사이버대학생의 학습참여동기와 삶에 대한 만족도가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of educational participatory motivation and life satisfaction on major satisfaction among Cyber University students)

  • 본 연구는 서울소재 사이버대학교에 재학 중인 성인학습자들을 대상으로 학습참여동기 유형과 삶에 대한 만족도가 전공만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 사이버대 재학생의 학과 만족도를 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상자는 서울 소재 한 사이버대학에 재학 중인 20세 이상 성인학습자로 온라인 설문에 응답한 총 937명의 자료를 수집 분석하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버대 재학생의 학습참여동기 유형은 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학습참여동기, 삶에 대한 만족도, 전공만족도에서 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이가 있는지를 검증해본 결과 학년을 제외한 성별, 연령, 직업유무, 결혼유무, 전공에 따른 집단 간 차이가 확인되었다. 셋째, 회귀분석 결과 삶에 대한 만족도, 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기 순서로 전공만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 전공만족도를 높이기 위해서 성인학습자의 학습참여동기에 대한 이해가 요구되며, 성인학습자가 경험하고 있는 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 연구 및 지원 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

신생아 청각선별검사 프로그램에 관한 정보제공이 부모 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Neonatal Hearing Screening Program (NHSP) Information on Parental Satisfaction)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of neonatal hearing screening program (NHSP) information on parental satisfaction with the Parent Satisfaction Questionnaire with Neonatal Hearing Screening Program (PSQ-NHSP) by Mazlan et al. (2006). The PSQ-NHSP consisted of four aspects including: information, personnel in charge of the hearing test, appointment activity, and overall satisfaction in the neonatal hearing screening program. A total of 106 parents (50 in the experimental group and 56 in the control group) participated in this study in one general hospital and two delivery clinics. The fifty parents in the experimental group received information and counseling with educational materials before filling out the PSQ-NHSP, but the fifty-six parents in the control group did not receive any counseling or education materials before completing the PSQ-NHSP. The PSQ-NHSP demonstrated excellent internal consistency reliability (${\sigma}=0.914$). The results of the study were as follows. First, the overall satisfaction ($3.77{\pm}0.81$) and personnel in charge of hearing test ($3.52{\pm}0.79$) aspects showed higher rates of satisfaction than the appointment activity aspect ($3.51{\pm}0.80$) for total subjects. Second, the overall parental satisfaction rate of the experimental group ($4.15{\pm}0.50$) was significantly higher than that of the control group ($3.09{\pm}0.53$) in all items. Lastly, thirty-two participants (30%) made at least one comment in response to the open-set items. A total of 29 comments were related to satisfaction with participating in the NHSP and II comments were related to dissatisfaction. In conclusion, to improve parental satisfaction it is important to provide parents with education and information about the NHSP before the test. In addition, PSQ-NHSP was found to be a useful instrument for identifying the benefits and shortfalls of the NHSP.

영양 상담서비스 품질에 대한 환자의 만족도와 인식조사 (Patient Satisfaction and Perception on Nutritional Counseling Services Quality)

  • 전국의 43개 상급종합병원과 20개 상급병원의 환자 1,095명을 대상으로 환자의 영양 상담서비스에 대한 인식을 조사하고, 만족도는 서비스 품질 개념을 적용하여 분석하였다. 환자의 영양 상담서비스 인식 평균점수는 4.54/5.00점이었다. 환자의 영양 상담서비스 만족도를 요인 분석한 결과 서비스 품질 5개 영역으로 추출되었고, 각각 공감성, 반응성, 유형성, 신뢰성, 전문성으로 명명, 분류하였다. 5개 영역의 전체 평균 점수는 4.56점/5.00이었고 공감성 4.62점, 반응성 4.52점, 유형성 4.53점, 신뢰성 4.65점, 전문성 4.61점이었다. 학력에 따른 차이에서 영양 상담서비스 품질 만족도 총 평균은 대졸 이상이 중졸 이하보다 유의적(P<0.001)으로 높았다. 수도권 병원의 만족도 점수는 비수도권 병원보다 전체 평균 점수와 반응성, 공감성, 전문성, 신뢰성(P<0.001), 유형성(P<0.05)에서 유의적으로 높았다. 상담횟수에서는 반응성 영역에서 상담을 1회 받은 군이 2회보다 유의적(P<0.01)으로 높은 만족도를 보였다. 환자의 영양 상담서비스 인식과 만족도 간에 신뢰성(r=0.721), 반응성(r=0.697), 공감성(r=0.690), 전문성(r=0.678), 유형성(r=0.622)에서 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 이상을 살펴볼 때 비수도권 병원에서는 임상영양사 수의 확보를 통해 환자의 영양 상담서비스 품질을 향상시키는 것이 필요하겠다. 또한, 영양 상담이 반복될수록 환자의 기대치가 높아질 수 있으므로 임상영양사는 영양 상담 내용 및 기법에 변화를 주고 다양한 자료를 활용하여 영양 상담서비스 품질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 영양 상담서비스 품질 만족도와 영양 상담 인식 간에는 높은 상관관계가 있는데 서비스 품질 만족도에서 유형성과 반응성은 다른 영역보다 상대적으로 낮은 점수를 보였으므로, 상담실 분위기를 쾌적하게 하고 다양한 교육매체를 활용하며 환자와의 여유 있는 상담시간 및 선택적 상담시간 확보 등 해당 영역에 대한 관리가 특히 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

