창업교육이 창업기회를 매개로 대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 코로나19로 인한 경제성장 둔화는 청년 취업률에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 취업난이 극심한 가운데 더 이상 대학의 교육이 청년 취업을 위한 관문이 아닌, 창업을 통한경제 활동의 창구역할과 기회를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 국내의 창업교육 커리큘럼은 단편적, 달발적인 양상을 보이며, 대부분 단일차원에서 창업교육을 정의하는 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 확인하는 방식으로 진행하였다. 이를 통해 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하여 창업교교육의 특성을 확인하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 밝히는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업기회(창업기회인식, 창업기회발견)의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업기회를 증진하고, 증진된 창업기회가 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구 가설을 설정하고 인과적 경로를 검증하였다.

A Study on the Business Opportunity Source and Search According to the Characteristic of Entrepreneur (창업자 특성과 사업기회의 상황 간에 관한 연구)

  • This study emphasize the importance of founder having knowledge on detecting entrepreneurship opportunities and analyzed how the founder detects such opportunity using what process. I used people who have found and established a company on own as a survey sample. The result is like the following. First, it's found that most founders had business motivation before the establishment and used skills and knowhow from related area of business for their business establishment that led to the comparably safe business. Second, founders were highly motivated in advance of business establishment and it is found that their chance of establishment was not from the coincidence. Third, it is also found that people had pre-education on business establishment was very on purpose and those who had not had any education had a high chance of coincidence in the establishment. Fourth, it is found that higher the desire for the business achievement, more likely that the founder's business establishment was a plan. Fifth, it is found that higher the awareness of business opportunity and vision, more likely that the founder's business establishment was on plan.

시니어의 노후준비도와 창업교육 만족도가 자기효능감 및 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향 연구

  • 국내 베이비붐 세대 은퇴가 본격화하며 국내 시니어들의 은퇴후 평생직업 대안에 대한 수요가 폭증하며 창업이 그 대안으로 부상하였지만 주로 자영업창업 중심이어서 효과적인 대안이 되지못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문은 시니어들이 노후 대책으로 재대로 된 창업을 준비하도록 창업교육을 통한 만족도 제고를 통해 창업기회를 인식하는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 시니어의 노후준비도와 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구로서 각 변인에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향관계와 둘째, 창업교육만족도가 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 가설검증 결과로 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도는 하위 변위에 따라 차이는 있을 수 있으나 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감에는 영향을 미치나 셋째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 창업기회인식에는 영향을 미치지 안는 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문은 시니어 창업에 영향을 주는 요인 중 하나로 노후준비도를 살펴봄으로써 시니어가 가진 노후준비 특성이 창업기회인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검정했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 또한 시니어의 창업 활성화 및 노동력 활용 방안으로 창업교육의 확대 필요성과 시니어 창업 교육 프로그램의 확대 등 창업을 준비할 수 있는 사회 분위기와 제도적 지원 및 프로그램 설계 필요성을 시사한다.

A Conceptual Study on the Types of Entrepreneurial Opportunity and Laboratory Start-ups (창업 기회의 유형과 실험실 창업에 대한 개념적 연구)

  • This study focuses on the proposition that the qualities and environmental conditions required for exploring entrepreneurial opportunities and realizing entrepreneurial opportunities depend on the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. In particular, this study aims to identify the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups, which have recently been gaining policy level attention. If the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is identified as discriminative, appropriate start-up support policies and training programs can be established. For this study, eight major papers were identified among the papers of last 30 years related to the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. After, the classification attributes for each opportunity type were derived. Then, the existing theories of recognition, discovery and creative opportunities were organized, critically reviewed and reorganized. In addition, the substance of laboratory start-ups was verified according to the standardized classification attributes of the revised and reorganized opportunity types and newly classified as 'creative opportunity'. This study also presents networking capabilities and market orientation as examples of the capabilities needed for entrepreneurs of creative opportunity type. The implication of this study is that it makes it easy to discriminate ontological typology of entrepreneurial opportunity, derives important classification attributes, and that it organizes them conceptually. In addition, it critically reconstructs the problems of confusion in the existing typology, and based on this, the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is determined as creative opportunity. These achievements can contribute to the improvement of start-up policies and start-up training programs according to the types of entrepreneurial opportunity and laboratory start-ups in the future, resulting in realization of actual results at the start-up sites.

