The Influence of Formalized Task Environment on the Experience of Job Stress: Focused on Locus of Control as Moderate Variable (공식화된 과업환경과 직무스트레스간의 관계: 통제위치의 조절역할을 중심으로)

  • It was investigated this study how much individual's job stress would be explained by formalized task environment. also, would be explained locus of control as moderate variable. The data used in the study were collected from employees in domestic corporate. After sending the total of 150 questionnaires, 113 responses were returned. Among the returned questionnaires, 9 poor responses were excluded, and the remained 104 copies were analyzed. The final regression model included formalized task environment as statistically significant, but locus of control as statistically non-significant. it was relied on a lack of sample. This study was to open job stress studies up multi level study(individual - organizational level).

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of trust toward digital risk management organization on risk perception and cognition of risk management focused on expert survey. The results were as follows. First, Trust toward digital risk management organization influenced negatively on risk perception. Second, Trust toward digital risk management organization influenced positively on cognition of risk management organization. Third, risk perception on digital risk influenced not significantly on cognition of risk management organization. Findings of this study requires an effort to increase trust of digital risk management organization and to develop trust-based decision-making on digital risk.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to find out mediational role of risk about the repurchasing intention of hotel services. The result of this study can provide some directives for the strategic marketing implementation in the hotel industry. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. To study the effect of perceived service quality on the repurchasing intention of customers, multi regression analysis was executed and, in the personnel service as well as in the physical service, it showed a plus (+) effect on the result. 2. To study the effect of perceived service quality on the perceived risk, multi regression analysis was executed and, in the part of performance risk and socio-psychological risk of the personnel service, it showed a negative(-) effect on the result; however, in the physical service, it doesn't give any statistical meaningful influence on the result. And, on the physical risk, those two service quality showed a negative(-) effect in the meaningful level. 3. To study the effect of perceived Risk on the repurchasing intention of customers, a multi regression analysis was also executed and, in the parts of all risks of performance, socio-psychological and physical, it showed a negative(-) effect on the result in the meaningful level.

  • Ubiquitous computing environment is the new surroundings, currently being realized by modern technology. Since previous usability tests are not suitable for this new technological environment, new research on psychological factors needs to be conducted. The evaluation of service scenarios also will be required in tandem with traditional usability tests of operation devices. Consequently, this study classified usability factors from a scenario perspective and was conducted with a focus on the psychological elements of controllability from a mechanical perspective. Study 1 reclassified the factors of existing usability tests according to similarity and application scenarios, and ten important groups of factors were newly created. Study 2 focused specifically on the design side of a device and showed that the degree of familiarity with the ubiquitous computing device and its complexity brought about a difference in perceived controllability of the device.

  • Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the relationship between individual-level social capital and depression. And, we assessed if depressive symptom mediates the relationship between social capital and self-rated health status. Methods: Data from the 2011 Community Health Survey were analyzed for this study. We used chi-square tests and analyzed a four step approach in which several regression analyses were conducted and significance of the coefficients was examined at each step. Results: In men, the results of controlling mediating factor (depression): social participation was not significantly associated with self-rated health status(p=0.082), the finding supports that social participation was fully mediated by depression. In women, the relationship between social capital(trust, social participation) and self-rated health status was partially mediated by depression. Conclusions: In order to increase self rated health status, not only improvement in trust and social participation are needed but effort to reduce depression must be combined.

  • The study aims to explore the factors that affect the value perception, satisfaction, and frequency of smart phone taxi applications in Shanghai, China, and commuters. According to a survey conducted on the actual use of taxi application, the majority of the customers responded that they have been using taxi apps for more than one or two years, and the results showed that they use taxi apps once or twice a week. It also showed that the actual use of taxi apps varies depending on their age and academic background. Among the value attributes of smart phone taxi applications, the respondents perceived ease of use as the highest at 4.41 points out of 5 point scale, while the risk perception was the lowest at 3.34 points. Finally, when social demographic characteristics and the nature of taxi app use were controlled, the value perception variables had a significant influence on taxi application satisfaction. The higher the perception of service quality, usefulness, and system usability, the higher the satisfaction levels were. In particular, the impact of perceived usefulness and system usability perception was high.

