A Study about Building a Community of Practice of Experts for Sharing and Using Research Data (연구데이터 공유 및 활용을 위한 전문가 실천공동체 구축에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed domestic and foreign literature and examined cases of foreign Community of Practice(CoP) of experts to find out what benefits researchers can gain from participating in their CoP, how the CoP was established, and how data is shared within the CoP. In addition, this study discussed on how to establish a CoP of experts in Korea for sharing and using research data. By participating in the CoP of experts, members can be provided with the opportunity to build an experts' network and have a chance to meet with various experts, to acquire and share their expertise and information, to receive help from other experts, to learn about their expertise, and to have opportunities for professional experiences. In addition, this study discussed 4 factors such as operation method and management system, memberships and number of members, activities, and management of data and repository for establishing a CoP of experts for sharing and using research data. This study provides a knowledge base for building a CoP of experts in Korea.

  • The pilot (human actor) involved in the control loop of the highly automated aircraft systems (machine actor) must be able to monitor these systems just as the machine actor must also be able to monitor the human actor. For its safety and better performance of the human machine system, each of the two elements must be knowledgeable about the other's intentions or goals. In fact, several recent accidents occurred due to goal conflicts between human and machines in a modern avionic system. To facilitate the coordination of these actors, a computational aid was developed. The aid, which operates in a part-task simulator environment, attempts to facilitate the management of the goals and functions being performed to accomplish them. To provide an accurate knowledge of both actors' goals and their function statuses, the aid uses agent-based objects representing the elements of the cockpit operations. This paper describes the development of the flightdeck goals and functions called Agenda Management.

  • Becoming construction projects larger and more complicated, and utilizing more varied and complex contracting and delivery systems in the industry, integrating information and managing constructability from project inception to completion became the most critical tasks for the successful project management. However, current industry practices of constructability analysis which are too much dependent on field engineers and managers' experiences, are not performed efficiently and also not managed effectively. Then the scope, method, and procedure in performing analysis tasks are not certain as well as not systematic, In addition, due to using 2D based drawings and documents, information required at project phases for the analysis is inconsistent and inaccurate. This study aims to suggest the use of BIM technology and functions for solving various problems of current constructability practices. In particular, constructability analysis tasks performed at design and construction stages are identified and their adaptability, applicability, and benefits of BIM are investigated through interviews on constructability and BIM professionals in the industry.

  • This paper is aimed at defining items of fault, and then constructing rules of fault diagnosis and recovery using INBANCA technology for the purpose of managing the weh server. The fault items of web server consist of the process fault, server overload, network interface fault, configuration and performance fault. Based on these items, the actual fault management is carried out fault referencing. In order to reference the fault, we have formulated the system-level fault diagnosis production rule and the service-level fault diagnosis rule, conjunction with translating management knowledge into active network. Also, adaptive recovery mechanism of web server is applied to defining recovery rule and constructing case library for case-based web server fault recovery. Finally, through the experiment, fault environment and applicability of each proposed production rule and recovering scheme are presented to verify justification of proposed diagnosis rules and recovery mechanism for fault management. An intelligent case-based fault management scheme proposed in this paper can minimize an effort of web master to remove fault incurred web administration and operation.

  • Recently, interests for maintenance of transmission tower are increasing to extend life of structures and reduce maintenance cost. However, existing classical diagnosis method of corrosion deteriorated degree on the transmission tower steel members, visual inspection, has a problem that error often due to difference of inspector's individual knowledge and experience. In order to solve the problem, this study carried out to develop the corrosion deterioration inspection tool for transmission tower steel members. This tool is composed of camera equipment and computer-aided diagnosis system. We standardized the photographing method by camera equipment to obtain suitable pictures for image processing. Diagnosis system was designed to evaluate automatically degree of corrosion deterioration for member of transmission tower on the basis of the RGB color image processing techniques. It is anticipated that developed the corrosion deterioration inspection tool will be very helpful in decision of optimal maintenance time for transmission tower corrosion.

