  • Many university students try to start up a lot because of career uncertainty, and this study reflected this environmental situation. The subject of the study is the degree to which subjective norms of university students affect the start-up intention. In addition, we looked at the mediated effects of self-efficiency and the moderated effects of security competence. To verify the hypothesis of the study, 201 university students in Seoul were asked about the relevant variables. And based on prior theory, hypotheses and questionnaires were made. In addition, the validity, reliability and correlation analysis of each variable were conducted. Multiple regression analysis was used for hypothesis analysis. As a result, subjective norms have a positive effect on the start-up intention. Next, self-efficiency was found to be mediating the relationship between subjective norms and start-up intentions. Finally, when subjective norms affect the start-up intention, security competence showed negative moderate effect. The implications of this study are as follows: First, a positive perception of start-up by those around them is needed when it comes to raising the intention of starting a business. This positive perception also affects the confidence and sense of challenge in start-up and affects their start-up intention. However, if career anchor prefer stable employment for the organization, it can be seen that they negatively affect the start-up intention.

  • In this study, I was to investigate the trends in research on walking and positioning in Korea and to compare the results of researches on the Visually Impaired and the Non-disabled. I selected 113 papers in order to know the current status of the study for the visually impaired and to suggest future research directions. This study analyzed the general features (publication year, academic journals, number of authors, keywords, research methods, research types, implementation methods, research support, references) and research themes and contents of domestic research on walking and positioning. As a result, there was no an upward trend in number of publications by the Visually Impaired compared to the Non-disabled. In addition, in the case of the non-disabled, Research topics, types of research, implementation include various attempts of location-related technologies, and system development, improvement, stabilization, and accuracy, whereas in the case of the visually impaired, there were focused on development of systems, portable or attachable devices that reflect the characteristics of the visually impaired. There were not many studies on system improvement. Research support also showed that the non-disabled received various research support. Therefore, I suggested the need to continuously develop and improve the research, to diversify research topics and research types, to expand the research scope, to improvement feasibility for the visually impaired.

Therefore, firstly, in this study, operation elements of makerspaces were extracted by literature review. And, survey for examining the extracted elements was conducted to four policy makers and researchers, four makerspace operators and four makers. Final survey was carried out by Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) method to fifty recipients composed of policy makers and researchers, operators, and makers. In result, importance located above performance in every elements and in-depth interview was followed to understand domestic surroundings and suggest way to invigorate makerspaces in Korea. The suggestion shows as follows. First, online and offline platform for makers should be expanded; second, makerspace should connect private sponsorship with makers or their projects; third, policy direction has to be improved from venturing business to diffusion of maker culture; fourth, basic maker education should be enlarged.
