The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of coaching leadership on organizational effectiveness of dental hygienists. A survey was conducted on dental hygienists in Busan and Kyungnam from December 7, 2016 to January 15, 2017. A total of 215 questionnaires were included in analysis. The influence factors of coaching leadership on the rapport-building between the leaders and the members included the leader's direction (p<0.001) and relationship (p<0.001). The influence factors of coaching leadership on organizational commitment included the leader's relationship (p<0.001), direction (p<0.05), development (p<0.05), and accountability (p<0.05). The influence factors of coaching leadership on job satisfaction included the leader's relationship (p<0.001) and development (p<0.01). The coaching leadership of dental hygienists has been found to make a positive influence on the organizational effectiveness. It is believed that systematic and comprehensive coaching leadership training for dental hygienists must be conducted to build up trust between the leaders and the members, facilitate communication, and enhance job commitment and performance. The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships in the group coaching program for the promotion of growth orientation for university students based on the model of the social-cognitive approach to motivation. The program consisted of eight topics: growth orientation, growth mindset and brain plasticity, self-directed goal setting, talent which is a product of ongoing effort, failure attitude and perspective change, positive emotion, thinking and behavior, value of growth orientation and self-coaching, respectively. The program comprised a total of eight sessions, 120 minutes each, and the final program was completed through a preliminary experiment with three university students. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, 48 university students were divided into 16 in the experimental group, 16 in the comparative group, and 16 in the control group. The experimental group participated in the group coaching program to enhance the growth orientation based on the model of the social-cognitive approach to motivation developed in this study, the comparative group participated in a learning goal orientation improvement program based on an incremental implicit theory, and the control group did not carry out any program. Three groups were tested in pre, post, follow-up1(after 1 month) and follow-up2(after 3 months) in order to growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships. We performed analysis to confirm the homogeneity to the data of the three groups and to verify the interaction effects between times and groups. As a result, it was confirmed that the group coaching program to promote growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships had statistically significant effect and was more effective than the comparative program due to the larger effective size. Also, we confirmed that the coaching effect was sustained after the program was finished and more effectively maintained than the comparative program. Based on the results of this study, this study has academic implications because it verify the effectiveness of the group coaching for the promotion of the growth orientation by scient ic method.

Objective : This study explored the effects of family-centered coaching using a sensory integration-based approach on the levels of performance and satisfaction for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods : From April 16, 2020 to August 6, 2020, participants included 10 children with ASD, between the ages of three to six who met the inclusion criteria, and their guardians. I used the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) to evaluate the children's levels of performance and satisfaction and the Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS) to evaluate their occupational performance. The experimental group (n=5) continued the sensory integration therapy while receiving their personalized family-centered coaching training for 60 minutes per week. This continued for four weeks via home visits and video calls. The control group (n=5) also continued to receive the sensory integration therapy while receiving sensory integration-based general counseling in relation to activity objectives. Results : Statistically significant differences were found in the scores of COPM performance and satisfaction and the GAS scores between the experimental group and the control group, before and after the intervention (p<.05). Statistically significant differences were found in score changes in COPM and GAS, between the two groups (p<.05). Cohen's d also showed a big effect size on the scores of COPM satisfaction (d=2.768) and the GAS scores (d=2.786). Conclusion : This study demonstrated that the sensory integration-based, family-centered coaching had more positive effects on the level of performance and satisfaction of children with ASD, than general counseling.
Recently there is a heated debate going on regarding the patient-doctor communication in the medical schools and medical service sector. Patient-doctor communication is an interactive communication made during the consultation session which is known to bring positive effect to both the patient and the doctor. Through this research, a doctor coaching model was developed by combining a method that would help the patient and doctor communicate better by increasing the doctor's communication skill and a coaching mechanism. Through the research, the doctor coaching model consists of 5 levels. First is the 'relationship creation' which would cause the doctor's interest and expectations toward coaching mechanism. Second is 'recognition of change' and this would cause to understand the problem and pros of the doctor's communication with the patient and set a direction regarding the coaching. Third is 'understanding the perspective' and this would lead the doctor to think from the patient's perspective. Fourth is 'increasing problem solving and communication skills' and this would set specific terms as to how the doctor can improve his communication skills. Fifth is 'goal setting and support' where goal regarding the improvements can be set and agreement regarding the ways to maintain and strengthen the advantage can be made. The developed doctor coaching model is most meaningful in a way that it has first adapted a coaching mechanism to improve patient-doctor communication. Also in cases where such will be utilized in the future medical service sector, it is expected to affect greatly the doctor's communication skill and patient sympathizing skills. Hereby it will contribute in increasing the patient's treatment satisfaction.
The research analyzed how coaching leadership affects on job satisfaction of telemarketer and it focused on the Telemarketing filed. This study purposes to create the favorable approach on the job satisfaction and which will reduce turnover rate by examining interrelationship between employees and leaders. The result indicated that coaching leadership was partially associated with job satisfaction of telemarketer. Leaders need to motivate employees to achieve their goals with periodic confirmation process. Another role is that spending time with employees to break down the interpersonal barriers and lead to open communication to develop their potential ability by identifying specific guide lines and plan for achieving improvement goals. As a leader, to maintain neutrality, it is important to adjust goals to attain and needs the full confidence on employees. In addition, investment in training can help employees to gain relevant information and give them opportunities to learn.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Gyeonggi province book sharing regular delivery project for pre-schoolers in 2021, analyze the problems of the project, and suggest improvement measures to help the preparation of policies for the promotion of reading culture in Gyeonggi province. As a result of the survey, the necessity and satisfaction of the project were found to be very high for both the caregivers and the reading coaches. In particular, in the case of caregivers, the higher the amount of reading after the project, the higher the need for and satisfaction with the project. It was found that they wanted to participate in programs such as regular book delivery. Even in the convergence of expert opinions, it was evaluated that there was a positive change in the perception of parenting by reading by caregivers, and that the necessity and satisfaction of this project were very high due to the development of infant-parent interaction. However, in the self-evaluation of the project manager and the implementing organization, it was evaluated that better results could be achieved only when the project was carried out through thorough planning and preparation in advance. Through this, for the continuity of Gyeonggi province regular delivery of children's book packages, improvement plans were presented and Gyeonggi-do's reading culture promotion policy was proposed.
The purpose of this research was to understand the relations between the satisfaction of appearance and self-esteem and to prove mediating effect of interpersonal experience in that relation. The 239 subjects were selected from 118, 121 of male and female high school students in Seongnam. The research tools were Body Esteem Scale, the Self-Esteem Inventory and Relationship Scale. The Result of study were sa follows. First, appearance satisfaction, experience of relation and self-esteem had correlations in each relation. Second, Interpersonal experience would demonstrate self-esteem, and partial mediating effect was generated in the relations between appearance satisfaction and self-esteem. Especially, partial mediating effect was male student was higher. Based on these results, it was discussed the positive effects of positive interpersonal experiences on self-esteem for adolescents with low self-esteem due to low level of physical satisfaction and the direction of youth coaching.

