An Exploratory Study of The Effect of Money Rush on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition With Mediating of Entrepreneurship (머니러시, 앙트러프러너십과 창업기회인식에 관한 탐색적 연구: 부산경남지역 대학생들을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to investigate the Effect of Money Rush on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition for college students in Busan and Gyeongnam area. We also examine whether Entrepreneurship has a mediating effect between Money Rush and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, digital transformation of the industry have greatly changed the world of work, and job insecurity is becoming more prevalent. As income inequality expands due to the disparity in asset income, the Money Rush phenomenon, which prefers to increase asset income through investment rather than earned income, is becoming common. Money Rush secures an income pipeline and is divided into side hustles and investments that actively utilize Leverage to maximize profits. The findings of this study confirm that Money Rush has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition and a partially positive effect on Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has a partial mediating effect between Money Rush and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition. The study analysis is expected to contribute to strengthening college students' competencies in Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition and presenting the policy and practical directions necessary to promote Start-up.

  • Recently, there are many efforts to define the field of entrepreneurship as an area of independent study. According to Shane & Venkataraman, the study of entrepreneurship is moving toward understanding the combination of entrepreneurial individual and valuable opportunity in becoming entrepreneurs. In Korea, entrepreneurship education is spreading widely on the basis of universities and in 2010 the entrepreneurship major was created in Sookmyung Women's University for the first time in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, there are many research about examining the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. Nevertheless, there are lack of the study focusing on the opportunity recognition which many scholars have recognized as the independent study field of entrepreneurship domain. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of satisfaction of entrepreneurship major education on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and to examine the mediating effect of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition according to educational commitment. The questionnaires were carried out for 3 weeks to entrepreneurship major students in Sookmyung Woment's University. A total of 84 surveys were collected and statistically analyzed by the R program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the satisfaction of education positively influences the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. Commitment also has a full mediating effect on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. The results of this analysis confirm that the ability to recognize entrepreneurial opportunity is developed by entrepreneurship education, and during the study students' commitment has an important role in the relationship between educational satisfaction and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The results were verified through empirical analysis. Satisfaction with entrepreneurship education and awareness of entrepreneurship opportunities through entrepreneurship can be anticipated as entrepreneurship activities in the future.

제조산업 종사자의 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 기업가정신과 개인적 특성을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 국내 기업의 대다수를 차지하고 있는 중소기업 중 기술과 연관성이 깊은 제조 분야의 종사자를 대상으로 기업과정신과 개인적 특성에 대한 핵심요인이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 조사해보았다. 특히 기업가정신의 핵심요인과 개인적 특성이 기회역량을 매개로 하였을 때 창업의도에 어떠한 유의미한 연관성을 설명해 줄 것인지 그리고 창업의도에 공기업의 기술개발지원사업(R&D)이 어떠한 조절적 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고 제조분야 중소기업 창업 활성화를 위한 정부의 정책 설정에 시사점을 제공할 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 장치산업과 관련된 제조분야 중소기업 종사자 292명을 대상으로 2020년 5월 설문 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 각종 통계분석과 방정식을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 기업가정신의 핵심요인 중 진취성과 개인적 특성 중 하나인 내재적 통제 요인이 반복적으로 결과에 영향을 미치지 못하였는데, 이는 실제 창업 이전단계에서 나타날 수 있는 특성으로 구분할 수 있으며, 혁신성 또한 창업 전, 후로 구분하여 연구해야 할 필요성을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신의 핵심변수인 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성 중 진취성을 제외한 요인이 기회역량에 영향을 미치며, 개인적 특성의 하위변수인 자기효능감, 내재적 통제, 모호성에 대한 인내 중 내재적 통제 요인만이 기회역량에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 기회역량의 하위변수인 기회인식과 평가는 모두 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가정신과 개인적 특성에 대한 하위요인과 창업의도 사이에서 기회역량의 매개 여부를 조사하였는데, 진취성과 내재적 통제 요인이 기각되었으며, 혁신성은 기회역량 중 기회인식만이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 공기업의 기술개발지원사업(R&D)이 창업의도를 조절하는데 유의미한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합하면 기업가정신과 개인적 특성은 실제로 창업이 일어나는 전, 후로 구분하여 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 진행되어야 한다는 점을 보여주고 있으며, 제조분야의 창업 활성화를 위한 정책을 수립하는 데 있어 효과적인 자료로 활용될 수 있는데 본 연구가 기여하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

