리더의 피드백은 종업원의 창의적 문제해결 행동을 촉진시키는가? 종업원의 피드백 수용정도와 직무 복잡성의 3차항 상호작용효과 (When and How does Leader Feedback Promote Employee Creative Problem-solving Behavior? A Three-way Interaction Model of Employee Feedback Acceptance and Task Complexity)

  • Purpose: This paper investigates the effects of leader feedback on employee creative problem-solving behavior. It also explores the relevant conditions that maximize the above relationship from the psychological trait and task nature perspectives. Specifically we examine how employee feedback acceptance and task complexity moderate the relationship between leader's feedback behavior on follower creative problem-solving behavior. Finally the three-way interaction among leader's feedback behavior, employee feedback acceptance and task complexity is analyzed for the best conditions to maximize the positive effect of leader's feedback on creative problem solving behavior. Methods: This paper used a cross-sectional design with questionnaires administered to 411 employees working in Korean manufacturing and service firms. It applied a hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypothesized relationships including three-way interaction effect among leader's feedback behavior, follower feedback acceptance and task complexity on follower creative problem-solving behavior. Results: The empirical results of the paper indicated that the leader feedback behavior had enhanced employee creative problem-solving behavior. It was also found that follower feedback acceptance and task complexity positively moderated the relationship between leader's feedback and follower problem solving behavior. In addition, the test of three-way interaction effects also revealed that the higher the levels of both employee feedback acceptance and task complexity, the greater the positive effect of leader feedback behavior on employee creative problem solving behavior. Conclusion: This paper contributes to the leadership and creativity literatures by identifying the role of leader's behavior enhancing employee creative problem-solving behavior and the specific conditions strengthening the positive effect of leader feedback behavior on employee creative problem-solving behavior.

  • The purpose of the research is to explore the development of Beijing fashion industry in the wave of the world-wide creative industries. Two methods are used in this study: discourse analysis and case study. As a form of modern economy, creative industries are the core of originality and intellectual property. It works to develop and use knowledge resource to produce endless new products and new markets, thereby promoting economic and social development. Beijing local garment enterprises should base on the Government's policies and support, creative talent and high technology to cultivate the local fashion brands with the international competition to achieve the clothing industrial upgrading and the building of Beijing as the world-wide fashion capital.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to contribute in establishing the objectives of government policies through an empirical analysis on the relational characteristics surrounding the self-employed creative enterprises under the current circumstances where the specific empirical studies on the self-employed creative enterprises haven't been performed. According to the result of verification, the social capitals such as reliability, reciprocity and network are necessary due to the characteristics possessed by the self-employed creative enterprises while the reliability between cooperative enterprises is created and the cooperative relationship continues when the enterprises are faithful to their intrinsic activities such as the improvement of productivity rather than the entrepreneur spirit. Such win-win cooperation was eventually shown as having a positive effect on the performance of enterprises.

  • The effects and factors of the creativity education program on the creative self-efficacy of engineering college students were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the creative self-efficacy of students who took the creativity education program was improved, and the effect was statistically significant. The learning contents factors affecting the improvement of creative self-efficacy was 'creativity development attribute and creative attitude' and the learning activity factor was 'taking theoretical lectures' about creativity.

How do learners discover the topic in team project-based learning?: Analysis of Learners' Creative Activity in the process of selecting the topic

  • Team project learning is a type of Project-Based Learning, which is an effective learning method for developing collaborative competency and interpersonal communication skills, as well as for developing cognitive competency such as critical thinking, creative thinking, and analytical skills. This research, conducted to analyze learning activities, focuses on students' creative thinking and activities in TPBL(Team Project-Based Learning). A qualitative approach including a reflective journal based on the 6 stages of TPBL, was adopted for this purpose. In this study, 69 reflective journals on the three stages (developing a theme, researching, theme-making) of 23 undergraduate students were categorized on the basis of three criteria: divergent thinking factors, convergent thinking factors and affective factors. The results show that the participants' journals demonstrated twenty-eight activities from nine cognitive factors and nine activities from three affective factors were derived from reflect journal. This finding indicates that more appropriate instructional strategies are needed for students to enhance their creative thinking skills and activities

공간적·비공간적 도시구조 변화에 따른 창조산업 인구 연구 (A Study on the Creative Industry Population Based on Different Spatial and Non-Spatial Urban Structure)