  • In this study, entrepreneurship opportunities, get in anywhere, in any situation, whether in respect to entrepreneurship through empirical research is to analyze. In addition, young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship opportunities to target the source and a realistic opportunity to investigate the nature of the search in terms of effective support for young entrepreneurs and operational plans to seek the help. Entrepreneurship opportunities of the origins of the existing studies individually being taken were young entrepreneurs and selected for this study the national and international literature base, and objectives of the study to achieve the city "Young Entrepreneurs 1000 Project" participants, survey through the empirical foundation of their opportunities and entrepreneurship opportunities origins analyzed the relationship between sources. Source of entrepreneurship opportunities in the establishment will include the nature of existing research (intentional / unintentional), business opportunities generated background (source), business opportunity lead, business opportunity lead contact situation (the nature of chance encounters), the business idea was dealt with using here, a new source of opportunity factor established by adding the capital adequacy ratio of capital has been studied. Also 10 years ago by byeong-ju, Jo. entrepreneurship opportunities in Korea for the first time research on the relationship between the source after source of opportunities than in previous research literature on factors leading to the establishment an opportunity to add a set of relationships between sources were analyzed.

The Effect of Entrepreneurial Competence and Perception of Entrepreneurship Opportunities on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship Opportunity Assessment (중장년 직장인의 창업 개인역량 및 창업기회인식이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업기회평가의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • In this study, we analyzed the influence of middle-aged office workers' entrepreneurial competency and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition on entrepreneurial intention by mediating entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation. Sub-variables of entrepreneurial competency were classified into prior knowledge, positive attitude, and social network. For the empirical analysis of this study, an online survey using Naver Office was conducted for about 15 days (February 6, 2023 - February 20, 2023) targeting office workers across the country who are interested in starting a business, and a total of 262 copies were collected and missing values. For 250 copies excluding 12 copies, SPSS Ver.24.0 and PROCESS MACRO Model 4.0 were used for empirical analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the higher the prior knowledge of the founder's individual competency, social network, and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, the higher the entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, it was found that the positive attitude among entrepreneurs' individual competencies did not affect entrepreneurship opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, the magnitude of the influence on entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention was in the order of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, prior knowledge, and social network. This is because the positive attitude of middle-aged office workers towards start-up has a negative image of start-up due to the shrinking start-up environment due to COVID-19, fear of failure due to lack of preparation for start-up, and successive cases of start-up failure due to cognitive bias errors due to overconfidence. implying that there is Second, it was found that the evaluation of entrepreneurship opportunities had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention in a situation where the entrepreneur's individual competency and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were controlled. Third, the startup opportunity evaluation was shown to mediate between the prior knowledge of the entrepreneur's individual competency, social network and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and entrepreneurial intention, but it did not mediate between positive attitude and entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, among the factors influencing entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was found to be larger than founder's individual competency, confirming the importance of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Fifth, it was found that prior knowledge and network, which are individual capabilities of the founder, affect the evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial intention, so that strengthening entrepreneurship education to recognize the importance of cultivating prior entrepreneurial knowledge and experience can revitalize middle-aged office workers' entrepreneurship. confirmed.

  • Recently, as the domestic job problem has become serious, government ministries are investing a lot of budgets to encourage startups by prospective entrepreneurs. What is important to the success of startups is the recognition of various startup opportunities before starting a startup, and the experience through trial. However, in reality, prospective entrepreneurs recognize and seek various startup opportunities through support such as startup education and initial commercialization funds through various government supported projects, but it is difficult to actually start a business. Previous studies have revealed that the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities affects entrepreneurial intentions by various variables such as gender, but research is insufficient on what kind of black box exists between the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial intentions. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of positive psychological capital as a major method for improving the entrepreneurial intention, and to analyze exploratorily whether positive psychological capital plays a mediating role between the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities and the entrepreneurial intention. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the recognition of startup opportunities affects the intention to start a business, and positive psychological capital has a mediating effect between the recognition of the startup opportunity and the intention to start a business. This means that positive psychological capital is important in order to lead to actual entrepreneurial intentions after recognizing a startup opportunity. Therefore, in order to revitalize the startups of prospective entrepreneurs in the current startup ecosystem, it is necessary to prepare a plan to improve the recognition of startup opportunities and positive psychological capital.

