본 연구는 고둥학교의 미용과 개설 실태와 학과 명칭, 미용과를 개설하고 있는 학교 유형별로 미용과 교육의 실태를 사례 연구를 통하여 분석한 것으로 고둥학교의 미용과 교육이 효율적으로 운영될 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1998년 상업계 고등학교의 특별과정으로 미용관련 과정을 운영한 이후 과학적인 기초 지식을 가진 고급 미용 기술 인력을 배출하려는 사회적인 요구와 맞물려 미용과 특성화고등학교가 운영되는 둥 미용관련 학과 개설이 증가하고 있었으며 16개 고둥학교의 미용과 명칭은 미용과를 비롯하여 다양하였다. 둘째, 4개 학교의 교육 운영 실태를 살펴 본 결과 동일한 '미용과'라 하더라도 학과 명칭, 학교의 설립 초기 유형, 학교 소재 지역, 신입생 모집의 자율성 정도, 학교 교사의 특성, 학과 명칭에 따른 실습실 명칭 등에 따라 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 4개 학교의 미용과 소속 교사들의 전공 자격은 가정이 8명으로 많았고, 주당 수업 시수는 17-18시간으로 나타났으나 실습 준비 및 뒤정리에 많은 시간을 할애하고 있었다. 넷째, 보통교과의 선택과목 영역과 재량활동의 내용에서는 학교의 유형 및 교사의 수급상황에 맞추어 교과를 선택한 경우가 있었으나, 학교에 따라서는 재량활동에서 미용관련 전문교과를 선택하여 미용과의 전문성을 높이고 있었다. 결론적으로 미용 산업의 유능한 인재 배출을 위한 기초 교육기관으로서의 역할을 하기 위해 체계화된 교사의 연수, 특성화된 교과과정을 개발해야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 미용교육이 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받고 있는 경력단절여성들의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받고 있는 30-50대 기혼여성 300명을 대상으로 재취업 특성 및 미용교육만족도, 진로준비행동을 분석하였다. 재취업여성들은 연령, 학력, 전공, 교육기간, 교육기관에 따라 재취업특성이 다양하게 나타났으며, 미용교육만족도의 하위요인들은 진로준비행동은 향상시키는 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 특히 교육내용과 취업 및 진로상담요인이 진로준비행동에 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 진로준비행동을 통한 재취업률을 높이기 위해서는 교육내용과 취업 및 진로상담 서비스가 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 미용교육기관에서 수강생들의 요구를 충족시키며 발전하는 산업현장에 맞는 효율적인 미용교육의 중요성을 다시 한 번 부각시키고 교육기관의 만족도와 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 취업 및 진로상담 서비스의 기초자료로 제공하여 미용교육의 발전과 경력단절여성들의 재취업에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 사이버대학 미용 교육 경험자 120명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 미용 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 미용 교육 인식 하위요인을 도출 및 진로선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 미용 교육 인식 요인으로 교육환경, 운영시스템, 수업내용, 수업관리 4개 예측 변인과 교육만족도 1개 요인을 도출하여 분석 도구로 이용하였다. 헤어 전공은 자격증 시험으로, 피부 전공은 이론 및 실기를 교육목적으로 하였고 경력별 관심 강좌에서 경력이 적을수록 헤어 강좌에, 많을수록 피부 강좌에 관심이 더 많았다(p<0.01). 교육 인식 4개 요인과 교육만족도 사이에 상관관계가 있었고(p<0.01) 그 중 수업 내용과 수업 관리가 교육 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 결과가 나타나 수업에 대한 인식이 높을수록 미용 교육에 더 만족하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 산업협력활동, 진로 분석, 미용 수업, 학교가 진로 선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사이버 미용교육에서 수업 중요성, 수업 어려움, 소통 어려움 등이 본 연구에서 확인되었고 향후 경력별, 단계별 교육 과정 개발, 소통 방안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation situation & academic research trends in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, based on theoretical consideration on academic credit bank system, focusing on academic credit bank system where a lifelong education institute affiliated with a university produces graduates with associate's degree. To find out about how academic credit bank institutes are operated in cosmetology field, the analysis of literature review was used, in reference to the literatures as well as administrative data from the Ministry of Education and institutes for lifelong education with respect to academic credit bank system. Further, dissertations and articles in journals were also reviewed for analysis, in order to see academic research trends with respect to academic credit bank system in cosmetology, and finally to provide the directions for a follow-up study in the future. It was found that about 120 junior colleges have cosmetology departments, while only about 20 4-year universities have them, where lifelong education systems such as lifelong education are essential for learners to have bachelor's degree to go to a graduate school in reality. Every year more people want to learn and acquire the degree through a lifelong education institute affiliated with a university. In this regard, it is thought that there should be first positive social awareness towards a degree recipient from such educations and more administrative promotion and active engagement of government, businesses and schools, in order to vitalize academic credit bank system. Meanwhile, there are only about 10 academic literatures including the dissertations on the operation of academic credit bank system with respect to cosmetology, which is not sufficient number in academic research, compared to the increasing number of people who want to acquire the degree. Most of the preceding studies have been limited to education services and learners' satisfaction level. Therefore, continuous follow-up study is required on how to improve social awareness as well as teachers and instructors' satisfaction level, as well as how to develop industry-customized curriculum, in order to ensure active academic credit bank system.

