  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷에 새롭게 등장한 블로그 서비스를 정보검색 관점에서 살펴보았다. 현재 블로그는 사용자 개인의 기록 및 커뮤니티 활동의 결과물일 뿐 아니라 1인 미디어로서 광범위한 정보전달 및 정보 제공기능을 하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 블로그의 정보 라이프 사이클 및 블로그 정보검색에 대해 살펴보고, 국내의 대표적인 검색포털인 네이버 블로그를 중심으로 정보공유 및 검색을 지원하는 카테고리와 태그를 분석하였다. 이는 인터넷 정보검색의 중요한 정보원으로서 블로그의 지식정보 검색을 위한 기초 연구가 될 것이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 패션 브랜드 선호도 향상에 미치는 어플리케이션 특성요인들을 파악하기 위해, 패션 브랜드 어플리케이션 사용자들을 대상으로 어플리케이션 디자인, 콘텐츠, 사용용이성, 커뮤니티의 특성이 브랜드 선호도에 미치는 영향을 분석했고, 그 결과 각 특성별 세부요인에 따라 유의도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 도시재생사업은 주민참여를 중심으로 커뮤니티를 재생시키려는 목적을 갖지만 공람, 공청회 등 현행 주민참여방식은 형식적 수단에 불과하다는 한계를 지니고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 정책결정자, 전문가 그리고 주민이 서로의 생각을 교환하고 이해하는데 유용한 의사소통 도구 및 재생사업의 적극적인 추진 매개체로써의 공공참여 서비스 모형을 수립함으로써 능동적인 공공참여를 이끌어낼 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • This study aims to understand the current state of a community project in Seoul and to determine a revitalization plan for community projects of inhabitants initiative. Regarding the research methods, 10 apartments that participated in this activation project in Seoul were selected, 31 residents who participated in community activities were surveyed, and 20 community planners in Seoul were surveyed. The results indicate that community leaders are the most important factor in community programs. community leaders must be able to promote participation and a spirit of service; they must also be capable of managing and implementing programs. To ensure that local community resources are utilized and integrated, it was shown that consultation and human resources are of the highest necessity. Moreover, regarding community education, it was shown that for providing general opportunities and means by which community activities may be implemented, program information and space applications are crucial. Furthermore, financial support and support for public relations activities from the government are necessary. To activate apartment communities, first, community education programs for residents must be provided. Second, a system that facilitates access to and sharing of resources from areas outside the community must be established. Third, financial support should be consistent to support community activities. Finally, the promotion of community vitalization at the government level is necessary.

A Study on the Adaptation of Smart Growth Principles for the Port Waterfront city Regeneration Planning - Focused on the Jeju Port Center - (항만수변도시 재생계획의 스마트 성장원칙 활용에 관한 연구 - 제주시 제주항을 중심으로 -)

  • As a result of analyzing the relationship between the smart growth principle and the regenerating factors of the port waterfront city, it was found to be highly related to the port waterfront regeneration plan. Factors that are related to the application of smart growth principle derived from association analysis are as follows: ⯈ community development suitable for walking ⯈ differentiated and attractive community building with definite place, ⯈ open space, farmland, beautiful natural scenery, environmental preservation, ⯈ strengthening and inducing development for existing communities, and providing diversity of transportation options. However, in the Jeju port redevelopment plan, the principles such as ⯈ complex land use ⯈ advantage of high-density architectural design method, ⯈ various housing opportunities and options, etc., need to be applied in implementation design. Since Jeju city and Jeju port possess the strong characteristic features of port waterfront city, so it is necessary to develop jointly applying smart growth principle through integrated port waterfront city regeneration plan.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for the development of the senior care industry in Korea and how to apply it to the Korean market. For this study, a case analysis study was conducted on the successful business model of 'Driving Miss Daisy®'. For the development of Korea's senior care industry, understanding of senior, establishing infrastructure for community care, and improving the treatment of professional personnel care should be preceded. In order to apply 'Driving Miss Daisy®' to the Korean market, it was suggested that it is necessary to reduce regulations, develop differentiated services, establish linkage systems with various service institutions in the community, establish cooperative models between large and small businesses and startups.

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the potential of the Cluster Analysis and the Community Analysis of Social Network Analyses family in job-task analysis for curriculum design. These two multivariate analysis techniques were expected to bring us relevant and scientific information as well as inspiration in investigating the structure and nature of job system, which are critical in developing relevant curriculum. To pursue the purpose mentioned above, qualitative and quantitative data were collected from "S" Corporate, a major large high-tech manufacturing company, and analyzed by relevant analytic procedures. Results indicate that there are discrepancies between formal job structures and actual ones. Following Community analysis showed that the presence of center-marginal structure along with clustering structure in the current job formation. Interpretations of the results of the study are provided in light of past research and additional data collected from the study. Implications of the study are also discussed along with suggestions for future research.

  • This paper aimed at smartphone applications of department store brands in order to examine the traits of applications for the brand image. The study carried out survey research with 114 smartphone users who experienced the application of a department store, assuming that the design, contents, ease of use, and community characteristics of the application would affect satisfaction and the brand image. This paper performed a confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and the test of a model using PLS. Results showed that the design and contents of the application affected the improvement of satisfaction and of a brand image, whereas ease of use did not affect satisfaction and brand image. Also, community was influential on satisfaction, whereas it was not influential on the improvement of a brand image. Satisfaction with the application showed a strong impact on the improvement of a brand image; thus, it was found necessary for upcoming brand applications to enhance satisfaction for building a positive brand image.

  • Today, gamification that appeal to people and provide fun by applying game thinking and elements in many non-game fields is becoming a big issue. This study analyzed the case of 'Idea Community' in Creative Economy Town that combines online mentoring and gamification. In order to foster and select ideas, we conducted the open simulated investment and mentoring. In this process, members are able to acquire experience points and raise the level when doing certain activities. Besides, members felt their sense of accomplishment by receiving internal/external rewards for their activities. The results will be an importance reference for the application of gamification in various fields.
