과거 사례로 볼 때 건설시공사는 클레임 시스템이 없이 발주자에게 클레임을 제기하여 미 승인 또는 감액 등을 받아 손실을 입는 경우가 종종 발생하고 있어 기존의 클레임 프로세스 개선이 필요하다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 건설시공사는 클레임 프로세스 개선을 위하여 조직구성의 강화, 클레임 담당자에 대한 정확한 업무부여, 담당자에 대한 주기적 클레임 교육실시, 공기관리 및 공정관리 기법 개선과 철저한 문서관리가 필요하다. 또한 정기적인 클레임 회의가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 발주자 잘못으로 인한 관급자재 조달의 지연, 구두 작업지시, 작업진행상 필요한 정보지연 및 과다 설계변경 등이 발생한 'A' 프로젝트에 대하여 개선된 프로세스를 적용하여 초기 공사기간 62개월에서 34개월의 공기연장을 받아 96개월에 완공하여 이를 입증하였다. 개선된 클레임 프로세스 시스템이 대규모 건설사업장은 물론 소규모 건설사업장에도 적용하여 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study, with a view to establishing the objective and concrete methodology of partition of properly by the married couple in the process of divorce, is to suggest the calculation method of impartial division of property by means of applying the system to division of remainder used in Germany. Generally, the process of estimating the amount of partitioned property has two steps, the first of which is to calculate the remainder of the husband and the wife each. The second step is to compare the remainders of the couple and calculate the difference in order for the spouse who has more to claim the payment of a half of the difference. This method has the advantage of dividing impartially the remainder obtained by labor in the married life.

The critical role played by manufacturing performance measurement systems in achieving competitive success is increasingly recognized. Developing an integrated performance measurement model is significant for strategic management. This study consist of several principal steps. Performance criteria from the literature and an questionnaire were utilized prior to building the performance model. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is utilized to evaluate the weight of each criterion when generating the performance measurement model for Korea automobile parts manufacturing company. AHP analysis showed clear difference in the priority between 5 criteria and 24 sub-criteria in terms of manufacturing performance of Korean automobile parts manufacturing company. The result of priority evaluation in the 5 criteria of 2nd level was ranked quality, cost, delivery, employee, flexibility. And the critical sub-criteria in the 24 sub-criteria of 3rd level was ranked claim rate, process defect rate, outsourcing parts defect rate, ability to quality management innovation, claim cost, etc.

In this paper, we consider a m-type risk model with Markov-modulated premium rate. A integral equation for the conditional ruin probability is obtained. A recursive inequality for the ruin probability with the stationary initial distribution and the upper bound for the ruin probability with no initial reserve are given. A system of Laplace transforms of non-ruin probabilities, given the initial environment state, is established from a system of integro-differential equations. In the two-state model, explicit formulas for non-ruin probabilities are obtained when the initial reserve is zero or when both claim size distributions belong to the $K_n$-family, n $\in$ $N^+$ One example is given with claim sizes that have exponential distributions.

RFID (Radio Frequence Identification) is emerging technology and it is used for many fields. The research about RFID has been focused on hardware such as increasing hitting ratio. But recently the research about how and where RFID can apply is going on. Especially people are doing research about connecting RFID with existing information system. In this paper, when BPM manage RFID based manufacturing operation process, we show components which is needed and how we can obtain the components. And we apply this to straw manufacturing process on experiment. The claim-handling process and order-handling process which need improvement in straw manufacturing are chosen and we improve those processes. For executing the improved process, we define components which are database, data acquisition workflow and real-time event processing system and then we make prototype system.

현재 우리나라에서 진행되고 있는 턴키사업은 근원적인 장점을 살리기 보다는 여러 가지 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 설계심의 방법 및 적격자 선정단계의 문제점과 제도 및 계약기준, 입찰안내서(지침서)의 불명확한 내용 등으로 턴키사업수행과정에서 각종 클레임(Claim)이 증가되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 국내 턴키사업이 바람직하게 정착되기 위해서는 입찰 및 계약단계에서 설계심의 방법과 실시설계 낙찰자 선정에 대한 적정한 대안을 마련하여야 하는 것은 물론, 턴키사업과 관련된 계약 및 발주기준, 입찰안내서의 불합리한 부분에 대한 합리적 기준을 마련하여야 한다. 본 연구는 설계변경 등 계약변경이 어려운 턴키발주사업의 클레임 사례를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 관련 계약 조건 및 입찰안내서의 개선방안을 제시함으로써 턴키사업으로 추진하는 공동주택건설사업의 클레임을 저감하여 효율적 사업수행에 기여하고자 하는 것이다.

An industrial process is a sequence of steps intended to perform a useful task in an industrial organization, and can be described using a model or a representation framework such as function model, information model, process flow model, etc. Many researchers, however, claim that, all those models from different perspectives are required to describe complex systems such as CIMS. Thus these perspectives should be put together to build an optimal system. And the need for interconnection or transformation among different view points has arisen for effective communications between system developers and easy propogation of local changes in a model. But it seems to be difficult to integrate such models into a unified framework as they describe different aspects of the system on different purposes. This study is an attempt to interconnect these different perspectives, and thereby to support conceptual design of systems in a more effective manner. A methodology to transform the IDEFO functional model into a process flow model is proposed. The validity of the proposed approach is tested by developing a prototye of a computer-assisted design system on the operation processes of FMS installed at Seoul National University - Automation and Systems Research Institute.

For making a lead terminal(condenser, resistor etc.), it is the matter that lead wire have to be supplied smooth without twisting and curving when it is supplied to the further processing (cutting, forming, attach process) after it being forwarded. The purpose of this study is to solve the winding claims of lead wire through the structural expansion of winding equipment to which the improvement of packing equipment to forward safely and supply the lead wire and QFD method are applied. The results of this study is available to solve the technical problem caused by the installation of the existing flyer system for the prevention of twisting and can expect the quality assurance as it prevents the claim(surface fault) caused by the bumping among lead wire which are involved in the packing equipment in its moving stage.

Due to the proliferation of software parallelization on multi-core CPUs, the number of concurrently executing processes is rapidly increasing. Unlike processes running in a server environment, those executing in a multi-core desktop or a multi-core mobile platform have various correlations. Therefore, it is crucial to consider correlations among concurrently running processes. In this paper, we exploit the property that for a given created location in the binary image of the parent process, the average running time of child processes residing in the run-queue differs. We claim that this property can be exploited to improve the overall system performance by running processes that have a relatively short running time before those with a longer running time. Experimental results verified that the running time was actually improved by 11%.

This paper studies legal regulation of the public policy exception in the Russian Federation and domestic judicial practice on the issue. It reviews current legislation and analyzes a number of recent court cases where an arbitral award rendered by a foreign arbitration body was refused recognition and enforcement based on public policy violation. By doing so, it contributes to the knowledge on the concept of public policy in the Russian legal system and how public policy can affect the process of recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards on its territory. The review of court cases demonstrates different aspects of how the public policy exception can be applied by Russian arbitrazh courts. Such decisions can provide a clearer picture of the kinds of situation that can lead to invoking the public policy clause by the court. Also, it is of practical value as persons preparing to file a claim or to be a defendant in a Russian court can be required to present existing court decisions in support of their claim or defence.
