 표준화된 절차에 의하여 서비스에 집중할 수 있도록 직무와 융합한 지식 기반의 관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템을 통하여 사회복지사들이 자기 개발 및 정보 공유를 통하여 신속한 업무 파악과 직무 스트레스에서의 탈피에 의한 업무 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 경증치매노인을 위한 사회복지시설인 기억학교에서 제공하고 있는 서비스와 프로그램에 대한 이용자와 보호자의 인식을 조사함으로써 기억학교의 필요성과 효과성을 확인하는 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 대구시에서 지정 설치한 기억학교 이용자와 보호자 363명을 대상으로 기억학교 이용 만족도 및 태도에 대해 조사를 하였다. 분석결과 기억학교의 이용이 이용자에게 매우 높은 수준의 도움이 된다고 인식하고 있으며, 동시에 보호자의 부양부담 감소에도 매우 높은 수준으로 의미 있음이 드러났다. 이를 통해 기억학교가 시설의 설치목적에 적절히 부합하는 효과성을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히, 기억학교의 프로그램 수준, 서비스의 종류 등과 향후 지속성에 대한 만족도 정도가 90% 이상의 상당히 높은 결과가 나타났음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 경증치매노인을 위한 사회복지적 대응에 대한, 그리고 이를 위해 기억학교에 대한 기초자료로 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 노인들의 자원봉사활동 참여 동기를 알아보고, 그 동기가 자원봉사활동 만족에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하여 노인들이 자원봉사활동에 적극적으로 참여하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 설문지는 경기도 고양 및 파주지역의 노인복지관, 건강가정지원센터, 실버경찰대에서 활동 중인 60세 이상의 자원봉사자들로부터 297부를 수거하여 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 요인분석, 그리고 회귀분석 등을 사용하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자원봉사활동 참여 동기는 자아실현, 사회적 활동, 사회적 책임감, 그리고 개인성취의 네 가지 요인으로 분류되었고, 이들 모든 요인은 자원봉사활동 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자원봉사활동 참여 동기와 활동만족도는 연령, 학력, 소득, 종교 유무 그리고 건강상태 등 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