The study aims to examine the impact of Start-Up Business Incubator System on Performance of the Start-up Graduated from the Business Incubator. This has analyzed 813 startups which had supported by Seoul Metropolitan City in particular from 2009 to 2010. Empirical analysis has choosed business room for free, startup grant for operation, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support and collaboration support among startups in the business incubator as independent variables and also implemented startup success satisfaction degree as a depentent variable. The results shows that the degree of satisfaction on start-up activity support fund for entrepreneur and the degree of satisfaction on collaboration support among firms in the business incubator have statistical significant impact on start-up success satisfaction degree. The study has an implication that it provides a basic data on policy support strategies by central and local autonomous governments that facilitate entrepreneurs to achieve start-up business goals by understanding the factors that affect the business performance of entrepreneurs. In addition, the study offers new directions for entrepreneurs in a way that promotes the start-up performance by business room for free, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support which were investigated as statistical insignificant constructs, so that the author expects new studies about more effective business incubator system to enhance the performanc of start-up in business incubator.
This study had collected 171 dental hygienists working in Busan and Ulsan, in order to investigate coaching behavior, job satisfaction and job performance of dental hygienists and find relationship between these. A survey was conducted from July 10 through August 20, 2012, by using structured, self-administered questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The mean of dental manager's coaching behavior was 3.35 out of 5. In terms of sub-domain, accountability(3.36) is the highest, followed by relationship(3.32), and development(3.20). 2. In multiple regression analysis, development factor is most influential factor of job satisfaction, followed by relationship, accountability. 3. The job performance was under the greatest influence of the patient relationship, followed by freedom factor.

The purpose of this study is for the investigation into the education program and the reading guidance activity program of the Elderly Reading Assistant Program, which is operated by GyeongGi-Do. It is surveyed by material cooperation with the person in charge of the program in the GyeongGi-Do and by questionnaire the elderly who had participated in the GyeongGi Reading Assistant Education Program in 2011. The questionnaires are gathered based on general background, the participation object of education, the satisfaction of program, the improvement of the program by the elderly who had participated in the 138 beginner and the 166 intermediate course. As a result, it showed that the participation goal of the Elderly Reading Assistant Program is individual cultural activity or self-realization meaning such as the pleasure of working and the volunteer work, and the satisfaction in the education program and the reading guidance activity is high. It also presents the improvements of the program like professional education, the extension of activity period and the active cooperation from regional children's center etc.
