프로젝트 거버넌스가 대리인 갈등 및 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향 : 대리인 이론 관점 (The Impacts of Project Governance, Agency Conflicts on the Project Success : From the Perspective of Agency Theory)

  • Recently companies have increased the new projects to improve and innovate the business process in order to adopt the advanced technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), Big Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, mobile and artificial intelligence technologies for sustainable competitive advantages under rapid technological and socioeconomic external environmental changes. However, there are obstacles to achieve the project goals, corporate's strategy and objectives due to various kind of risks based on characteristics of projects and conflicts of stakeholders participated on projects. Hence, the solutions are required to resolve the various kind of risks and conflicts of stakeholders. The objectives of this study are to investigate the impact of the project governance, agency conflicts on the project success based on agency theory by using the statistical hypothesis testing the relationship among those variables. As a result of hypothesis testing, we could find that the project governance impacts positively on project success and negatively on the agency conflicts. Further, the agency conflicts impacts negatively on the project success. Finally, we could find that the agency conflicts such as goal conflict, different risk attitude and information asymmetry between project manager and team members impact negatively on the project success. Meanwhile, the project governance impact positively on the project success, negatively impact on the agency conflicts such as goal conflict, different risk attitude and information asymmetry between project manager and project team members. In order to increase the project success rate, the project governance institutions such as PGB (Project Governance Board), EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office), PSC (Project Steering Committee) are needed to prevent or reduce the agency conflicts between project manager and team members.

The Effect of Police Officers' Participatory Decision-making, Supervisory Quality and Attitude and Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction: Focused on Mediating Effect of Work-Life Conflict

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of police officers' participatory decision-making, supervisory quality and attitude, organizational justice on job satisfaction focused on mediating effect of work-life conflict. As a result of analysis of 185 police officers, the results were as follows. The causal relationships between participatory decision-making, organizational justice and work-life conflict, the ones between supervisory qualities and attitude, organizational justice, work-life conflict and job satisfaction, all of them reached the significance levels, not the causal relationship between supervisory qualityand attitude work-life conflict. Thus, the results for the interaction have shown, participatory decision-making and organizational justice and work-life conflict have negative influences on work-life conflict respectively, and supervisory qualities and attitude conflict, organizational justice conflict, work-life conflict have effect on job satisfaction with positive and negative effect. The Sobel-test showed that the Sobel-test statistic of the mediating effect of work-life conflict on causal relationships between organizational justice and job satisfaction is significant, but not in the mediating effect of work-life conflict on causal relationships between supervisory qualities and attitude and job satisfaction. According to the analytical results, work-life conflict is an important factor that can improve police officers' job satisfaction in the public organizational context with an open-oriented- system and culture for employees' participation in the process of decision making and equality and fairness for organizational management. It is also noted that work-life harmony for employees may be incompatible with the supervisor's perception of the work-oriented or prioritized-way in hierarchical organizations like police agencies.

  • 이 연구에서는 Mobility 신산업 관련 동향 및 전망을 정리하고 쟁점들을 제시하였다. 규제 및 갈등 관련 이슈, 기존 사업자와의 이해충돌, 플랫폼 노동 문제, 지역 간 갈등이 대표적인 쟁점으로 정리된다. 이어서 관련 신산업에 대한 정부 규제 현황 및 전망을 관련 연구들로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 갈등연구를 소개하면서 정부의 역할에 대한 정책 방향성을 제언하였다. 제언으로는 생태계 활성화를 위해 정부의 갈등 중재 노력과 복지 안전망의 연계, 그리고 신사업자의 사회적 가치 지향을 논의하였다. 결국 다양한 부처와 이해관계자가 규제 개선 과정에 참여할 수 있는 제도 환경을 조성하고, 이러한 환경에서 중심을 잡아주는 역할을 수행할 수 있는 컨트롤타워를 만드는 것이 추진과정에서 선결되어야 할 것이다.

