This study aims to develop a cultural heritage curriculum for climate change and present educational directions for cultural heritage and climate change impact in the future. In this study, the role and necessity of cultural heritage education for climate change were first discussed based on previous studies on climate change and cultural heritage. Next, the current status analysis of educational cases related to climate change and cultural heritage was conducted based on educational manuals, curriculum, and heritage competency systems associated with climate change. Finally, we propose a plan to develop a curriculum to cope with climate change and cultural heritage for graduate students in higher education institutions based on the four components of developing a curriculum. In future studies, we intend to propose guidelines for designing educational manuals and specific curricula for each educational target to cope with the climate change of cultural heritage presented in this study.

본 연구는 2016년 문화영향평가 시행과정에서 나타난 다양한 이슈와 문제점을 분석하고 평가 단계별 개선점을 도출하는 것이다. 분석결과 문화영향평가제도를 시행함에 있어서 평가지표가 일반 사람들이 이해하기 어려운 점, 사전평가는 미비한 사업계획서와 판단할 수 있는 근거자료가 부족하다는 점, 다양한 방법론 보다는 설문조사를 중심으로 평가를 진행한 사례가 많다는 점, 평가척도와 가중치 적용의 문제점, 평가결과의 활용보다는 평가 그 자체에 다소 치중되어 있다는 점 등이 지적되었다. 이에 대한 개선방안으로는, 먼저 평가기획단계에서는 사업시행 전, 사업진행, 사업완료 시점에 따라 평가결과를 비교하여 결과를 도출하는 방식을 도입하고, 또한 평가대상 정책 사업의 담당자와 평가기관이 공동으로 평가지표를 개발하며, 시스템다이내믹스와 같은 인과적 추론을 위한 지표개발이 필요할 것으로 보았다. 평가추진단계에서는 주민참여 다각화, 풍부한 사례조사, 계량적 방법론의 적용 등 복합적 방법론을 도입하고, 기술과 지식이 풍부한 전문가 평가단을 좀 더 운영하고 활용할 필요가 있다는 것을 제안하였다. 평가활용단계에서는 인과관계를 파악할 수 있는 방법론을 활용함으로써 활용성을 제고시키면서, 평가결과를 기반으로 하여 철저하게 컨설팅을 제공할 필요가 있다는 점이다.

Multinational enterprises have adopted the form of business to successfully operate globally, and the overseas project has brought huge cultural exchange and penetration. The cultural liberalization also has improved the manufactured goods production and effect the consumers' purchase intentions. In this paper we focused on the influence factors that effected the cultural output, by investigating the actual consume market, using Structure Equation model(SEM model) to test the relationships among cultural preferences and purchase intentions of foreign products. Also, we evaluated the consumers' ethnocentrism's influences on cultural identity with other nations' cultural background. Lastly, we concluded that cultural identity has influences and complicate individual thoughts and purchase actions, it provides significance of impact of nation's soft power and whole economic development, and ethnocentrism has no significant influences on consuming foreign manufacture goods.

문화콘텐츠 산업은 다른 산업에 비해 매우 높은 성장률을 보이고 있으며 향후 한국경제 성장을 주도해나갈 성장 동력중의 하나로 주목받고 있다. 부산의 경우 영상, 게임을 중심으로 다양한 문화콘텐츠 산업을 육성중에 있으나 이에 대한 객관적이고 계량적인 경제적 파급효과에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산시의 문화콘텐츠 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하여 부가가치가 높은 문화콘텐츠 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

The Asian cultural landscape is a mirrored ecosystem of great complexity, formed by the interaction of man and nature, coupled with a host of ecological processes. The human dependencies on and environmental adaptation of the bio-organisms and the surrounding landscape constitute the typical cultural landscape. Islands are a good example of a cultural landscape, and each mosaic pattern of marine and coastal ecosystems reflects bio-cultural diversity. Along with land-use patterns, wise use of biological organisms and indigenous knowledge has expanded to islands in the Asia-Pacific region in several ways (sea current and human impact, etc.). Loss in biodiversity and landscape diversity as well as cultural diversity owing to global warming and rapid urbanization are emerging issues for island ecosystems all over the world. In order to sustain the historical coexistence between man and natural systems, we ecologists must continue to search for a holistic solution for academic consilience. In this paper, I present the vision and practical characteristics of island ecology with a view toward the conservation of the traditional landscape and bio-cultural diversities in the seascape.

