The Influence of Work Delivery using SNS out of Duty Hours on Job Performance (업무시간 외 SNS를 통해 업무전달이 직무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In the Chinese workplace, the use of SNS such as Wechat and QQ for work delivery out of duty hours has become a very common phenomenon, which is also known as the "new night shift". This study is to empirically analyze the effect of work delivery using SNS out of duty hours on job performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 310 Chinese workplace employees. In order to verify the hypothesis, structural equation model analysis will be implemented. Analyzing the questionnaire data and receiving frequent work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will increase job stress, aggravate the conflicts between work and family, and lead to the decrease of job engagement and job performance. The study provides implications for the establishment of related theories by providing a different view form previous research results that work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will definitely improve job performance. In addition, in future studies, it will be necessary to analyze the effect of the moderating effect in converging these conflicting views.

The Effect of the Recognition of Hair National Technical Certification on Job Utilization and Satisfaction of Certification at the Hair Salon (헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식이 헤어살롱 현장에서의 직무활용성 및 자격증취득 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducted a survey of 118 men and women who obtained hair national technical certificate from June 28 to July 11, 2021, focusing on SPSS.The WIN 22.0 program was used. We would like to examine the effect of recognition of hair national technical certificates on job utilization and satisfaction with certificate acquisition, and the effect of job utilization on satisfaction with certificate acquisition at the hair salon site. First, the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical qualifications have been shown to affect job utilization. Second, it was found that the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical certificates affect the satisfaction of obtaining certificates. Third, it was found that the job utilization of the national technical certificate of hair affects the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. As a result of the study it meets the requirements that can be put into the field, and it can be seen that usability in the hair salon site is important as an effect on the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. Based on these conclusions, the following suggestions are made for subsequent studies, taking into account the limitations of the study. The point is that hairdressers who obtained national technical certificates participated in this study were limited to S regions. In the future, it is necessary to expand the size and region of the sample group in various ways and reflect a wide range of research overall.

The Impact of Coffee Barista Job Stress on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Loyalty (커피 바리스타 종사원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the factors that affect the relationship among coffee barista employees job stress, job satisfaction and customer organizational loyalty. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to consumers, of which 188 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 12 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required by the study, the SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program was employed for frequency, factor, reliability correlation, and regression analyses. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that three factors regarding job stress were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.714 and a total cumulative variance of 64.368%, with regards to job satisfaction, three factors were extracted with a total cumulative variance of 151.612% and a KMO score of 0.659. One factor for organizational loyalty was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 62.102% and a KMO score of 0.750. All factors were significant to 0.000 and the correlation between variables was significant. Thus, based on the results, the main research hypothesis that identifies the relationships among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational loyalty was partially adopted.

  • The goal of cyber teaching is to reduce the cost of private lessons, dissipate the educational disparity amongst regions, make classes apt to the given level of every group of students, make up for systematic defects of the public education, and ultimately strengthen its role. This study intends to analyze the capabilities of cyber teachers and clarify their qualifications, as the whole new e-Learning system is about to take root. In this study, the activities of cyber teachers are analyzed and some standards of applicability of cyber teachers, or the so-called ISSCT, are presented. Firstly, the activities are divided into teaching, counselling, process management, development of professionality. Based upon these four activities, nine tasks have been formed and the structure of 22 sub-tasks has been completed. This is the way the standards of applicability of cyber teachers are established in consideration with their activities. Secondly, the standards of information capability of cyber teachers have 53 elements in total, and the aforementioned ISSCT are presented in relation to the ISST, based upon the standards of information capability of cyber teachers.

The Effects of Kindergarten Teachers' Job Stress and Emotional Labor on Their Job Satisfaction (유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 정서노동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of kindergarten teachers' job stress and emotional labor on their job satisfaction. The subjects were 164 kindergarten teachers in the Metropolitan area in South Korea. We measured subjects' job stress, emotional labor, and job satisfaction using the self-reporting questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analyses, and analysis of multiple regression using SPSS 22.0. In the procedure of data analyses, while the total scores were used for job stress and job satisfaction, each score of sub-factors (natural acting, deep acting, and pretending acting) were used for emotional labor. Consequently, kindergarten teachers' job stress and pretending acting showed significantly negative correlations with job satisfaction, but natural acting had significantly positive correlation with it. In addition, kindergarten teachers' job stress and pretending acting had significantly negative effects on their job satisfaction, and natural acting had significantly positive effect on it.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the core tasks, degree of professionalism on tasks, and job importance recognized by the library staff through job analysis. The results of this study will be able to take advantage of political materials about the staffing and organizational structure of public libraries in South Korea. Survey to target 49 librarians of public libraries in Gyeonggi Province was performed to job analysis. The 21.1% of library tasks was confirmed to be a high job importance, and the 69.6% of entire tasks had the high professionalism. And library staff members recognized that 73.1% of library tasks should be performed by librarians.