A Study on the Original Symbols in Lee Chung-jun's novel Snowy Road

  • This study studied the seasons in the novel Snowy Read and the archetypal characteristics in natural phenomena. Summer and winter are the main seasons of Snowy Road. The cycle of the day is the time of dawn and early morning, evening, or night. It is summer now, and memory day is winter. In Snowy Road, 'I' is in sharp conflict with my mom during the summer season. This conflict is resolved and resurfaced with the feeling of 'love' as the story of the day is told in the mother's memory. It was a long time of conflict and trials for winter in the memory of me and my mother. As a result of examining the circular symbols in the Snowy Road, each symbol represents the 'I' and 'the mother's feelings'. 'I' and 'Mom's Emotions' collide, but they confirm each other's sincerity and rebuild their feelings of conflict with 'love'. In Snowy Road, the mother and son's 'love' shows that the mother's son is deeply in love, but the son's mother's love is also very deep.

항공사-여행사의 관계특성과 갈등에 관한 연구 (A Study on the influences of the Relationship Characteristics between Airlines and Travel Agencies to the Conflict)

  • 본 논문에서 항공사와 여행사 직원들을 대상으로 하여 유통경로상의 관계특성이 갈등에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증한 결과 항공사 측에서는 경쟁력, 전문성, 환경의 불확실성, 접촉빈도, 상호의존이 갈등에 부(-)의 영향을 여행사 측에서는 환경의 동태성, 유사성, 경쟁력, 접촉빈도, 전문성이 갈등에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 두 변수에 대한 항공사와 여행사의 인식 차이 분석 결과 관계특성 중 경쟁력, 유사성, 접촉빈도와 지각차이갈등, 의사소통장애갈등에서 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로 검증된 관계특성 요인들은 항공사와 여행사간의 갈등을 감소시켜 긍정적인 관계로 발전시키는데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

소택지 토지이용 변경에 관련된 분쟁론자의 환경 프레임 분석에 관 하여 (An Analysis of Disputants' Environmental Conflict Frames Relating to Ohio Wetland Conversion Disputes)

  • This study attempted to characterize conflict frames of environmental disputes by examining twelve actual wetland permitting cases in Ohio. The participants consisted of such interested parties as applicants, technical, legal or environmental consultants to applicants, U.S.Army Corps of Engineers, U.S.Environmental Protection Agency, U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Ohio Department of Natural Resoures, local agencies, the environmental community, and citizens who have been involved of the permitting process. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of how different perceptual frames existed in the wetland conversion disputes, and to understand different environmental conflict frames that influenced disputants' perception relating to dispute resolution. The vehicles used to collect the necessary data were three survey instruments : Open-ended questionnaires, Likert-type questionnaires, and ranking questionnaires. Forty-three subjects were contacted for open fact-to-fact interviews, 53 subject for Kikert-type mail survey and 54 subjects for ranking instrument mail survey. Analyses of survey results revealed that six different types of frames were clearly identified from all the parties involved in Ohio wetland conversion disputes. It revealed that disputants had statistically significantly different levels of perception to the frames based on the participants' role (i.e. regulator, applicant, commentor), the number of involved parties in the process, processing time and the issuance of a permit. The findings also revealed that information sharing among disputants played a significant role in the process of froming and reframing. The alternative idea, building cooperation through negotiation, was proposed to provide new insight into the resolution of the dispute.

Study on the Relationship Among Perception Changes to Pre COVID-19, Leisure Satisfaction, Work-Family Conflict, and Life Satisfaction of Married Working Women

  • The outbreak of COVID-19 has significantly impacted various facets of individuals' lives, including perceptions, leisure activities, work-family balance, and overall life satisfaction. This study aims to explore the intricate relationships among changes in perceptions due to COVID-19, leisure activity satisfaction, work-family conflict, and life satisfaction of married working women. Employing path analysis, we examined a dataset of 1,973 married working women drawn from the 8th Korean Women and Families Panel Survey. The findings indicate that while changes in perception associated with COVID-19 did not directly affect leisure activity satisfaction and life satisfaction, they did significantly decrease work-family conflict, indirectly leading to heightened life satisfaction. Additionally, leisure activity satisfaction emerged as a mitigating factor for work-family conflict, contributing to enhanced life satisfaction. These results emphasize the importance of understanding the interplay between external factors, individual perceptions, and well-being, offering insights for devising tailored strategies. The study holds significance in guiding policies and interventions to enhance the quality of life for married working women in the context of evolving pandemic challenges.

