  • This study aims to investigate the influence of person-organization(P-O) fit on job satisfaction, and turnover intent mediated through goal commitment using structural equation modeling. An experimental design is applied to test seven hypotheses that reflect the research questions. Five star deluxe hotel employees are targeted for sampling. A total of 180 faithful cases out of 250 cases have been analyzed. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance, and structural equation modeling(SEM) are employed using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 4. The results indicate the hotel employees' perceived P-O fit is positively associated with goal commitment and job satisfaction while negatively linked with turnover intent. Also, goal commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction while having a negative effect on turnover intent, mediating between P-O fit and organizational outcomes. Therefore, the needs to evaluate P-O fit and goal commitment during recruitment and after organizational entry have been raised.

The most high rank important factor is railroad station user facilities, and the AHP importance index of passenger facilities and elevator facilities for KORAIL personnel and facility users is index. The third of KORAIL personnel is movement facilities, but facility users index is sanitation. And the low important factors of KORAIL personnel and facility users are shown as the platform in passenger facilities, the rest facilities in waiting room, the escalator in going up and coming down facilities, the escalator in movement facilities, the raised letters block in guide facilities, and the parking lot in subsidiary facilities.

  • This study analyzed the effects of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and the impotance of a job rotation system on the subjective career success. The total 379 samples were surveyed from employees engaging in domestic hotel enterprises located in Seoul using convenient sampling method. The result of this research is as followings. First, EVP has total 5 factors('career development,' 'affiliation,' 'work environment,' 'work content' and 'pay & reward') and job rotation has total 3 factors('individual capacity improvement,' 'procedural justice,' and 'career development'). Second, the results of hypotheses test using a series of multiple regression analysis indicate that EVP factors including 'career development,' 'affiliation,' 'work environment,' and 'work content' influence subjective career success. However, EVP factor of 'pay & reward' does not influence subjective career success. Similarly, EVP factors excluding 'pay & reward' affect a job rotation system. Lastly, a job rotation system positively affects subjective career success. Based on the analysis results, we could draw the importance of the non-financial reward instead of financial reward in the perception of employees' subjective career success. As a research implication, the importance of the creative organization culture was suggested in the conclusion section.

Selecting cooks working for ten five-star hotels in Seoul for empirical analysis, total 500 copies of questionnaire (50 copies to each hotel) were distributed for 30 days from September $23^{rd}$ to October $22^{nd}$, 2013. Excluding the ones with missing values or too much weighted tendency, total 426 copies(85.2%) were used as the final data for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the verification of causal relationships between hotel cuisine employees' perceived emotional leadership and empowerment, trust and innovative behavior within organizations is valuable enough to be used as the theoretical foundation in the future. Based on the results of such in-depth analysis, hotel cuisine employees' perceived emotional leadership can be shown through interactions between leaders and employees. The effectiveness of leadership can be maximized only when leaders and employees maintain the mutual cooperative partnership to lead employees' innovative behavior by implanting empowerment and trust in employees.

H2; Perception for adopting E-procurement system will influence improvement expectation of food material purchasing, beverage material purchasing, Room guest supplies & cleaning supplies, general material purchasing. H2-1, H2-2, H2-3, H2-4; Perception for adopting E-procurement system will differently influence improvement expectation of food material purchasing, beverage material purchasing, Room guest supplies & cleaning supplies, general material purchasing by job level and job performance. As a result, perception for adopting E-procurement system is in proportion to improvement expectation of purchasing and hypotheses related with job level and job performance which are moderating variables were accepted partially.

The survey was administerd to 377 employees working for deluxe hotels in Korea. The results indicated that the proposed model fit to the data well(${\chi}^2$=307.888, df=51, p<.001, GFI .890, AFGI .833, NFI .931, IFI .942, CFI .942). The finding showed that employees' emotional dissonance had a significantly positive effect on their burnout (${\beta}$=.194; t=3.533; p<.001) and a significantly negative effect on job satisfaction(${\beta}$=-.352; t=-6.906; p<.001). In addition, employees' burnout had a significantly negative effect on their job satisfaction(${\beta}$=-.267; t=-5.261; p<.001). For the moderating effects of employees' emotional labor on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job satisfaction, the results indicated that significant relationships varied to employees' surface acting whereas deep acting did not. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • The Employment instability of current employees should be related to uncertainty of switching job for experienced ones. Therefore, the researcher would like to look into the influence which is taken by Job Insecurity after verifying Job Instability Recognition through employees and identification of the level into Trust in organization, In particular, for the employee who is working in a catering department and expected to be ranked highly among tourist companies concerning Job Instability Recognition. According to the result of a tentative theory that Job Insecurity will effect negatively to Trust, conversely, it does not give any considerable effects both Trust in colleague and company. It just turned out that the risky factor of their dismissal could come to a substantial consequence to Trust in Superior. In this regard, a study shows that there isn't any relation to Trust in colleague even though there Is the cause of being fired. In this sense, employees can assume that a work evaluation or relationship with their superior, who work together in the field, is related to the risky factor regarding their dismissal. In other words, it turned out that there was no difference between regular employee and non-regular employee in the matter of Job-Instability-Recognition.
