The study purpose was to test the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Revised Stress Appraisal Measure (RSAM) to assess stress appraisal in undergraduate students. Internal consistency reliability, construct and criterion validity were calculated using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and AMOS 21 program. Survey data were collected from a convenience sample of 296 undergraduate students enrolled in five universities in G city and C area, South Korea. The Korean version of RSAM categorized into 5 factors explaining 68.4% of the total variance. The model of five subscales was validated by confirmatory factor analysis (p<.001, Goodness of Fit Index, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index, Normed Fit Index, Comparative Fit Index >.08, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation=.056). In criterion validity, the scores for the scale were significantly correlated with the Perceived Stress Scale-Korean. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the 19 items was .73~.89. The Korean RSAM showed satisfactory construct and criterion validity and reliability. Thus it may be an appropriate instrument for measuring stress appraisal in Korean university students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among organization-public relationships, external reputation and job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. The subjects were 221 workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises selected. The data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling analysis using IBM SPSS 21 program and IBM AMOS 21 program. The results were as follow. First, Organization-public relationships influenced positively on external reputation. Second, Organization-public relationships influenced not significantly on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. Third, External reputation influenced positively on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. These results will contribute to provide implications related to organization effectiveness.

The aim of this study was to develop an understanding of the mediating effect of job search efficacy on perceived career development support and job support intensity of university students of physical education major. Data were collected by a total of 223 junior and senior students who are undergraduate majoring in physical education in Seoul, Chungnam, and Gyeongsang Provinvces. For the study, the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire and correlation analysis were conducted by using SPSS 20.0 program, and Structural Equation Model(SEM) using AMOS 20.0 program was conducted to analyze the data. The results were as follows. First, career development support perceived by university students of physical education majors had a statistically significant effect on job search efficacy, whereas it had no significant effect on job search intensity. Second, job search efficacy of the students had a statistically significant effect on job search intensity. Lastly, it was found that job search efficacy totally mediated the relationship between perceived career development support and job search intensity.

This study is a fusion study combining service marketing in the field of Naturopathy and business administration to examine the impact of the quality of Naturopathy services on the loyalty of customers using it, and see if the service value and customer satisfaction are mediated between the two variables. Through these efforts, the government wanted to contribute to the basic provision of research on Naturopathy services and the development of related industries. For the purpose of the study, a range commonly used as Naturopathy was presented to those in their 20s to 50s nationwide, and a survey was conducted on the relevant experience. Data analysis uses the AMOS 24.0 program to identify the causal relationship between the variables and the statistical program SPSS 24.0. The study found that the quality of the Naturopathy service had a positive effect on the loyalty of the customers who used the service, and that the value of the service and customer satisfaction were mediated between the service quality and loyalty, and had a positive effect.

This study examines the relationship between adaptation resilience, self-esteem and depression of female seniors participating in Pilates. The number of subjects for this study was 322 who were participating in the Pilates program in Gyeonggi-do. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire and descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation were conducted by using SPSS 20.0 and structural equation model was conducted by using AMOS 20.0 program. The results are as follows; First, the adaptation resilience of those female seniors participating in Pilates has a positive influence on their self-esteem. Second, the adaptation resilience of those female seniors participating in Pilates has a negative influence on their depression. Third, the self-esteem of those female seniors participating in Pilates has a negative influence on their depression. Lastly there is a causal relationship between the adaptation resilience, self-esteem and depression of female seniors participating in Pilates.

This study distinguishes between factors that affect mental health of college students, establishes an effective approach to integrating model building, mental health promotion, and development of nursing intervention based on the Bronfenbrenner's ecological system theory. The study method investigate the causal relationship between the factors. The SPSS 20.0 program was used for general characteristics and mental health related characteristics. The fitness of the model was verified and the Amos 20.0 program was used for hypothesis verification. In the study, the fit index of the model was $x^2=614.90$ (p = .000), Q value = 3.5, GFI = .88, AGFI = .84, NFI = .92, NNFI = .94, CFI = .02, and RMSEA = .08, respectively. The results showed that stress was the most influential on mental health, and that stress coping strategies, self - esteem and parenting attitude affect mental health. In order to improve the mental health of college students, intervention should be carried out to develop nursing interventions to improve stress management, self - esteem, and coping with stress.

This study aimed to verify how nursing students' willingness to behave in a specific way based on satisfaction is affected by the quality of nursing education service in terms of educational program, professor, educational environment, and reputation and employment. For this, the research conducted a questionnaire survey of 350 nursing students at one college in Gyeongnam, through which 321 sheets of the form were finally collected, and processed using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 Programs. Summarizing the findings of this study, each factor of the abovementioned quality had a significantly positive influence on nursing students' satisfaction. The biggest influential was reputation and employment, followed by educational program, educational environment, and professors. Also, that satisfaction significantly, positively affected those students' willingness to do specific behaviors. In conclusion, education services for nursing students require quality management which reflects relative differences in influential power among factors as mentioned above.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between social development and life satisfaction according to horse riding participation degree of participants. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, participants of the equestrian program were set as the population and the sample was extracted by the method of Stratified cluster random sampling. The input data were statistically processed according to the purpose of the study using the SPSS / AMOS 22.0 Version Statistical Program for Windows, and the results were as follows. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there were some differences in demographic characteristics such as horse riding experience, social development, life satisfaction, and participation level. Second, there was a partial relationship between participation level and social development of participants. Particularly, the degree of participation in horse riding experience was related to the activity of social development. Third, the participation level of horse riding experience was analyzed as having no direct influence on participants' life satisfaction. Fourth, it was analyzed that the development of sociality due to participation in horse riding experiences did not directly affect life satisfaction. Fifth, participation in experience of horse riding, social development and life satisfaction were not causally related.

This study explored the factors affecting the acceptance of public recording in SNS post. Using SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program, major results were derived through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis. The results are as follows: First, the risk of personal information leakage on SNS posting has a significant negative impact on the attitude toward SNS posting. Second, the security of the SNS posting has a significant effect on the attitude toward the SNS posting. Third, the concern about privacy of SNS posting has a significant negative impact on the attitude toward SNS posting. Fourth, the attitude toward SNS posting has a significant effect on the intention to accept the SNS posting. The above results suggest that the SNS post recording should be able to collect opinions of SNS users from a long-term viewpoint.

The purpose of this study is to propose implications that can be effectively applied to the educational field by exploring the intention to use of augmented reality-based educational contents for college students. To this end, a survey was conducted with college students, and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and path analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program and the AMOS 21.0 program. The results of the study were presented as follows. First, individual innovativeness influenced positively on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Second, social influence influenced positively on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Third, perceived enjoyment influenced positively on perceived usefulness. Fourth, perceived ease of use influenced positively on perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Fifth, except for perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment influenced positively on intention to use.