기혼 직장여성의 코로나 19로 인한 가족생활 변화와 일상스트레스, 일-가정양립갈등 그리고 직무만족도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Changes in Family Life due to COVID-19, Daily Stress, Work-Family Balance Conflict and Job Satisfaction of Married Working Women)

  • 본 연구는 기혼 직장여성의 코로나 19로 인한 가족생활 변화, 일상스트레스, 일-가정양립갈등 그리고 직무만족도 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 코로나 19로 인한 스트레스 상황 속에서 이들의 일-가정양립 갈등 감소와 직무만족도 향상을 위한 대안을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 2020년에 조사된 여성 가족 패널조사 8차 년도 데이터에서 기혼여성 임금노동자를 추출한 1,934명이 분석되었다. 가설검증을 위해 Amos 20.0으로 경로 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 코로나 19로 인한 가족생활 변화가 기혼 직장여성의 일-가정양립 갈등에 직접적 영향을 미치지 않았고 직무만족도를 증가시키는 결과를 나타내었으나, 일상스트레스를 통해서 일-가정양립갈등 증가와 직무만족도 감소에 간접적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 일상스트레스가 일-가정양립갈등 증가와 직무만족도 감소에 영향을 미치고, 일-가정양립갈등이 직무만족도의 감소에 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과에 따라 실천적·정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

외식업 종사자의 직무특성이 직무만족과 스트레스에 미치는 효과와 사회적 지원의 조절효과 (The effects of job characteristics on job satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support in food service business)

  • This paper reviewed the effects of job characteristics(role conflicts, emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy) on satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support. Based on 2,982 questionnaires among raw data of Korea Safety and Health Agency's national survey, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role conflict effect negatively on job satisfaction, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect positively on job satisfaction. 2) role conflict effect positively on stress, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect negatively on stress. 3) social support moderates positively 2 relationships-between role conflict and job satisfaction, between job autonomy and job satisfaction, but moderates negatively between job autonomy and stress.

조직내 정보보안 종사자의 갈등수준과 직무만족 및 직무변경의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Complication Level of Information Security Professional in the Public Entity on Job Satisfaction and Job Withdrawal Intention)

  • 이해관계 충돌 등으로 인한 조직내 갈등은 불가피하며 올바른 갈등관리는 조직의 효과성에 미치는 영향을 고려할 때 특히 중요하다. 본 연구는 공공기관 정보보안종사자가 직무수행시 겪는 갈등요인에 따른 갈등수준, 갈등요인과 갈등수준과의 관계, 나아가 직무만족과 직무변경의도와의 관계를 밝힘으로써 바람직하고 효율적인 갈등관리방안과 지속적 직무 역량확보를 도모하는데 목적이 있다. 21개 공공기관 정보보안직무종사자 202명을 대상으로 한 설문조사와 실증분석 결과, 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 갈등요인, 갈등수준, 직무만족, 직무변경의도에 차이가 존재하며, 갈등요인인 목표의 차이, 성과기준 및 보상체계, 개인 특성, 역할 불만족, 지각 차이에 대한 인식이 높을수록 갈등수준도 높아짐을 파악하였다. 또한, 종합갈등수준에 미치는 영향력은 개인특성이 가장 높고, 갈등수준의 불신은 직무만족에, 직무만족은 직무변경의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 정보보안조직의 효율적 운영, 직무체계개선에 중요한 기초자료가 됨은 물론 직무변경 방지, 사후관리에 유의미할 것이다. 특히 정보보안종사자의 직무이탈을 방지하고, 유관 정책수립이나 제도개선에 적용함으로써 미래의 정보보안 핵심인력 양성에 이바지 할 것을 기대한다.
