  • This paper suggests an evaluation of risk level for damage of marine accidents in SRRs. Qualitative analyses in words is sometimes priorior to quantative analyses in numeric symbols. This paper intoduces a concept of fuzzy theory with the plenty of related literature review and AHP in the Korean SRRs of RCC and RSC. The methodology of this paper is max . min composition of fuzzy extensive principle, defuzzifiation is centroid of gravity methods. At the result, the evaluation of risk level is especially over Serious for smarine accident of Taean, Gunsan, Mokpo, Yosu, Tongyoung, Busan SRR. This paper recommends that many Rescue Vessels and Equipments need to the reduction of risk level about those.

  • Since the destruction of World Trade Center the attention of the united States and the wider international community has focussed upon the need to strengthen security and prevent terrorism. This paper suggests an analysis prior to risk factor and structure for anti-terrorism in the korean maritime society. For this, in this paper, maritime terror risk factor was extracted by type and case of terror using brainstorming method. Also, risk factor is structured by FSM method and analyzed for ranking of each risk factor by AHP. At the result, the evaluation of risk factor is especially over maximum factor for related external impact.

  • This paper aims to Analysis on Structure about Information assistance of VTS(vessel traffic service) using fuzzy structure model. Generally, fuzzy structure model is difficult to all structure of a system by difficulty of the choice of critical value and Parameter. In this paper, is able to analysis all structure about information assistance of ITS system by hierarchical structure graph and division graph. Also, this paper is analysis and show a practical problem with interpretation of a model through how some example again.

A Route Search of Urban Traffic Network using Fuzzy Non-Additive Control (퍼지 비가법 제어를 이용한 도시 교통망의 경로 탐색)

  • This paper shows alternative route search and preference route search for the traffic route search, and proposes the use of the fuzzy non-additive controller by the application of AHP(analytic hierarchy process). It is different from classical route search and notices thinking method of human. Appraisal element, weight of route is extracted from basic of the opinion gathering for the driving expert and example of route model was used for the finding of practice utility. Model evaluation was performed attribute membership function making of estimate element, estimate value setting, weight define by the AHP, non additive presentation of weight according to $\lambda$-fuzzy measure and Choquet fuzzy integral. Finally, alternative route search was possible to real time traffic route search for the well variable traffic environment, and preference route search showed reflection of traffic route search disposition for the driver individual. This paper has five important meaning. (1)The approach is similar to the driver's route selection decision process. (2)The approach is able to control of route appraisal criteria for the multiple attribute. (3)The approach makes subjective judgement objective by a non additive. (4)The approach shows dynamic route search for the alternative route search. (5)The approach is able to consider characteristics of individual drivers attributed for the preference route search.

Multi-criteria decision making application methodologies for Water Resources Planning (수자원 계획수립을 위한 다기준 의사결정기법의 적용 방안)

  • 본 연구는 수자원계획 문제에서 다기준 의사결정기법을 적용할 때 발생할 수 있는 두 가지 문제에 대해 분석하였다. 첫 번째는 다기준 의사결정기법 선택의 차이가 결과에 어느 정도 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 제시하였고 두 번째는 평가기준에 대한 가중치와 대안들의 평가치에 대한 불확실성을 최소화하기 위해 민감도 분석을 수행하는 절차를 제시하였다. 첫 번째 문제를 위해 가중합계법, Compromise Programming, 계층화분석과정, 수정된 계층화 분석과정, 가중곱방법, TOPSIS, ELECTRE-2, Regime 방법을 사용하였다. 또한 최근 사용빈도가 높은 삼각형 Fuzzy 숫자와 다기준 의사결정기법을 결합한 기법에 대해서도 분석하였는데 Fuzzy WSM, Fuzzy 계층화분석과정, Fuzzy 수정 계층화분석과정, Fuzzy TOPSIS, Fuzzy Compromise Programming을 검토하였다. 분석결과 평가기준에 대한 가중치 조건과 표준화 방법이 동일한 상황에도 불구하고 조금씩 다른 순위를 제시하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다양한 MCDM 기법들을 적용해도 동일한 순위로 나타나는 대안들이 있었다. 따라서 다기준 의사결정기법을 사용한 수자원 관리계획을 수립할 때에는 다양한 분석기법을 활용해서 기법의 선택으로 인한 불확실성을 최소화해야 한다. 두 번째 문제는 평가기준에 대한 가중치와 대안의 효과 정량화 자료의 불확실성을 극복하기 위해 각각에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 유량확보와 수질개선을 위한 수자원 계획 수립을 위해 가중합계법을 이용한 문제에 두 경우의 민감도 분석을 모두 수행하였다. 이 과정에서 결정계수와 민감도 계수를 산정하여 이용하였다. 본 연구는 향후 수자원 관리 및 계획 분야에서 다기준 의사결정기법을 적용할 때 사용될 수 있는 기초 가이드라인이 될 것이다.

  • Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in logistics service. there are so many evaluation methods but they are not applicable to logistics service the have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probability measure can not used to evaluate logistics service but Fuzzy Measure is required. And the method should be easy to calculate it Recently Fuzzy theory has been applied in Various evaluation problem. Fuzzy evaluation based on Fuzzy theory can accommodate fuzziness in judgement with people through introducing Fuzzy Measure. In this paper, Hierarchical Fuzzy Process is applied to evaluate level of logistics service in Korail and the biggest six logistics companies in the korea which is called 3PL Company. Also Fuzzy Relation Equation which is problem identifying evaluation value at these fuzzy evaluation is applied to verify relation between Input and Output data through @-operation. Therefore, we apply this Fuzzy Relation Equation to Hierarchical Fuzzy Process and verify evaluation value which objects of evaluation are able to possess.

  • Visualizations have played an important role in understanding new insights of users of social network for social network analysis. Most of the previous works of visualization focus on representing user's relationship on social network by a complex multi dimension graph. However, this method is difficult to identify the important of relationship to focus on personal user intuitively. Besides, the user's messages to reflect the interrelation between users is insufficient, since most of visualization methods represent the user relationship using information of interaction between nodes on networks. In order to resolve above problem, this paper proposes a new visualization method to visualize user based hierarchy that uses internal relationship of users by fuzzy relational product and external access information of network.