The cultural background of users utilizing image search engines has a significant impact on the satisfaction of the search results. Therefore, it is important to analyze and understand the cultural context of images for more accurate image search. In this paper, we investigate how the cultural context of images can affect the performance of image classification. To this end, we first collected various types of images (e.g,. food, temple, etc.) with various cultural contexts (e.g., Korea, Japan, etc.) from web search engines. Afterwards, a deep transfer learning approach using VGG19 and MobileNetV2 pre-trained with ImageNet was adopted to learn the cultural features of the collected images. Through various experiments we show the performance of image classification can be differently affected according to the cultural context of images.

본 논문은 스포츠 이벤트(2005 제천 산악마라톤 대회) 개최로 인한 사회문화적 영향요인분석을 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 요인분석결과 긍정적 영향에 대한 19개의 질문 항목이 5개의 요인으로 나타났고, 부정적 영향에 대한 9개의 질문 항목이 2개의 요인으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 $20\sim30$대의 젊은 연령층과 서비스산업종사자들은 긍정적 영향을 많이 받은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 스포츠 이벤트의 긍정적 영향 요인이 나이와 직업에서 의미 있는 차이가 있음을 보여준다. 그러므로 스포츠 이벤트에 대한 사회 문화적 특징은 지역사회 구성원에게 서로 다른 영향을 미치고 있다.

Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to advance the understanding of affective commitment in employees of Korean companies' subsidiaries in Mexico. Specifically, we study the moderating effects of cultural orientation on the relationship between perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR) and affective commitment among these Mexican employees. Research design and methodology - This study was designed to explore the impact of perceived CSR on affective commitment and the moderating roles of collectivism and power distance on the employer-employee relationship. We applied hierarchical regression to survey data collected from 296 employees working for Korean company subsidiaries in Mexico to examine the proposed hypotheses. Results - The results show a significant positive effect from perceived CSR on affective commitment. In addition, this study confirms a positive moderating effect from collectivism and a negative moderating impact from power distance on the relationship between perceived CSR and affective commitment. Conclusions - Drawing upon social identity theory, this study found that Mexican employees' perceptions of their company's CSR and their own cultural value orientations influence affective commitment to the organization. This study extends the understanding of perceived CSR and affective commitment, and particularly demonstrates that the relationship between perceived CSR and affective commitment is influenced by employee collectivistic and power distance orientation.

The recent expansion of large cities for economic benefits has worsened cultural inequalities within urban areas, eroding unique cultural identities and social values and deepening mistrust between regions. To tackle this, the idea of creating cultural cities is gaining traction, involving urban branding and cultural elements to foster balanced local cultural development. Current research primarily concentrates on case analysis in cultural cities, lacking sufficient studies examining the interplay of factors through empirical analysis, This study investigated whether Cultural City Formation Factors, which are resources of a cultural city, have a positive effect on City Brand Equity, City Innovativeness, Brand Personality, and Behavior Intention. For this study, questionnaires were collected from 310 people who continuously experience culture and arts in Seoul, and empirical analysis was conducted on 292 copies of them. Consequently, a significant impact was observed among the factors influencing cultural city formation, city brand equity, city innovativeness, brand personality, and behavioral intention. Moreover, it was verified that city brand equity, city innovativeness, and brand personality positively contributed to mediating effects as well as sequential mediating effects. It is expected that the results of this study will be used to establish the foundation for effective urban management and the development of strategies for creating cultural cities.

Cultural assets are subject to general elements of deterioration due to aging of materials and surrounding conditions over time and these elements do not influence structural safety. However, wood cracking(penetrative), disparity of joints, deformation of structure, damage by insects and ground subsidence as the elements of structural deterioration as well as slanting of building structure caused by composite elements exert serious impact on safety of cultural assets. Therefore, repair must be administered by deciding the appropriate time and investigating the status. However, there are no grounds for making such decisions because investigative data on cultural assets have not been organized analyzed and the results of investigation have not been established as database. There is also lack of objectified bases. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate organize elements of structural deterioration with reference to cultural assets of building structures in Seoul so that to use the results found as the basic data for preservation of cultural assets.