고등학생의 진로상담 교육과 진로체험 교육이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미친 영향 (Effect of Career Counseling and Career Experience on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy for High School Students)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 지역 고등학생 568명을 임의 선정하여 학교 진로교육(진로상담, 진로 및 직업체험, 진로캠프, 기업가 정신 및 창업 체험, 현장견학, 대학 혹은 전공체험, 및 창의적 체험활동)에 참여한 학생들의 진로교육 만족도에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감이 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결, 미래계획에 나타나는 영향을 분석하는 것이었다. 각 항목별로 만족도에 따라서 3개의 상(a), 중(b), 하(c)집단으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 방법: 진로교육 상담 후에 설문지로 조사하였다. 결과: 진로상담, 진로 및 직업체험, 대학 혹은 전공체험, 창의적 체험활동 수업의 만족도에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감은 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결 및 미래계획 항목에서 a>b>c집단 순이며, a집단이 b 및 c집단보다 높게 나타나서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 진로캠프, 기업가 정신 및 창업 체험 수업의 만족도의 평균치는 a>c>b집단 순으로 나타났으며, a·b·c집단의 수치 간에는 차이는 있으나 통계적으로 유의성은 없었다. 현장견학 수업의 만족도 평균치는 a>c>b집단 순으로 나타났고, a집단은 b와 c집단에 대하여 유의한 차이로 높았다. 결론: 진로교육의 만족도가 높으면 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결 및 미래계획에 대한 진로결정 자기효능감도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

장애인과 가족의 자발적 문제해결증진을 위한 모바일 상담 프로그램 개발 (Development of mobile counseling program for the promotion of voluntary problem solving of disabled persons and families)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애인과 가족이 생활전반에서 오는 문제를 자발적으로 해결하기 위한 도구로서 모바일 상담(MDFC) 프로그램을 설계하고 개발하여 효과를 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 교육 프로그램의 설계모형(ADDIE)을 기반으로 상담 프로그램을 설계하고 개발하였다. 프로그램 내용은 장애인과 가족의 요구조사 내용과 상담 프로그램의 선행연구에서 추출하여 구성하였다. 개발된 상담 프로그램의 특징은 첫째, 장애인과 가족이 언제 어디서나 상담 프로그램에 자발적으로 참여하여 현실적인 문제나 내재화된 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 둘째, 개발된 상담 프로그램의 채팅상담은 내담자의 시간과 채팅 프로그램 선택의 자율성이 주어진다. 셋째, 개발된 상담 프로그램은 상담자의 온라인 심리검사 추천과 연계로 모바일 상담에서도 내담자의 객관적인 자료 확인이 가능하다. 또한 개발된 상담 프로그램의 효과는 내용구성, 상담절차, 고민해결, 사용설명서, 추천, 정보수집의 만족도가 높았고 상담만족도, 상담접근성은 매우 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 모바일 상담 프로그램의 발전방안을 제안하는데 있다.

한국과 일본의 소비자 업무 현황파악 및 비교: 업무평가를 중심으로 (The trends and comparisons of consumer agencies between Japan and Korea: Focused on work performance)

  • This study investigated and compared the tasks peformed by Consumer Agencies in Korea and Japan. It also investigated the variables influencing evaluation scores on consumer tasks. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Japanese counselors were predominantly older, married females in contrast to the predominance of relatively young, single, male, Korean consumer counselors. In Korea, most consumer tasks were performed by Consumer Agencies in Seoul while internet counseling was popular. In addition, 13 counselors belong to Korean Consumer Agencies while 80 worked in the Korea Consumer Protection Board. In Japan, consumer tasks were peformed by Consumer Centers located broadly across the nation but no internet counseling was provided, while the average number of consumer counselors per Consumer Center was 8. The average number of consumer counseling sessions per day was greater in Korea than in Japan while the average monthly income was higher in Japan than in Korea. Second, evaluation of the tasks performed by Consumer Agencies revealed that the Korean Consumer Agencies scored higher performance than their Japanese counterparts. Third, the degree of job satisfaction significantly influenced evaluation scores in both consumer counseling tasks and provision of consumer information in Korea. In Korea, among the tasks concerning consumer education, job-training education was a significant variable while the number of Korean counselors in Consumer Agencies positively influenced scores on activities concerning consumer movement and alliance with other agencies. However, the degree of job satisfaction among counselors positively and significantly influenced evaluation scores in tasks concerning consumer counseling, provision of consumers'information, and consumer education. On the other hand, the number of counselors in Japanese Consumer Centers influenced the evaluation scores on tasks concerning consumer policy, consumer survey, and consumer campaign.