  • The aim of this study was to re-verify the importance of opportunity recognition as a mediating factor and add the entrepreneurial self-efficacy, which is recognized as another key factor that triggers start-up activities with the entrepreneurial intention, as a dependent variable. For this reason, in this study, 373 university students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do Province, Inchon, were surveyed and analyzed empirically. The results of the study was as follows. First, the entrepreneurship partially affects the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Second, the mediating effect of opportunity recognition between the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention was verified.

  • In this study, the objective of the study was to verify how college students' entourage and transformational leadership can affect employment and entrepreneurship perception. In addition, with the coronavirus infection, which has a widespread global impact over the past few months, we want to see how the social issue of pandemic affects the personal characteristics of college students and their perceptions of employment and entrepreneurship. Research Results University students with high entrepreneurship and transformational leadership perceived the social issue of the Corona 19 pandemic as a crisis, which is comparable to the economic crisis, and rather than cringe, adapting to the shift of a new paradigm, new job opportunities or opportunities for entrepreneurship It was found to be an opportunity to recognize as. As the untact society is expected to become a new normal, securing new employment and entrepreneurship opportunities is emerging as an important factor through cultivation of entrustment and transformational leadership. The results of this study are based on the need for practical education on entrepreneurship and transformational leadership, such as creating a business model to strengthen the ability to'explore opportunities' to explore opportunities in crisis for potential entrepreneurs and college students with potential employment potential. 다문화 이주여성의 기업가정신과 창업기회인식, 긍정심리자본이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향

  • 통계청의 '인구주택총조사' 결과(2019년 11월 1일)를 기준으로 발표한 '2019 지방자치단체 외국인 주민 현황'을 보면, 국내 체류 외국인은 2,216,612명으로 지난해인 2018년 2,054,621명에 비해 161,991명(7.9%) 증가했다. 이러한 결과는 우리나라 전체 인구(51,850,705명) 중 4.3%에 해당하며, 외국인 주민 최초 조사 연도인 2006년 536,627명과 비교했을 때 4배 이상 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있다. 국내 이민자들의 수가 증가함에 따라, 우리가 생각해야 할 점은 그동안 다문화 관련 정책적 환경이 급변하였을 뿐 아니라, 환경적 변화에 맞게 정책의 변화도 지속해서 이루어졌다는 것이다. 또한, 다문화가족의 양적 증가뿐 아니라, 거주 기간도 장기화되면서 초기 적응이라는 정책보다 구체적이고 포괄적인 새로운 정책 요구를 파악할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 의지에 미치는 요인들을 연구하는 것은 향후 다양한 다문화 정책 수립 및 창업, 경제활동 활성화에 있어 큰 의미가 있다. 다문화가정 결혼이주여성에 대한 창업 의지에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구는 학문적으로 중요한 의미를 갖는데, 선행연구는 주로 북한이탈주민 및 다문화 이민자의 문화지능 또는 사회체제 등이 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는지 초점을 두어왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 다문화 이주민의 창업 의지에 관한 기존 선행연구들을 바탕으로 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증분석해 보는 데 있는데, 해당 요인들을 파악함으로써 앞으로 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 활성화를 위한 정부와 대학의 역할을 논의해 보고자 한다. 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향은 개인적 특성(기업가정신)인 '진취성', '혁신성', '위험감수성', '기회 인식'과 긍정심리자본 특성인 '자기효능감', '희망', '회복력', '낙관주의' 등을 선정하였다. 해당 요인들을 바탕으로 수도권에 거주 중인 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과로 신뢰성 분석과 요인분석, 다중회귀 분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통하여 본 연구에서 설계한 가설들을 검증해 보고자 한다.

