Ago the passenger who using a wheelchair was denied boarding from the airline. The ACT ON THE PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST DISABLED PERSONS prohibits discriminatory treatment of persons with disabilities in transportation. But there are situations that limits the movement on persons with reduced mobility. The international community promote to protect disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility against discrimination and to provide them with assistance when travelling by air. According to news report, the governing Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has established new global core principles on air transport consumer protection. The principles cover three phases of a customer's experience: before, during and after travel, and will now be considered by ICAO's 191 Member States when they develop or review their applicable national regimes. The international community are recognizing that passengers can benefit from a competitive air transport sector, which offers more choice in fare-service trade-offs and which may encourage carriers to improve their offerings, passengers, including those with disabilities, can also benefit from consumer protection regimes. In accordance with these we will also be provided to regulations that can prevent and protect the air passenger. In this paper analyze the regulations of the international air passenger rights, point out the lack of policy.

The objective of this study is to analyze domestic air passengers' preferences for selecting domestic airline company. By the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method, we tried to measure the weight of the qualitative factors objectively and scientifically. The overall results indicate that domestic air passengers place more weight on airport service factor than other service factors for selecting domestic airline. Also, reservation/ticketing and in-flight service factors are equivalent to airport service factor. These priorities are differently shown followed by passengers' income. Therefore, airline companies need to formulate the differentiated strategy and customer-oriented marketing plan based on identified customer needs.

This paper presents the result of VDL Mode 2 system design and implementation with AOA (ACARS Over AVLC) protocol based on international VDL Mode 2 specifications for the bit-oriented ATS applications. The designed VDL Mode 2 system is composed of airborne and ground subsystem. Airborne subsystem consists of VDR, CMU and Ground system consists of Ground Station and DSP. For the test of whole system, simplified CPDLC, ADS and AFN applications are implemented in test equipments.

As the global air traffic volume has shown a rapid increase, doubling every 15 years since 1977, domestic and international air traffic control services and air navigation safety facility operation management system and status review It is necessary to present the feasibility of establishing an air traffic control agency with integrated functions and establish an operating system for an independent dedicated agency to provide advanced air traffic control services in preparation for the future air transport environment. In particular, in 2021, the national ATM reformation and enhancement (NARAE) a customized comprehensive plan for operations, facilities, and systems to handle air traffic safely and efficiently by actively reflecting changes in the navigation environment such as international policies and standards as this is established, the role of the air traffic control agency becomes more important, and an improved action plan for the control and navigation operating system must be promoted.

This Paper investigates how perceived Price, airline service aquality, perceived value. passenger satisfaction, and airline image determine passengers' future behavioural intentions. To test the conceptual framework, Path analysis using a maximum likelihood estimator, was applied to data collected from Korean international air passengers. It was found that all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant. Perceived price. Perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image were each found to Have a direct effect on Korean international air passengers future behavioural intentions.

In order to improve continuous success and stabilization of high-speed rail in the future, Using Frequency of high-speed rail should be enhanced by improving satisfaction of high-speed rail passenger. High-speed rail is needed to hold the priority in competition means by comparing the traits of service of domestic air lines. This study utilizes structural equation modeling to develop model for estimating factors influencing to service through conducting survey questionnaire. It also uses reliability analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis to examine the rationalization of items and to establish hypothesis of this research. The results show that KTX contains 'inner service' item that is considered to be ameliorated and that domestic airline present low performance of 'outer service' item. In other words, moving section which partly is under a limited condition is needed to be improved. In addition, access to airport and transfer to other transportations have to be improved as they show the lowest satisfaction.

This study was conducted in search of the acceptance level of air traffic services from domestic airlines pilot's perspective in comparison with male controllers and female controllers. Pilots responded to the questionnaire that female ATC controllers are of significance to male controllers in terms of pronunciation, accuracy of English grammar, attitude and kindness. Besides, The ICAO aviation English proficiency level four test revealed that female controllers were found superior to male controllers in terms of rating scales of holistic descriptors.

본 논문은 급증하는 항공 교통량을 처리하기 위해 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)를 중심으로 연구되고 있는 차세대 항공관제를 위한 시스템 중 비행자료처리시스템에서 효율적인 비행계획 상태 관리를 위한 방법론을 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비행계획 상태 관리는 입력되는 새로운 전문 및 관제사의 입력과 시간 타이머에 의한 이벤트를 구분하는 처리 구조이며, 두 가지를 병렬 처리하는 방식을 이용해서 정확하고 빠른 비행계획 상태 관리를 제공한다. 이는 향후 많은 항공 교통량을 처리하기 위한 차세대 항공관제 시스템에 적용되는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
