This study is to find the convergence effect of a husband's help on self-efficacy and postpartum depression in mother. Each husband did mother and baby care until postpartum 6th week after completing three sessions of education. The data was collected in the 1st and 6th week postpartum, and analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Husbands's practice rate was 80%. Factors affecting to mothers' self-efficacy were parity, antepartum admission and husband's job, and to their postpartum depression were mothers' education, monthly income and antepartum depression. Prevalence of postpartum depression in the 1st and 6th week were 33.3% and 1.7% each. There were significant differences in increasing self-efficacy and in decreasing postpartum depression(p<.001), and there was a negative correlation between two variables(r=-.62, p=.01). Husbands' help brought convergence effects on increasing mothers' self-efficacy and decreasing postpartum depression(p<.001). This results could be used in developing intervention programs in managing mothers' self-efficacy and postpartum depression after repeated studies with wider range of subjects.

The purpose of this study was to develop a mentoring program to support the professional growth of new nurses and to check the effectiveness. This mentoring program was developed by research teams and mentoring professionals based on Benner's theory. The data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The average of satisfaction of mentoring program in the mentees is 4.31 higher than mentor as 3.77. The highest scored item was 'need of mentoring program', the lowest one was 'mentoring program period and number of meetings'. Finally based on the results of the research, the duration of the mentoring program was changed to the six months. A steady support of the organizational policy about mentoring program is required to secure an outstanding nursing workforce.

This study suggests the development and the application of cognitive apprenticeship to instructional design for the 'computer and presentation skill' among the liberal arts computer courses in H university. The purpose of this paper is to show effects of instructional design on learning of the liberal arts computer courses employing cognitive apprenticeship, and examine earner's satisfaction of instructional planning, lecture contents, and teaching methods, which are evaluation elements of the content evaluation area. As a result of the study, cognitive apprenticeship theory has improved the satisfaction of the lesson plan, lecture contents and teaching method. Therefore, this study has significance in that it recognizes that cognitive apprentice theory is effective for general computer class. It is expected that it will be applied to effective teaching methods of liberal arts computer related subjects in the future.

The purpose of this study is to find out the positive effects of the block chain when applied to the logistics industry and what legal problems should be solved to apply the block chain to the logistics industry. As a result of the study, it was found that the block chain can create the streamlining document work, increasing visibility, improving transaction reliability, activating Internet of things, and expanding smart contract. However, in order to apply the block chain to the logistics industry, have also confirmed that the scope of electronic transactions, international distribution of electronic bill of lading, and legal supplementation related to personal information protection are necessary. It is meaningful to confirm the applicability in the logistics industry, the positive effect and the legal problem, but it is necessary to study the problem from the practical point of view in the hereafter research.

This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on the role conflict of medical service workers. The data were collected according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis). Among the collected documents, 33 were used for the final analysis. The documents using the tools of Kim Mun-sil and Park Sang-yeon were 14,, 12 articles using Rizzio et al's tool, and 3 articles using Eun-hee Lee et al. Qualitative research methods were used in five of the 33 references. As a result of literature analysis, the higher the conflict of roles, the lower the job satisfaction, the employee 's intention, and organizational commitment. The higher the role conflict, the more burnout, job stress, and turnover intention increased. In this study, there are limitations in analyzing the relationship between role conflict and various variables. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the research on the countermeasures and mediation strategies of the role conflict of medical service workers will be actively conducted.

The metal oxide/graphene nanocomposites are promising functional materials for high capacitive electrode material of secondary batteries, and high sensitive material of high performance gas sensors. In this study, vanadium dioxide($VO_2$) nanostructrures were grown on CVD graphene which was synthesized on Cu foil by thermal CVD, and exfoliated graphene which was exfoliated from highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG) using a vapor transport method. As results, $VO_2$ nanostructures on CVD graphene were grown preferential growth on abundant functional groups of graphene grain boundaries. The functional groups are served to nucleation site of $VO_2$ nanostructures. On the other hand, 2D & 3D $VO_2$ nanostructures were grown on exfoliated graphene due to uniformly distributed functional groups on exfoliated graphene surface. The characteristics of morphology controlled growth of $VO_2$/graphene nanocomposites would be applied to fabrication process for high capacitive electrode materials of secondary batteries, and high sensitive materials of gas sensors.

With the rapid development of big data and Internet technologies among IT technologies, it is being changed into an environment where data stored in the cloud environment can be used wherever the Internet is connected, without storing important data in an external storage device such as USB. However, protection of users' privacy information is becoming increasingly important as the data being processed in the cloud environment is changed into an environment that can be easily handled. In this paper, we propose a user-reserving management model that can improve the user 's service quality without exposing the information used in the cloud environment to a third party. In the proposed model, user group is grouped into virtual environment so that third party can not handle user's privacy information among data processed in various cloud environments, and then identity property and access control policy are processed by block chain.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the programs implemented by Baekseok University in order to activate Christian studies, and to look for ways of developing the programs. To do this, programs such as the Faith and Learning seminars and the Christian studies small groups were introduced, and discussed limitations and suggestions to improve it. The suggestions are as follows. First, participants are expanded from full-time professors to lecturers. Second, the present way of simply completing the seminar should be changed to evaluate the results of the Christian studies. Third, the Christian studies small groups are to be expanded to wider group of professors. In addition, to spread the culture of Christian studies, Baekseok University should provide support for each stage of the growth of Christian studies. This study will be presented as a model to Christian universities in Korea and abroad, which is in pursuit to maintain the identity of Christian college through the activation of Christian studies.

This study aimed to find the related factors of nursing students' self-efficacy(including general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy), self-leadership and academic performance. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. The general self-efficacy scores of the subjects in who're admitted according to aptitude, higher school grades, extroverts, and higher leadership were significantly higher than those who weren't. The social self-efficacy scores were significantly higher in younger ages, extroverts and higher leadership. Self-leadership was higher in those who're admitted according to aptitude. Academic performance was significantly higher in the females and higher school grades. Social self-efficacy was positively correlated with self-leadership, and negatively with academic performance. Explanation rate of sex, general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy on academic performance was 10.5%. These results can be applied as a basis for developing guidelines of nursing students' self-efficacy, self-leadership and academic performance after repeated studies.

We will investigate in depth the reasons why companies have a negative mindset and produce complaints about the internship system itself. On the other hand, we try to find out the success factors of domestic companies that have introduced and operate the exemplary internship system, and prepare policies to disseminate them. In order to do this, I would like to diagnose the problems related to the internship system in the current industry through questionnaires or interviews with existing internship students. It is hoped that this will help the participating students to have a positive mindset about the company and further contribute to the career search and adaptation to the firm from the university to the firm.
