Objectives : The Purpose of this study was to develop the occupation based grocery shopping skill training program for group of person with developmental disability and to test its effect. Methods : We set the grocery shopping task for the theme of the program and we applied this program for 9 sessions. There were initial, final, and follow-up evaluation and training sessions were provided 6 times. In the every session, group training program for grocery shopping skills was conducted. The performance of grocery shopping skills was evaluated by Test of Grocery Shopping Skills(TOGSS). Results : At the final assessment of grocery shopping skill, there were increased performance skills especially in item collection and size comparison. Among 3 subjects, two showed in improved navigation skills in order to search for target items. However, there was no improvement in comparing the optical price of items. For the last, it was significant that the total time to spend for shopping were commonly decreased. The performance of grocery shopping were maintained in 2 subjects and another subject was unable to perform it at the 5 month later follow-up evaluation. Conclusion : The occupation based grocery shopping skill training group program which was developed in this study is useful guide-line for occupational therapists who seek for the community based program. All 3 subjects showed the improved performance on shopping skill through this program.

우리나라는 매년 반복되는 가뭄으로 사회·경제적 피해가 발생하고 있다. 정부에서는 가뭄에 대응하기 위한 대응방안을 마련하고, 지방자치단체 및 유관기관을 중심으로 용수배분 등을 위한 가뭄 대비 훈련을 시행하고 있다. 그러나 가뭄 훈련을 준비하고, 계획하기 위한 가뭄 특성을 반영한 훈련 기준이 미비한 실정으로 가뭄 훈련을 위한 기준의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 가뭄 훈련 현황을 조사·분석하여 시사점을 검토하고, 국내 가뭄 훈련을 위한 절차를 제시하였다. 미국은 가뭄 시나리오를 기반으로 가뭄 훈련을 할 수 있도록 제시하고 있다. 가뭄 피해 및 가뭄 대비를 위한 사항을 제시하고 있으며, 워크숍, 게임, 도상훈련, 기능 훈련 등의 훈련 종류를 제시하고 있다. 또한, 훈련을 시행하는 데 필요한 고려사항을 제시하고 있어, 체계적인 훈련 계획의 수립이 가능하도록 하고 있다. 미국의 사례를 검토한 결과 가뭄 훈련 계획 수립을 위한 기초지식부터, 훈련의 종류, 훈련시 고려사항, 훈련계획 수립 절차를 체계적으로 제시하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 모든 재난 유형에 대한 범용적인 훈련 지침을 제시하고 있어, 가뭄으로 인한 피해 대응의 특수성을 반영하지 못한 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에는 미국 사례 분석 결과를 바탕으로 훈련 계획을 수립하기 위한 절차를 제시하였으며, 가뭄이라는 재난의 특수성을 반영하고, 훈련을 좀 더 내실있고, 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 가뭄 훈련 지침이 필요한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.

Due to COVID-19, the education and training environment in vocational competency development has changed significantly. In vocational education and training, where the proportion of face-to-face training is more extensive than in other areas of education, some training courses had no choice but to be converted to online. This study presents a distance training system plan for non-contact vocational training by analyzing the learner's non-contact learning experiences. Non-face-to-face education experiences were investigated for learners of private vocational training institutions, universities, and public higher vocational training institutions. The main contents of the survey were to analyze the non-face-to-face learning experiences of these learners for the educational environment and educational purposes. Based on the results of the learners' non-face-to-face learning experiences, a draft of a remote training system construction plan for non-face-to-face education was composed, and a Delphi study was conducted on the draft non-face-to-face remote training system. A method for establishing a distance training system including non-face-to-face teaching and learning strategies, learning and operation support was proposed with these results.

As the "Partial Amendment to the Vocational Competency Development Act" was passed, and the mandatory refresher training was legislated in March 2020, HRD education institutions has prepared a plan for the improved refresher training to strengthen the competency of vocational training teachers and to improve the quality of refresher training. However, as demand for refresher training is concentrated in partial occupations, it is necessary prepare a separate plan to recognize personal learning as a refresher training for a minority of teachers who are not provided with a training. Therefore, this study aims to identify areas of a minor training occupations that don't exist many participants for a refresher training and to derive ways to recognize their multiple education experiences and participations instead of attending a refresher training. To this end, literature review, analysis of current situation, consultation with stakeholders, and written interviews with experts were conducted. As a result, a minority of training occupations was defined as type 1 and type 2 and ways of the recognition of refresher training for minority of training occupations which embrace various educational types were derived. Lastly, discussions and suggestions on the expansion of the scope of the recognition of refresher training for minority of training occupations were provided.