  • 국내 많은 도시들은 경제 성장률 하락에 따른 고용창출 하락, 출산률 감소에 따른 인구감소, 노령인구 증가에 따른 도시활력 감소, 도심 공동화에 따른 도시기능 쇠퇴 등 20세기에 겪어보지 못한 새로운 도시양상에 직면하고 있다. 이에 따라 이들 도시들은 도시의 당면한 문제를 해결하고 도시 경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안 중 하나로 창조도시에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 창조도시는 주민들이 다양한 문화생활과 여가활동이 가능하고 혁신적인 산업을 진흥할 수 있는 장소가 풍부한 도시로서 과학자, 기술자, 건축가, 디자이너, 작가, 예술가, 음악가 등의 창조산업 인구에 의해 선도된다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 도시를 인구규모별로 구분하여 어떠한 도시구조가 창조산업 인구와 관계가 있는지를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 광역시에서는 문화행사 수가 창조산업 인구와 관계가 있으며 대도시에서도 문화행사 수와 문화공간 수가 창조산업 인구에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 중소도시에서는 문화행사 수와 환경오염 관리시설이 창조산업 인구 유인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창조산업 인구 유입에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요소가 도시문화임에 따라 도시 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 다양한 도시문화 환경을 조성하는 것이 시급하다.

국가산업단지의 창조클러스터화를 위한 발전방안 우선순위 도출: 구미국가산업단지를 대상으로 (A Study of the Criticality and The Priority for Developing Creative Cluster of The National Industrial Complex - For the Gumi National Industrial Complex)

  • 최근 글로벌 경제위기와 저성장기조의 장기화로 많은 국가에서 경제성장을 위한 중요정책으로 창조경제를 제시하고 있다. 우리나라도 핵심 정책으로 창조경제를 통한 창조산업 육성과 창업활성화, 일자리 창출 등을 주요 정책으로 추진하고 있다. 그러나 국가마다 창조경제에 대한 정의와 추진하는 세부분야가 상이하며, 국가산업단지의 창조경제 및 창조산업 활성화 방안에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 70년대 이후 국가경제에서 중요한 축을 담당하고 있는 구미국가산업단지를 중심으로 창조클러스터로 발전하기 위한 발전방안의 우선순위 및 중요도를 AHP분석을 통해 도출하였다. 분석결과 창조성 촉진 요인이 우선순위가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 창조인프라, 창조네트워크 순으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 국가산업단지가 국가경제를 지속적으로 견인하기 위해서는 창조성을 촉진하여야 하며, 이를 위해서 창조적 인재양성과 창조적 R&D의 확대가 우선하여야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 국가산업단지를 창조클러스터로 발전시키기 위한 방안을 인프라 등의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 정책 모두를 반영하여 우선순위를 도출함으로써 정부 및 지역 정책입안자들과 혁신기관에게 성공적인 창조클러스터 구축을 위한 기초자료와 실질적인 정책 가이드로 활용될 수 있다.

체크리스트법에 의한 창의적인 패션디자인의 조형적 특성 (The Formative Characteristic of Creative Fashion Design by the Checklist Method)

  • This study contributes to the development of a creative fashion design and provides concrete data regarding the process of creative ideas through an analysis of the characteristics of the fashion design idea and the characteristics of fashion design from a formative perspective according to Osborn's checklist method. The data collection involved 466 pages that focused on the work of 30 designers (2005 S/S-2009 F/W) extracted from the websites style.com and ifb.co.kr. In the cases of pictures collected, a content analysis was applied based on statistical analysis and design analysis criteria. First, as a result of the examination of the characteristics of ideas for fashion design based on the checklist, it turned out that elimination method is most frequently employed, followed by addition, conversion, limit and combination. In addition, every idea showed a significant difference in terms of the applied item, expression method, and balance. Second, due to the study of the formative characteristics of fashion design (based on the checklist), it turned out that square-shaped silhouette, achromatic and chromatic colors, combined tones, identical color combination, complex texture, and identical texture combination are frequently used. In addition, every idea showed a significant difference in terms of form, color, and fabric. We believe that the use of the checklist is useful for the development of a creative design because formative characteristics vary based on the characteristic of ideas of fashion design.

미국형과 일본형 TQM간의 비교를 통한 한국형 TQM에 관한 모색 (In Search of Korean TQM through the Comparison between American and Japanese TQM)

  • Many companies of the world have applied the TQM, which was originated from Japanese management style, to increase their competitiveness. It is not so easy to implement successfully the management practices originated from the foreign countries, which are usually mixed with specific cultures and management systems of their own. Some American companies created some best practices such as 6 sigma approach for applying TQM by creative benchmarking. This Paper Presents some issues for creative benchmarking for Korean companies through the analysis of the creative benchmarking processes of the successful American companies.
