In addition to the recent business field, the importance of leadership in universities is becoming an increasingly important issue. Purpose of our study is to recommend the significance of authentic leadership by analyzing the effect of leader 's authentic leadership on follower' s project work climate and project performance. As a result of the previous studies that authentic leadership among university students as a quasi-social worker mitigates the role of leader and the tension between the members in the team, this study tries to examine the moderation effect of work climate on the relationship between the follower's authentic leadership and project performance. Therefore, a survey was conducted for students enrolled in some universities. A total of 175 questionnaires were used for the structural equation using STATA 14.0. The results of this study is summarized in three points. Our finding is as follow. The authentic leadership of the leader has a positive influence on the follower' s authentic leadership while the followers' authentic leadership had a positive effect on the project performance.

Current research examined the effect of fit in the executional cue on brand memory for luxury and non-luxury brand advertising. In particular, this research looked at music to see how well individuals memorize information about brands where background music and sound logo fit or non-fit in the advertisement. As results, the influence of fit in music was higher in the luxury brand advertisement than that of non-luxury brand. The findings demonstrate fit leads more positive response not only in the relationship between the executional cue and the brand image or executional cues, as seen in the literature, but also in the executional cue. Moreover, the effect of fit in the executional cue is greater for the luxury (vs. non-luxury) brand. Based on the results, present research proposes the academic and practical implications.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of educational service quality on student satisfaction, university image, commitment, and loyalty in the changing environment of university education environment, and to suggest a strategic plan for university education in high quality. To do this, we set up six hypotheses and conducted an empirical analysis with the sample of 229 senior students attending colleges and universities in the metropolitan area. The results of hypothesis verification says that the educational service quality has a positive effect on satisfaction and image, and the satisfaction shows an influence on commitment and loyalty. But the image proved to have no effect on commitment. The commitment was found to affect loyalty. It can be said that the efforts to improve the quality of educational service have an impact on the image and loyalty of colleges and universities and the effects help to improve the long term competitiveness of colleges and universities. The ultimate effects for the quality control of educational service will suggest the survival ways in the changing university educational environment.

The purpose of this study is to develop play education programs based on the instructional systems development (ISD). To achieve the goal, play education programs for elementary school students were developed based on the ADDIE model. Internal researchers, teaching design experts, and subject matter expert reviewed, modified, and developed play and education programs having three modules: design and scheduling, making a model, and preparing an exhibition. Students set up a program to realize the play space they want through collaboration with their peers. The program was applied to fifth grade elementary school students in Chungju for verification of the play and education program. At the end of the play education program, the FGI was conducted on 13 students to measure the overall value of the play education program, including its sustainability. Through these processes, we drew the effects and implications of the play education program and presented future research directions of play education and projects for elementary school students.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of compassion experienced by defectors on deep acting in organization and secondly to demonstrate the effect of deep acting through compassion on job performance. Third, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of deep acting on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, we examine the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and job performance. Finally, we try to demonstrate the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of this study, it was proved that compassion experienced by defectors has a positive effect on deep acting and that deep acting has a positive effect on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, all hypotheses were supported by the findings of research on the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and job performance, and compassion and organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, this study implies that the defectors who need compassion in the organization improve their job performance and increase organizational citizenship behavior through deep acting.

The importance of security for virtualization products has been increased with the activation policy of cloud computing and it is necessary to analyze cyber security threats and develop security requirements for virtualization products to provide with more secure cloud environments. This paper is a preliminary study with the purpose of developing security functional requirements through analyzing security features and cyber security threats as well as comparison of foreign countries' cases for virtualization products. To do this, the paper compares evaluation schemes for virtualization products in US and UK foreign countries, and analyzes the cyber security threats, security objectives and security requirements in both countries. Furthermore, it proposes the essential checking items and processes for developing security functional requirements about security features of virtualization products to contribute to its more secure development and the establishment of related security evaluation standards.

This study started with the question of whether the percentage of non-aeronautical revenues at Incheon airport was extremely high when compared with other international airports. Although aeronautical revenues for the airport based on the traditional business model have the limits to grow due to various regulations, stakeholders concerned about improving the competitiveness recently have been interested in increasing non-aeronautical revenues. This study deals with the effect of non-aeronautical revenues at international airports on airport charges as the extent of airport privatization get stronger. To examine hypotheses, we collected international data from trustful sources. Finally, we conducted an empirical analysis of 178 airports worldwide. As a result, the higher the percentage of non-aeronautical revenues at international airports, the lower the airport charges were. Besides, the private equity ratio positively moderated the relationship between the percentage of non-aeronautical revenues and airport charges. Privatization of airports may offset the effects of reduced airport charges through increased commercial activity. Graphical display for moderation effect is offered to facilitate comprehension.

This study investigated the policies of return to farm & rural of the local government 's local communities. Through this, we intend to provide information for the successful establishment of the policies of the local village. The local economy is difficult due to the declining population. Therefore, it is also important as a way to increase the population. It is also important as a way to revitalize agriculture. The results of this study are as follows. The main factors are education, self-sufficiency, adaptation, funding, and consulting. In addition, the importance of these was highest in the self-supporting environment (28%). Followed by adaptation (21%) and funding (20%). Followed by consulting (17%) and education (15%). We can conclude that the factors that show a somewhat lower proportion are less important, but we can also conclude that the importance of the factors is high due to the high maturity of the factors. The importance analysis used AHP technique. The results of this study can be a guide for government policy.

In this study, the concept of emotional labor and AI(appreciative inquiry) are connected to examine how acceptance of AI, which is related to changes in hospital organizational culture, affects nurses' emotional labor, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. For this purpose, the data collected from 156 nurses working at a major hospital were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of this study are as follows: First, nurses' acceptance of AI had a significant positive effect on deep acting but not on surface acting. Second, deep acting had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Third, nurses' organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, deep acting significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Fifth, deep acting and organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and job satisfaction, but surface acting and organizational commitment did not. Theoretical and practical implications are provided based on the relationships between the variables found in this study.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the barriers to entry into the government- supported startups and to contribute to the improvement of public policy services of the government. To do this, we identify the difficulties and problems that pre-founders are experiencing through startup cases of young entrepreneurs established in 2018, and provide practical help for pre-founders to experience their utility in preparation for government-supported startups, the need for public services to do so. And to propose a mentoring service to help the successful startup of policy-oriented user. This study is effective to adopt and apply the public service design process and methodology to the development of public policy service for the pre-founder who is preparing for government support centered startup. This study is meaningful that it presents one approach that can be considered when the government wants to develop and improve public policy services.
