The purpose of this study was to identify the service factors of university libraries which aim to improve the educational welfare of the disabled, and to develop an evaluation indicator to evaluate these vital service factors. To proceed with this study, guidelines of public library services for people with disabilities, and previous research and job description of academy library analysed and developed indicators suited for evaluating academic library services for people with disabilities. A pilot survey and main survey about the evaluation factors and indicators conducted with librarians who work for university libraries, and the questions were refined by exploratory factor analysis of the data collected from the survey. As a result, through the process of identifying reliability and validity, it turned out that the evaluation factor and subordinate index of university library services for the disabled consisted of 8 factors and 33 indicators.

Theoretical review of the PR activities was initiated using Lasswell's (1948) SMCRE model to evaluate the indicators of the collaborative programs with NGO and the outcome of the activities promoting energy-saving programs. The indicators were then set based on a case study by Nho Younhwoo (2012). This paper aims to develop evaluation indicators for the activities promoting energy-saving programs and evaluate how energy consumers recognize the reputations of PR agencies (sender), PR content (message), PR media outlets (channel), and the degree to which such PR activities induce energy-saving behaviors.

In this paper, I developed a assesment indicator to evaluate SW program developed by students in SW education. The SW education carry out in elementary school, middle school and high school from 2016. But the assesment indicator to evaluate SW program had not been developed until now. Therefore, I tried to develop the assesment indicator that have harmoniously educational characteristic and SW qualitative characteristic. First of all, I had set the 15 attributes for assesment and developed the 36 criteria for 15 attributes. And the validity of 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment had been reviewed by 39 SW educational experts. As a result, the 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment were determined to which that have validity. I expect that the assesment indicator developed in this paper will raise the reliability of evaluation in SW education. And the assesment indicator may be used at SW competition conference for teenagers.

The study aimed to extract development potential on clustered settlements by deciding priority on extracting standardization points taking pure development indexes and future development conditions into account targeting clustered settlements released from green-belt in Gijang-gun, Busan. The study selected individual indexes on 4 areas on aspects of natural, physical, development, approach for objective and scientific analysis through Busan's GIS Data. The results showed that large clustered settlements near shores are areas with high development index value and evaluated as areas with high development potential, and smaller clustered settlements located inland near the west of National Road 14 showed that individual index values were lower thus evaluated as areas with lower development potential.

This study set up hierarchies and indices of manmade disasters and determined weighted values and priorities of the evaluation indices for each hierarchy. It found that the relative importance of the prevention sphere is the most essential in measuring the weighted values and priorities, followed by that of the countermeasure sphere. The reason is that manmade disasters are sure to lead to damages, against which countermeasures should be taken by all means to search and save the injured persons.

The purpose of this study is to develop school library evaluation criteria by individual provincial office of education. Data was collected from several school library evaluation criteria. Based upon the data new evaluation criteria were developed in order to increase student academic achievement and apply various school environment. Evaluation items were divided into three items: library programs, school support, service. Evaluation methods were identified into survey method, statistics method, and applied standard statistics method. From three methods, applied standard statistics method was selected. This method included quantitative items and qualitative items. Quantitative items have two criteria from budget, three criteria from collection, and three criteria from use. Qualitative items have two criteria: collection and book usage.

The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation criteria for the maintenance preserve of agriculture and rural heritage. The major steps for this study are 1) drafting the evaluation criteria for maintenance preservation of agriculture and rural heritage 2) verifying the evaluation criteria, and 3) determining the weighting values of the confirmed evaluation criteria. First, to derive the evaluation criteria for maintenance preservation of agriculture and rural heritage, the researcher reviewed the literature on the evaluation of agriculture and rural heritage, including research on the indexes of agriculture and rural heritage, the degree of the maintain preservation of heritage. A total of 31 evaluation criteria were selected. Second, to verify the selected 5 evaluation items and 31 evaluation indexes, the Delphi Method was implemented. Using traditional 3-step Delphi Method consisting of close-ended forms, with a panel of 41 experts, the researchers verified 5 evaluation items 31 evaluation indexes, two for each evaluation area validity. The confirmed evaluation areas are 5 items of management plan, management support system, surroundings of heritage, local network, heritage utilization and 31 criteria were preservation maintenance, performance plan, resident community composition, monitoring, act of parliament fulfillment, ecosystem management, landscape harmony, restoration and transmission plan and enhancement of residents' capability, etc. in the order. Through maintenance preservation evaluation index of agriculture and rural heritage, it can be utilized as sustainable development of plural resources.

Evaluation indices of the panelizing optimization for Architectural freeform surfaces are proposed for quantitative evaluation through the case studies on panelizing optimization and evaluation index for Architectural freeform surfaces. Proposed evaluation items are adherence to original design intent, production ease, and continuity. The evaluation index for adherence to original design intent is surfaces fitness, the evaluation indices for production ease are planarity, planar panel ratio, and the evaluation indices for continuity are tangent continuity, and divergence. Algorithms are also suggested to compute the proposed evaluation indices.

This research examines whether the evaluation index used Dream Start services operation evaluation has 'reliability in evaluation field and area' and 'whether there is discrimination according to evaluation index'. To do this, we conducted an empirical analysis based on the evaluation data of 126 municipal and provincial governments that received the 2018 Dream Start services operation evaluation. First, as a result of examining whether there is trust in each evaluation area, it was found that the reliability of the basic construction, integrated case management, and service operation field is higher than .6 and the lower evaluation indexes are the same Standards were met. However, the field of resource exploit and connectivity was not so reliable as the concept of sub-domains. Second, 'Are there discriminatory power according to the evaluation indexes?' The results showed that 18 of the 28 indicators were highly discriminative. On the other hand, 10 indicators showed low discrimination power.