  • 의료서비스산업은 인구 고령화, 소득 증대, 건강보험의 보장성 강화 등으로 시장이 급속히 확대되는 추세이다. 의료서비스산업의 대다수를 차지하는 것은 병원으로, 병원은 의사, 의료기사, 간호사, 행정직 등 전문적이고 다양한 직종의 종사자들의 협동작업을 통해 환자들에게 의료서비스를 제공하는 조직이다. 간호사는 많은 직무를 담당하고 있는 다양한 전문 인력 중에서 병원인력의 40%를 차지하고 있으며, 환자에게 제공되는 대부분의 서비스인 치료와 간호업무를 담당하고 있다. 병원인력의 다수를 차지하고 있는 간호사의 잦은 이직과 낮은 생산성은 환자의 치료와 간호업무에 지장을 줄 수 있는데, 소진과 직무스트레스가 간호사의 이직과 생산성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 간호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 소진과 직무스트레스의 차이를 연구하여, 간호사 개인 맞춤별 내부마케팅 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 간호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 소진과 직무스트레스의 차이는 첫째, 소진에 차이가 있는 일반적 특성으로는 연령, 결혼, 근무형태, 직위, 간호사 경력, 근무처, 병상 수로 나타났으며, 둘째, 직무스트레스에 차이가 있는 일반적 특성으로는 연령, 학력, 결혼, 근무형태, 간호사 경력, 근무처, 병상 수로 나타났다.

  • 전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결가를 표시하는 대표적인 지표로써 우수한 기술인력의 선별과 훈련방향을 선도하는 역할, 직업능력의 축적을 경쟁적으로 유인해 내는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 하지만 현재의 출제기준은 선업현장에서의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무에 대한 직무 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장의 환경 변화에 따라 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 설계한다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 과업을 도출하고, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업의 필요지식, 기술 등의 요소들을 도출하였으며 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 출제기준 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과의 타당성 확보를 위해 관련 산업분야 전문가의 면담과 설문조사를 통해 직무분석 결과를 검증하였다.

The relationship of the office given condition of the country important facility private security and job satisfaction degree (국가중요시설 경비원의 직무여건과 직무만족도의 관계)

  • The object is that this research searches the relationship of the office given condition actual condition of the country important facility private security guard and job satisfaction degree. In order to grasp and analyze the real state of the country important facility private security guards directly, the questionnaire, that is the general measurement tool, was utilized and the guard whom it works in the airport, the port region and general work place, that is the national important facility of Busan and Ulsan area, was aimed at. The enough survey object was illustrated to the facility and person in charge in the security company and the item was previewed and the total 400 sheets was distributed and 331 sheets (82.8%) except the doubleness subject intention and incongruent questionnaire was utilized for the analysis. The statistic processing of collected data utilized the SPSS version 15.0 the statistical package program through data coding and cleaning process and performed the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson analysis, and regression analysis. The relationship of the office given condition actual condition of the guard about the national important facility and job satisfaction degree was classified into the interpersonal relationship, task characteristic, office environment, and complement factor and the difference of the job satisfaction degree according to the general characteristic was verified. If the conclusion obtained through the method of study described in the above looked at, for as to general tendency, the low wages and poor field environment was continued. In the general characteristic, the man was higher than the excitation about the job satisfaction level. As there was lots of the age and the scholarship was low, the age was high. And as there was lots of the career and income, the police of a petition or search and guide staff was high and the job satisfaction degree in which relatively the employee and the other job group is high so that the case of being the former student incidence can be the poorest was shown rather than the facility security agent. As the interrelation analysis result job satisfaction was high, the change of occupation pseudo was low and the organizational commitment degrees was increased. The regression analysis result job satisfaction degree was exposed to reach the meaningful effect on the change of occupation pseudo and organizational commitment. It had an effect on the change of occupation pseudo as the task characteristic and office ambient level was low. It had an effect on the organizational commitment as the extend of satisfaction about the task characteristic and interpersonal relationship, complement, and office ambient level were high. If the research result of this time is integrated, the support of the political system including the interpersonal relationship thesis between top and bottom of the organized I and substantial complement actualization is urgently needed between the office given condition improvement effort in the country important facility defense manpower field and police of a petition and special guard.

The Effect of Business Resource of the Members in Airport Special Guard's firms on the Business Attitude and Turnover Intention (공항 특수경비원들의 직무자원이 직무태도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study has an objective to analyze the causal relationship between the business resource of the members in the Airport Special Guard's firms and its effect on their business attitude and turnover intention. To carry out the study, I established a population of Airport Special Guard's working at the Airport firms in In-cheon, Kim-po, Cheong-ju and Dae-gu. Then a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from July, 2016 to october, 2016. A total of 260 questionnaires were used for the final data. 40 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSS WIN 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed the business resource to have a positive effect on the business attitude but a negative effect statistical level of p<.01 on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the business attitude was also adopted because business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.01. In addition, business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the business resource and turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.05. As a result, the hypothesis about the business attitude would function as the parameter was only partially adopted. Through these research result, it was investigated that the relation between business resource, business attitude and turnover intention is significantly effective variable in airport special guard's. Additionally, business resource is the most important.