A Study on the Changes in the Domestic Start-up Environment and Start-up Perception: Focusing on the changes in 2016 and 2021 (국내 창업환경 및 창업인식 변화에 관한 연구: 2016년과 2021년 변화를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to examine the results of start-up policies of the previous government (2013-2017) and the current government (2017-2022). We would like to compare the perceptions of founders on the domestic start-up environment in 2016 and 2021. Based on the data (GETR) that surveyed the perception of the startup environment in 2016, a trend survey was conducted to compare the perception of the start-up environment of founders in 2021. As a result of the study, the founder's perception of the domestic start-up environment changed positively overall, but there was no significant change in the perception of 'tax adequacy', 'easy to recover investment', and 'easy to transfer technology'. In addition, the perception of the start-up environment of livelihood founders was negative compared to opportunity-type start-ups. As such, different results were found for each type of start-up. This study analyzed the difference in perception of the past and present start-up environment from the perspective of founders. In particular, I would like to propose a plan to improve the quality of the domestic start-up environment by seeking support measures for livelihood-type start-ups that have collapsed due to COVID-19.

  • This study aimed to identify the factors that influence young entrepreneurs' desire to start a smart farm business. Young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were modeled structurally, and the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was investigated. Data were conducted from 159 usable questionnaires. The following are the findings of this study. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were found to have a mediating effect on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the preparation of training programs to encourage entrepreneurship or the dissemination of pertinent information to identify opportunities should take precedence over immediate startup.

  • This study analyzed the effects of social support on entrepreneurial opportunity competence for Baby boomer (born in 1955-1963), focusing on mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The governmental start-up policy and entrepreneurship education are mostly conducted for the college students and young generation mainly through such programs as the youth start-up school. In addition, studies on the effects of social support and institutional support on the entrepreneurial intention of young generation entrepreneurs are being actively pursued. Meanwhile, the study for baby boomers is on the welfare side mainly. Although they are starting to make their living-based business without prior careful preparation for their livelihood after retirement, while there is little study on the effect of social support for this baby boomer on entrepreneurial opportunity competence needed for opportunistic entrepreneurship. Therefore, in this study, in order to investigate the effect of social support on Baby boomer's entrepreneurial opportunity competence, an empirical analysis of the 387 questionnaires collected by the baby boomers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were conducted. As a result of analysis, First, Social support has a significant effect on both Opportunity recognition and Opportunity assessment of entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Second, In the effects of social support on self-efficacy were found to be significant in Emotional and Instrument support only on Self-confidence, In Emotional support and Feedback support only on Self-regulated efficacy & Emotional support and Instrument support only on Goal challenge were found to be a significant effect. Third, Self-regulated efficacy and Goal challenge in the Entrepreneurial self-efficacy on Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were found to be a significant effect. All Self-confidence, Self-regulated efficacy & Goal challenge in the Entrepreneurial self-efficacy on Entrepreneurial opportunity assessment were found to be a significant effect. Fourth, Indirect effect of social support on entrepreneurial opportunity competence mediated by Entrepreneurial self-efficacy was found to be partially significant.

창업자역량과 정부의 창업지원정책이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 멘토링의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 정부는 고용 없는 성장이 이어지는 현재의 경제구조에서 국가 경제의 활력을 위한 실마리를 찾고자 한다. 새로운 일자리를 창출하고 기업 활동에 새로운 혁신을 도입하여 국가 경제의 성장과 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방안으로 창업을 활성화하는 정책개발과 지원에 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 많은 국가들이 창업을 촉진하여 일자리를 제공하고 있으며 우리나라 역시 창업을 활성화하기 위하여 정부 차원에서 창업 지원정책을 확대해 나가고 있다. 창업 활성화를 위해서는 창업을 기회로 인식하거나 지지하는 문화가 성숙하는 개인의 창업에 대한 인식 개선과 더불어 창업의지 함양 등이 필요하다. 이들 요인에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 특성, 심리적 특성, 기업가정신, 창업 교육, 멘토링, 창업지원 프로그램 등의 요인에 대하여 개별적으로 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이들 개별적인 요인들과 창업 의지와의 관계를 잘 확인하기 위해서 자기효능감, 위험감수성, 실패부담감, 환경적 요인 등을 확인하는 연구가 다수 시도되었다. 본 연구에서는 예비창업자의 창업의지에 미치는 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량을 중심으로 실증연구를 진행하고자 한다. 또한 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량과 창업의지의 관계에서 멘토링의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다.