In this study, we tried to investigate the influence of the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology on their devotion to the major. Research results As a result of analyzing the correlation between the career maturity level of cosmetology majors and the sub-factors of devotion to majors, all questions showed positive correlations between the career maturity of cosmetology majors and devotion to majors. as a result of analyzing the influence of career maturity on major activity sub-factors of major involvement, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness statistically. As a result of analyzing the effect of career maturity on the major satisfaction subfactor of major immersion, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness, and certainty were shown to have statistically significant positive effects. Through research results, we aim to develop a positive career maturity for cosmetology majors, improve their immersion in their majors, and establish a sense of values through correct theory and practical education. Immersion education and ongoing guidance seem necessary. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology and their devotion to the major.

관련 산업의 발전으로 미용 전문 인력 양성 수요가 점차 커지고 있다. 미용에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 시점에서, 기능위주의 미용 교육에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다. 1995년 이후 태어난 Z세대는 '디지털 원주민(Digital Native)'의 특성을 지녔으며, 향후 소비의 주된 주체가 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 학령인구가 감소하는 시대에 디지털 세대인 Z세대의 특성을 고려한 대학 미용 교육의 방향성을 제안하고자 하였다. 선행연구와 문헌연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, Z세대가 바라보는 미용은 자아실현을 위한 즐거운 도구라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 대학 미용 교육은 전문적인 기술 습득은 물론이고 심리학, 철학, 미학 등과 결합된 창의적인 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 셋째, 모바일 동영상 콘텐츠를 활용한 학습자 중심의 주도적 미용 교육방법이 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. Z세대에 대한 특성을 고려한 미용교육에 대한 논의는 아직 초기 단계이므로, 향후 보다 구체적인 교육의 방향성에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

This paper is purposed to study on the relationship of learning style, professor image, academic achievement in cosmetology majoring college students, and to find the effective education methods of them. The research methods are survey with 400 persons & statistics analysis such as frequency, factor, regression analysis, using SPSS V.14. The results are as belows; 1. Learning styles are divided by (1) shirker, (2) participate, (3) stand-alone, (4) dependent, (5) cooperative, (6) competitive, and professor images are divided by (1) professor ability, (2) professor relationship. 2. There is a relationship in learning styles and professor images. Especially cooperative, participate, dependent valued professor ability, shirker devalued it and cooperative, stand-alone, dependent, competitive valued professor relationship, shirker devalued it. 3. There is a relationship on learning styles and the academic achievement. participate, stand-alone, dependent achieve in high glades and shirker, cooperative low ones. 4. There is a no valid relationship with professor images and the students' academic achievement. 5. The conclusion are; there are the relationship of learning style, professor image, academic achievement in cosmetology majoring college students. So shirker need endless motive giving program, participate personal record management system, dependent creative motivating program, participate class attractive factors, stand-alone learner centered program.

본 연구는 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도가 미용전문직관에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 전공만족과 전문직관의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 미용전문직관 간에 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고(p<0.001), 전공만족은 '전문성' t=4.625(p=.000), '직업인식' t=3.152(p=.002)로, 전공가치는 '전문성' t=2.330(p=.021), '전문활동' t=2.438(p=.015), '직업인식' t=4.843(p=.000)으로, 대학생활적응은 미용전문직관의 하위요인인 '전문활동' t=2.746(p=.006), '직업인식' t=4.303(p=.000)으로 나타나 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도는 미용전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 헤어 미용 전공 대학생에게 있어 전공만족은 대학 및 전공학과에 대한 만족뿐만 아니라 자기 자신에 대한 만족 및 헤어 미용 직무 자신감으로 이어져 긍정적인 영향으로 사회생활을 적응할 수 있게 해주며, 미용전문직관은 헤어 미용 직업에 대한 가치관과 태도로 미용 전공 대학생 때 전문직관이 생기게 된다. 연구결과를 통해 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 긍정적인 전문직관의 형성과 전공만족도를 높이고 올바른 이론과 실기교육을 통해 미용전문직관이 확립될 수 있도록 학생들의 자기계발과 더불어 교수 및 교육관계자들의 전문직업 윤리와 가치관에 관한 교육과 지속적인 지도가 필요하다고 사료된다.

본 연구는 신생아 두피 모발의 기저부에서부터 말단부위까지의 외부형태와 모발 가로 직경 대비 모발 표면에 노출된 비늘의 장축 직경 비율을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하였다. 신생아 모발은 두피에 인접한 부위에서 부터 모발의 끝부분으로 갈수록 완만하게 가늘어지는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 모발의 두께가 커질수록 노출된 비늘의 장축 직경 비율은 상대적으로 작아지는 것으로 확인되었지만 모발 표면의 노출된 비늘 장축 직경은 모발의 굵기에 관계없이 비슷한 길이로 나타났다. 결론적으로 가는 모발이나 굵은 모발 표면에 노출된 비늘의 장축 직경은 크게 변화하지 않는 것을 확인하였다.

With the improvement of economic status and the desire for beauty, the interest in health and skin care is increasing. For these demands, since ages medicinal plants are in vogue. A variety of plants, cosmetics and foods with novel bioactive ingredients for skin care and beauty are under constant research and development. Skin is influenced by various factors such as Ultra-violet rays, stress, hormones and aging which together lead skin to lose elasticity, changes in pigmentation and wrinkle formation. Many medicinal plants have proven effects in skin care and beauty treatment. From this list of medicinal plants, one which is famous for its beauty, flavor and fragrance is Rosa damascene. Rosa damascene has many therapeutic action and postulated pharmacological studies such as anti-arthritic, anti-microbial, cardio protective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic, immune-modulator, gastro-protective, and skin ameliorative effect. Research in the field of Cosmetology has proven the effect of Rosa damascene in rehydrating skin, reducing scars and stretches, acne management, lowering skin pigmentation, delaying wrinkling and is recommended as a skin vitalizing agent. In this review, the morphology, chemical constituents, and some pharmacological activity are discussed.