A Study on the Effect of Adult Female's Personality Type on Health Control Behavior and Obesity Stress (성인여성의 성격유형이 건강통제행동 및 비만스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • The study was performed for investigation with 257 female adults to find out the factors affecting health control behavior and obesity stress by personality type. First of all, BMIs of the respondents showed 30 low weight (11.7%), 170 normal weight (66.1%), 33 overweight (12.8%) and 24 obese respondents (9.4%). Comparing with low weight or normal weight, overweight or obesity could be seen as strong with diet control behaviors, from which obesity stress showed the tendency to be high accordingly. Second, the result of the investigation showed that for the open personality, which was featured as strongly desired to accomplish, very sincere and sensitive, they were more eager to control through health or diet. Third, the result of the investigation showed that for the more nervous, which is featured as emotionally unstable, bad at self control of impetus and clumsy to handle stress, the obesity stress was escalating.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation among alcohol outcome expectancies, alcohol abstinence self-efficacy, perceived drinking norms and alcohol use. This study was conducted via e-mail. Among 392 students who were participated via E-mail, 300 students (male 148, female 152) were met a definition of Wechsler's binge drinking. The results revealed that perceived norms were associated with alcohol use in binge drinking group, while those were not in non-binge drinking group. It was identified that a difference of peer's actual alcohol consumption and peer's perceived drinking was associated with individual alcohol use. Moreover, for binge drinking group, perceived norms predicted alcohol use better than any other factors. Drinking motives mediated the relation with perceived norms and alcohol use. Especially perceived norms affected alcohol use not only by increasing drinking motives but also by itself. Implication of this study is to provide a basis of prevention and intervention of binge drinking for college students.

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Customer Value onthe Relationship Between Relationship Marketing Factors and Loyalty on Rural Tourism (농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인과 충성도 간의 관계에서 고객지각가치의 매개효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to identify the relationship marketing factors and examine the mediating factors of perceived customer value on the relationship between relationship marketing factors and loyal on rural tourism. We collected and analyzed the survey data from the customers who had experienced rural tourism before. The results from the empirical analysis are as follows. First, through the exploratory factor analysis, four factors such as customer orientation, responsive attraction, professionalism, and ties were derived. Second, it was found all four factors have significant positive effects on loyalty. Third, both responsive attraction and professionalism have significant positive effects on perceived customer value. However, customer orientation and ties do not have significant effects. Fourth, the perceived customer value showed a full mediating effect between responsive attraction and loyalty, whereas it showed a partial mediating effect between professionalism and loyalty. Additionally, it was found that gender did not affect loyalty but significantly affected perceived customer value. This means that women had lower perceived value for rural tourism than men. To improve the loyalty of rural tourism, it is necessary to improve customer orientation, professionalism, ties, and perceived customer value.

  • Recently, contests for college students have emerged as an important factor in employment through self-development, and parents' psychological control on college students can prevent the development of autonomy by suppressing decisions and expressions without helping their children become independent. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the parental psychological control perceived by college students affects the motivation to participate in the contest through self-determination. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the psychological control of separation anxiety of parental psychological control negatively affects only the competence among self-determination. Second, it was found that achievement-oriented parental psychological control had a negative effect on all factors of self-determination. Third, it was found that among self-determination factors, competence had a positive effect on pleasure, financial reward, and recognition of others, and a negative effect on a sense of accomplishment. Fourth, it was found that the relationship among self-determination factors had a positive effect on pleasure, financial compensation, and recognition of others. The results of this will be used as basic data to understand the motivation of college students to participate in the contest and the psychological control of their parents.