한전은 국가경제 성장에 따라 늘어나는 발전설비에 대한 운영효율의 향상과 고장발생의 예방 사고시 운전원들의 운전능력 배양 등을 목적으로 운영요원 훈련용 시뮬레이터를 국산화 개발하여 운영하고 있다 훈련용 시뮬레이터를 구성하는 시스템들 중 발전소 안전계통과 발전소 감시계통을 시뮬레이션하는 PPC(Plant Processing Computer) 시스템이 있다 VMS(Vibration Monitoring System) 는 PPC의 여러계통들 중 하나로서 발전소의 터빈 발전기 펌프 등의 진동을 감시하는 시스템이다 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이터의 VMS를 개발하기 위해 적용한 시뮬레이tus 모델 알고리즘 그리고 모델에서 계산된 진동값을 PC의 모니터에 나타내는 Display 시스템등에 대해 기술하고자한다.

자율운항선박 운항인력 육성을 위한 교육훈련(프로그램, 컨텐츠, 교육장비)에 관한 내용을 토대로 교육장비 시스템 개발 방향을 제시, 특히 육상에서 자율운항선박을 원격제어하는 시스템을 대상으로 하여 미래 해기사의 교육훈련 방안과 장비 개발 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a smart device-based Language Rehabilitation Program (LRP) to improve communication ability for the patients with language disability. The content of the LRP includes a variety of semantic categories and grammatical elements and consists of 17 semantic categories, 29 tasks and 3780 items to improve comprehension/production ability at word level, semantic category level, sentence level and discourse level. We developed LRP as a Windows-base management program and an Android-base language rehabilitation application. LRP was developed into an application for smart devices, providing real-time delivery of training contents, measurement and database of training task results, and patient progress and monitoring. A follow-up study will be conducted on the verification of the language rehabilitation effect using LRP by patients with language disability.

최근 각종 질병과 사고로 평형감각에 이상이 있는 환자가 증가하고 있다. 이들의 빠른 사회로의 환원을 위해서는 평형감각을 회복시킬 수 있는 효율적인 재활훈련이 필요하다. 하지만 기존 장비들은 근력을 길러주거나 특정감각기관만을 훈련시켜주는 정도의 재활만이 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가상현실기술과 자전거를 이용하여 평형감각 실조환자의 진단 및 시각, 전정감각, 체성감각 등을 효율적으로 진단하고 자극, 훈련시킬 수 있는 bike simulator system을 개발하였다. 그리고 본 시스템이 재활훈련에 유용한지 실험 검토하였다. 실험결과 본 시스템을 통한 반복실험결과 COP의 값을 통하여 평형감각의 정량적 측정, 분석이 가능하였고, 훈련시 COP를 실시간으로 visual feedback함으로서 평형감각의 조절과 balance의 유지기능이 향상함을 확인하였고 본 시스템이 통합평형감각 측정 및 훈련용 재활장비로 유용함을 알 수 있었다.

플랜트와 같은 대형 기계설비의 운영 시 발생하는 사고 피해를 최소화하고 조속한 정상화를 위해서는, 운영자 또는 초기 대응자가 예상치 못한 사고에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 향상시키기 위한 현장 운영자에 대한 훈련 기술이 필요하다. 이러한 훈련 과정은 실제 플랜트 현장에서 수행하기가 현실적으로 어렵기 때문에, 시뮬레이션 기술을 사용한 모의 훈련 및 평가기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 가상현실 안전훈련 시뮬레이터의 설계 및 개발과정과, 체감형 훈련을 가능케하는 휴먼 인터페이스의 적용 및 통합 과정에 대해 소개한다.

First, The flow into and out of unemployment has been increasing considerably too since the late 1997. Moreover, about half of job changes involve career changes associated with industrial and occupational changes which workers work for. Workers who switch industries and occupations significantly suffer greater wage losses than observed similar workers who find new jobs in their pre-turnover industry or occupation. These findings imply that labor mobility is more likely to cause losses in accumulated skill of workers. Second, this study compared the wage return to past training when a worker remains with an employer with the wage return to past training when a worker moves to a new employer. Surprisingly, training provided by previous employers has significantly positive wage effect. These findings that the skill acquired by employer- provided training is transferable across some firms. Third, this study finds that the likelihood of sectoral mobility decreases with training received in the current industry. It gives an evidence of the industry- specific training. Based on these findings, this paper suggest the way of dividing the costs of benefits of training among employers within their sector to prevent under-investment in training.