경남일부 청소년의 인터넷 식생활 정보이용에 관한 연구 (Adolescent' Internet Utilization Status of Dietary Information in Kyungnam)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the utilization status of internet dietary information by gender(boys: 363, girls: 366) in adolescent(middle & high school students). The results were summarized as follows. The internet using frequency of 6-7times per week had 45.0% of subjects and the using time of internet per a time was shown mainly'<2hours(68.5%)'. The main place for internet use was home(79.0%) and favorite search engine was 'Yahoo'(45.7%) and 'Daum'(19.3%). As main purpose using internet were mentioned 'social intercourse'(45.0%) and data search'(24.8%). The organization that offer to reliable internet information was educational institution'(49.4%). The problems in using information site were 'poor information'(26.4%), 'slow connection speed'(22.6%), and 'don't arouse interest'(18.8%). The search experience about dietary information had only 27.9% of subjects and search purpose was 'for homework'(33.3%) and 'for health'(32.0). The satisfaction degree of dietary information was not high. The connection motive to dietary information was mainly 'by site navigation casualty'(55.7%). Only 7.7% of subjects had experience of nutrition counseling using internet, and the motive of nutrition counseling was also 'by site navigation causally'(55.8%). The purpose of counseling was 'for diet'(41.5%) and 'for health problem'(30.2%), and the satisfaction degree of counseling result was very low. As the ask of improvement for counseling site were pointed out 'poor in answer content'(44.8%) and 'lazy answer'(31.0%). The subjects wanted to get the dietary information about 'growth in status'(41.4%), 'diet related skin beauty'(14.6%), the update period less 1 month, and the way of 'free board'(32.3%), 'game'(21.1%) and 'animation'(19.3%) as offer tool. The results of this study showed that although the internet using percent and frequency of subjects was high, they used dietary information very seldom and they are dissatisfied with internet nutritional information. Therefore, the information donor should consider which dietary information was needed and what is the optimal tool for adolescent.

Impacts of the Establishments' Safety Behavior, Safety and Health Delivery and Communication on Occupational Safety and Health Policy Satisfaction

  • In this paper, we conducted a study to understand the impacts of safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication, which should be managed for the establishments' safety and health control on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction to utilize that as a material for preparing policy support and preventive measures. For this purpose, we conducted a statistic analysis with 2,970 establishments, utilizing the material, "2015 Occupational Safety and Health Company Survey". As a result, in the manufacturing industry, it turned out in the establishments with more than 300 workers, safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication of the cooperative firm of the prime contractor were high. In addition, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the manufacturing industry and safety and health delivery and communication had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the construction industry and other industries. As for the relationship between companies, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on that between the parent company and a cooperative firm of a prime contractor while safety and health delivery and communication on that between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to build up safety and health behavior and safety and health delivery and communication systems for the characteristics of the company, and it is expected that the effect of the safety and health control will increase when policy support is made accordingly.

영양교사와 급식영양사의 직무만족도 및 수행도 비교연구(I) (Comparative Study of the Job Satisfaction, Job Performance and Job Importance Level of School Nutrition Teachers and School Dietitians)

  • School dietitians are divided into two groups according to their status of employment, school nutrition teachers and dietitians, with the latter being irregularly employed by the institution. In this study, the job satisfaction, communication ability, work performance and importance in feeding services and dietetic counseling of both groups were compared. To accomplish this, 100 regularly employed school nutrition teachers (regularly employed) and 101 dietitians (irregularly employed) were surveyed by questionnaire. The results were as follows: (1) The irregularly employed dietitians showed a lower level of job satisfaction than the school nutrition teachers. This was likely because the school nutrition teachers belonged to the strong inner circle of school teachers and cafeteria workers, and had enough time to prepare for class lectures and consultancy. Conversely, the irregularly employed dietitians generally handle extra office work in addition to their primary duties. Despite these differences, both parties agreed that it was necessary to change the work system. Additionally, school dietitians reported that they had little opportunity for further training for career development. (2) Both parties had good communication skills; however, the irregularly employed dietitians had more conflicts with other staff members than the regular employees. (3) Job performance and job importance level was compared among employees involved in school feeding services and nutrition counseling. No significant differences were observed between dietitians and nutrition teachers in either group (p<0.05). However, the school nutrition teachers showed better skills than school dietitian with respect to public relations, running independent counseling offices, and using effective tools and materials. Job performance level was lower when compared to job importance level for all items, which meant the job was not well performed when compared to the work importance awareness.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to discover the effects of REBT group counseling on the self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness of nurses with high scores on dysfunctional attitude scale. Method: There wewe 21 subjects in the experimental group and 25 subjects in the control group. This treatment lasted for eight weeks. Each week, a two and half hour long session was cinducted. Results: The experimental groups showed that significant statistical differences compared with the control groups in the score of self-efficacy, job-satisfaction, organizational commitment, and nursing performance. Conclusion: These results imply that REBT group counseling could be utilized as good nursing intervention to enhance self-efficacy, organizational effectiveness at the general hospital.
