The effect of Job stress on Burnout of Wee Counseling Specialists : Focusing on Mediating effect of Competency and Emotional intelligence (Wee업무 상담전문인력의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향 : 직무역량과 감성지능 매개효과 중심)

  • This study is a descriptive research to identify the effects of job stress, competency, and emotional intelligence on burnout and the mediating effects of competency and emotional intelligence in Wee counseling professionals. The subjects of the study were 104 counseling professionals in charge of Wee work in the G-do area, and data were collected from February to April 2023. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, regression analysis, and Sobel test. As a result of the study, job stress and competency of Wee counseling professionals had a significant effect on burnout, and competency had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between job stress and burnout, and the explanatory power was 45.6% (Z=2.96, p=. 003). In addition, job stress and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on burnout, and the explanatory power was 44.8%, and there was no mediating effect of emotional intelligence. Based on these results, we can contribute to the reduction of burnout by interventions that lower job stress and improve competency and emotional intelligence of Wee work counseling professionals, in addition, it is suggested that a systematic plan should be established and provided to include interventions for competency improvement in job stress reduction interventions.

The effect of job stress on job exhaustion on Middle School teacher (중등교원의 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, honorary retirement is spreading like a fashion among teachers. This was due to rapid environmental changes and stress. Therefore, in this study, we examined the relationship between teachers' stress and job exhaustion. The study was conducted for middle school teachers in Changwon city. The results of this study were as follows: First, job stress of middle school teachers affected emotional exhaustion. Second, job stress of middle school teachers had an effect on impersonation. Finally, job stress of secondary teachers did not affect the reduced individual achievement. The results of this study suggest that job stress of middle school teachers is closely related to job exhaustion. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the administrative simplification based on the analysis of the teacher 's stress factors and the immersion into the class.

The work performance and the factor contributing to the work performance of nutrition teacher & school dieticians (영양교사 (정규직)와 학교영양사 (비정규직)의 직무수행도 및 직무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study is to investigate the work performances and the factors contributing to the work performance of nutrition teachers and school dieticians according to employment status in Daejeon and Chungcheongnamdo. Methods: A survey was conducted among 415 school dieticians from selected elementary, middle, and high schools in the area. This survey was used for analysis of the general characteristics and the status of working and foodservice environments. The frequency of occurrence was measured using the ${\chi}^2$-test while analysis of differences in work performance of 57 variables grouped according to 12 categories by mean ${\pm}$ SD was performed using student t-test. In addition, a regression analysis was performed to assess the influence of occupational (working and foodservice) environment on work performances. Results: All 14 environmental factors including general characteristics were different between nutrition teachers and school dieticians. In 12 of 57 variables there were significant differences in work performance between the two groups. When compared using average work performance, 5 domains showed significant difference in work performance between the two groups. These 5 domains were other works (T = 6.050), dietary habit guide (T = 4.789), menu (nutrition) management (T = 3.524), foodservice administration and evaluation (T = 2.757), and production and service management (T = 2.588). Overall, the work performances of nutrition teachers were comparably higher than those of school dietitians. A correlation analysis between occupational (working or foodservice) environments and work performances of the two groups showed that the work performances of nutrition teachers were influenced by the number of employees, number of students, meal frequency a day, annual salary, age, foodservice years of school, and school type. Conclusion: Meanwhile, the work performances of school dieticians were influenced by the number of students, number of employees, meal frequency a day, work hour, education level, age, school type, and service years as a dietitian.

Structural Relationship among Professionalism of Elementary School Sport Instructors, Job Burnout and Turnover Intention (초등학교 스포츠강사의 전문가주의와 직무소진, 이직의도의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among professionalism of sport instructors, job burnout and turnover intention. Independent variable was professionalism of sport instructors, mediating variable was job burnout. Finally, dependent variable was turnover intention. The data were collected from 253 sport instructors of elementary school by the convenience sampling method. This study used IBM SPSS Ver. 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 for frequency analysis, reliability, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows; First, Professionalism had a significant influence on job burnout. Second, Job burnout had a significant influence on turnover intention. Third, Professionalism did not have a significant influence on turnover intention.

Effect of Social Support for Social Welfare Workers on Job Satisfaction -Focusing on local child care center- (사회복지사의 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -지역아동센터를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect that the social support for social welfare workers who are the key personnel providing the service to children directly at local child care center would have on job satisfaction. For this study, the social welfare workers of local child care center in Jeollanam-do were surveyed. A total of 240 questionnaires which had been collected were used for analysis. This study analyzed the effect of social support on job satisfaction by defining the demographic characteristics of social welfare workers as the control variables. The results of the analysis showed that the social support had the greatest influence on job satisfaction. Such results suggest that the stronger social support for social welfare workers would increase the job satisfaction of social welfare workers. Based on the results of the analysis, the following recommendations are presented which can help increase social support for social welfare workers: First, it is necessary to standardize the works of social welfare workers at local child care center and provide them with specialized training and education. Second, additional points should be granted to excellent local child care centers. Third, a cooperation system needs to be established which links the networks of colleagues and local societies.