  • In young entrepreneurs, the individual situation of opportunity discovery is very important. It is very important that the opportunities that are created for a particular individual entrepreneur are also recognized and assessed through the process. The need for the development of entrepreneurial opportunity competencies, which have a low proportion of opportunistic entrepreneurship, is low in the entrepreneurship education. In particular, young entrepreneurs are in desperate need of opportunistic entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship motivation on entrepreneurial opportunity competence, using entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurship orientation as mediation variables for preliminary young entrepreneurs (19-39 old). In the case of young entrepreneurs, there is a tendency to study entrepreneurship policies and education through the system of youth entrepreneurship schools, mainly on college students and youths, and on the effects of institutional support on entrepreneurship. There is little research on the effect of a entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial opportunity competence needed to promote an entrepreneurial venture in a model with multiple mediators. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of start - up motivation on the entrepreneurial opportunity competence. To do this we analyzed 374 questionnaires collected from preliminary young entrepreneurs in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The results of the analysis using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.0 showed that the motivation of start - up had a significant effect on both opportunity recognition and opportunity evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Second, motivation of entrepreneurs has a significant effect on entrepreneurial efficacy. Third, entrepreneurial efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Fourth, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Fifth, there is a significant indirect effect between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition when passing through entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation at the same time, But indirect effects was insignificant when only entrepreneurship efficacy is passed. There is a significant indirect effect on all mediators between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity valuation. It is suggested that strengthening education on entrepreneurship is necessary to cultivate awareness of entrepreneurship opportunities and strengthening education on both entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurship is necessary to cultivate evaluation of entrepreneurship opportunities by type of entrepreneurial motivation.

대학 창업교육과정 만족도가 기업가적 기민성, 기회인식, 창업의지에 미치는 영향 : 교육과정특성의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 2010년 이후 정부는 일자리문제 등을 해결하기 위해 창업활성화를 국정과제로 내세우고 있다. 새로운 기회와 가치창출을 통한 창업활성화를 위해 창업의지는 필수적인 요소지만 창업의지를 높이기 위한 방법론 적에 대하여는 많은 연구들의 견해가 엇갈리고 있다. 본 연구는 창업활성화의 첫걸음으로 창업의지를 꼽았으며 창업의지를 가지기위한 선행조건으로 기업가적 기민성·기회인식 역량을 갖추어야 하며 이러한 역량을 강화하기 위해 현재 중점 추진되고 있는 정부주도의 대학 창업교육과정의 역할에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 창업교육과정별(교과과정 VS 비교과과정) 비교를 통해 향후 나아가야 할 창업교육의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 문헌연구와 이를 토대로 한 실증연구 결과는 대학 창업교육과정이 창업에 필수적인 창업의지를 키우기 위한 기업가적 기민성과 기회인식 역량을 증대 및 영향을 끼치는 것을 시사하며 교육 만족도에 따라 그 효과는 변화된다는 것을 보여 준다. 또한, 창업교과과정(학점) 보단 창업비교과과정이(비학점) 창업의지에 더욱 영향을 끼치는 것을 나타내는 결과를 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학창업교육과정이 기업가적 기민성과 기회인식의 역량을 증대 시킬 수 있는 창업교육으로 커리큘럼을 수립해야 할 것이며 이론과정 보단 실습 위주의 교육으로 나아가야 한다는 방향성을 보여준다.

Impact of Startup Support Program on Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Opportunity Recognition·Startup Intention of Undergraduate Students (대학생 창업지원프로그램이 창업효능감, 기회인식, 창업의지에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to inform the university stakeholder and startup policy makers about the current status of startup support programs and to identify criteria that could impact the startup effectively among various support program. The purpose of this study is to categorize the startup support programs into three different types. These types are startup education support, startup activity and commercialization support the startup Intention of university students was analyzed using survey and interview during the these programs. In addition, the impact on startup intention was empirical analyzed utilizing entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition support programs. Research results show that, Firstly, startup activity support program had impacted on both entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition. Commercialization support had impacted entrepreneurial self-efficacy. However, startup education support program had no impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition. secondly, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity Recognition have influence on startup intention. Thirdly, startup activity support had influenced on startup intention. Finally, startup activity support and startup intention strongly influenced entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Also, commercialization and startup intention strongly influenced opportunity recognition. Other factors only influenced partially. Startup support program shall seek various solutions to improve quality to increase startup intention based on the research results. Also, high quality educational program shall be offered to improve entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition, while promoting startup activity and commercialization support emphasized. Try to realize a strategic development for activation of startup business.