An Influence of Record Manager's Job Stress on Depression: The Mediating Effect of State Anxiety (기록물관리 전문요원의 직무스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향: 상태불안의 매개효과)

  • This study examined differences in job stresses, depression and state anxiety levels relating to sociological characteristics of records managers and studying whether the mediating effect of state anxiety levels significantly occurs on the depression followed by their job stresses. So we distributed questionnaires of 9 factors including sociological characteristics to record managers, asking them job stresses, depression, and state anxiety levels, and collected 98 questionnaires finally. We analyzed the effect of mediation on the surveyed data using Regression Analysis. As a result, it was found that there is a full mediating effect of state anxiety level between job stress and depression, and that, therefore, state anxiety levels of the record managers must be managed to lower their depression levels.

  • This study is to examine the relation of empowerment and organizational commitment of security practitioners. and it establishes a temporary model that the empowerment of security practitioners effect the organization commitment. for this firstly, it is necessary to understand that their activity of voluntary empowerment is dynamic in any way through security organization. furthermore, all possible efforts of the activity of empowerment must be made for the sustainable self-development. Therefore the development of security organization is dependent upon the improvement of organization commitment through their empowerment.

The Effects of Open Kitchen Employees' Emotional Labor on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation (오픈 주방 종사원의 감정노동이 직무만족과 고객 지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducted frequency analysis to explain demographic characteristics using SPSS 18.0 in order to examine the effects of emotional labor of open kitchen employees working for hotels or food service companies. In addition, factor analyses and reliability analyses were performed to test validity and reliability of measured items, and this study also conducted regression analyses in order to test proposed hypotheses in this study. Results are as follows: First, for the effects of the emotional labor of open kitchen employees on job satisfaction, it was found that deep acting has positive effects on job satisfaction, whereas surface acting has negative effects on it. Second, the result shows that job satisfaction has a positive (+) effect on customer orientation. Third, it was found that deep acting has positive effects on customer orientation, while surface acting does not have any significant effects on it. It is considered that supervisors and colleagues' support and assistance are required as a way of reducing emotional labor of employees who work in the open kitchen.

Moderating Effect of Playfulness and Fun Leadership on the Relationship between Job Stress and Burnout among Hospital Employees (병원 근로자의 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에 미치는 펀 리더십과 근로자 놀이성의 조절 효과)

  • 본 연구는 병원 근로자들의 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에 미치는 펀 리더십과 근로자 놀이성의 조절효과를 규명함으로써 향후 병원조직의 효과적인 인적자원관리에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구자료는 부산지역 2개 병원에 근무하는 근로자(의사 제외)를 대상으로 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 통하여 수집하였으며 총 230부의 설문지를 배부하여 이 중 207부의 설문을 회수하였다. 설문 문항에는 응답자의 일반적 특성, 직무스트레스 특성, 펀 리더십, 근로자 놀이성, 소진 등을 측정하는 항목들이 포함되었다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석과 조절회귀분석 등을 수행하였다. 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 펀 리더십은 직접 효과는 물론 조절효과도 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 근로자 놀이성은 소진에 직접적인 효과를 주는 변수임과 동시에, 낮은 유의수준(p=0.053)에서지만 직무스트레스와의 상호작용을 통해 소진을 감소시키는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 병원 근로자의 업무 수행과 관련해 비교적 관심을 받지 못했던 펀 리더십이나 근로자 놀이성 등과 같은 성격적 특성이 소진을 감소시키는 유효한 조절변수가 될 수 있음을 검증해 보았다는 점에 그 의의가 있으며, 다만 후속 연구를 통해 추가적인 검증이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on the Influence Factor Relationship of the Railway Tourism Policy for Job Satisfaction (철도관광정책 직무만족도 영향요인 연계성 분석)

  • This research used a survey of 350 staff members working at Korail with the purpose of analyzing influence factors for the railway tourism policy for job satisfaction; results were presented for the proposed factor. First, we selected the influence factor through precedent research related to the railway tourism policy. Second, the selected influence factor and the extent of satisfaction were used to determine whether or not any kind of difference existed according to individual attributes of the railway employees. Finally, we analyzed what the influence factor was between the category factor and the sub-category factor. In conclusion, it was found that government subsidy had a meaningful correlation with infrastructure expansion and the improvement of the railway business as it is connected to tourism efficiency. Human resources have a meaningful correlation with the needs of educational institutions and the retaining of talent. Railway tourism production has a meaningful correlation with railway tour production as it is conducted to satisfy tourists and the consortium. The shift of viewpoint has a meaningful correlation with the escape from the peace-at-any price principle and demand forecasting.