  • 분산컴퓨팅, 다자간 협업, 대용량 고품질의 컨텐츠 교환을 지원하는 P2P는 차세대 인터넷의 핵심 어플리케이션이 될 것이다. 본래 인터넷의 근본이었던 IP 라우팅도 P2P 방식이었다. 장비가 다양해지고, PC가 증가하게 됨에 따라 동적 IP를 사용하거나, 하나의 IP를 여러 사람이 공유하여 사용하는 복잡한 방식을 취하기 시작했다. 그러나 새로운 IP 주소들이 충분히 공급될 수 있다면, 하나의 장치 당 하나의 주소 체제가 다시 각광을 받게 될 것이고, 지금처럼 불규칙적인 동적 IP 주소를 활용하지 않아도 될 것이다. 그런 의미에서 IPv6는 풍부한 주소자원을 각 단말에 부여할 수 있어, IPv16 기반의 P2P 구축은 P2P의 성능을 최적화하는 방법이 될 것이다. 현재 P2P는 콘텐츠 공유 및 전달, 네트워크/장치(하드디스크, CPU) 리소스 공유, 다자간 원격협업, 검색, 호스팅 및 프로젝트 관리 등 다양한 방법으로 활용되고 있다. 2000년경부터 대두되기 시작한 P2P 애플리케이션은 지난 2년 동안 급속하게 늘어났으며, 특히 인터넷 사용자들은 컨텐츠를 공유/전달할 목적으로 P2P를 많이 사용하고있다. 그러나 컨텐츠의 공유에 있어 MP3, 동영상, 이미지의 전달 및 공유에 그치고 있어, P2P를 기업 환경에서 지식공유 및 전달을 위한 시스템으로 활용하는 경우는 아직 미약하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 조직 내에서 정보활용 능력을 제고하기 위한 방안으로 P2P 시스템을 정보 공유 시스템으로 팔용하고, P2P의 성능을 최적화 할 수 있는 IPv6 기반의 개발 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 IPv6 기반의 정보 공유 P2P는 IPv6 전문가 그룹을 통해 시범적으로 적응하는 것으로 시작해, 학교 및 연구소를 통한 정보지식 공유 그리고 기업 정보화 솔루션으로 활용 될 수 있다.을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여 감염의 위험성을 증가시키지 않으면서 영구적인 신경학적 합병증을 일으키지 않았고 좋은 혈관 개존율을 보여주었다. 따라서 동맥 도관을 이용한 Off pump CABG는 관상동맥의 협착의 정도에 따라 효율적으로 시행 시 좋은 임상결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.였다. 그러나 심근 기능이나

  • Framework is the set of interrelated classes, constructing reusable design in specific domain or set of abstracted classes, and defines common architecture among applications included in domain. Developers can reuse not only class code but also wide range of knowledge on domain by reusing framework. In this papers, we present COM(Component-Oriented Methodology) for the reuse of framework, and develop construction environment for framework and domain development. That is, domain is analyzed by input of domain knowledge on real world to create software based on component, and hotspot is identified through analyzed information, and redesigned(refactoring) by putting additional information on users and developers. After that, I will create domain framework and application framework depending on domain. In this Component-oriented methodology, information is searched, understood and extracted or composite through component-pattern library storage internally. Then this information is classified into the information on component and pattern respectively, and used as additional information in redesigning. With this, developer can obtain reusability, easiness and portability by constructing infrastructure environment that allow to register, update and delete component through Component Pattern Management System(CPMS) under the development environment which can be easily applied to his own application using multimedia component, in this thesis, CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) environment.

A Study on the Effect of Representative Competency of SMEs on Accounts Receivable Management and Management Performance (대표자역량이 중소기업 매출채권관리와 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study empirically analyzed the effect of SME representative competency on account receivable management and management performance using questionnaire data. The research model was confirmed through EFA, reliability analysis, CFA, and model fit, and the hypothesis was verified with a SEM. As a result, representative's manager competency had a positive(+) effect on account receivable management, and entrepreneurial competency had a negative(-) effect on credit control management. Account receivable management had a positive(+) effect on management performance. In the mediating test, credit sales management had a positive(+) effect but credit control management had a negative(-) effect on the effect between entrepreneurial competence and business performance. The result suggests that representative competency is an important factor and it is necessary to cultivate management competencies such as finance, utilization of management resources, and account receivables knowledge to improve management performance, and to manage account receivable based on insurance and customer credit for stable account receivable management. In the future, research on the impact of external factor such as consulting and government support and the account receivable management is required.

Schematic Cost Estimation Method using Case-Based Reasoning: Focusing on Determining Attribute Weight (사례기반추론을 이용한 초기단계 공사비 예측 방법: 속성 가중치 산정을 중심으로)

  • Because the estimated cost at early stage has great influence on decisions of project owner, the importance of early cost estimation is increasing. However, it depends on experience and knowledge of the estimator mainly due to shortage of information. Those tendency developed into case-based reasoning(CBR) method which solves new problems by adapting previous solution to similar past problems. The performance of CBR model is affected by attribute weight, so that its accurate determination is necessary. Previous research utilizes mathematical method or subjective judgement of estimator. In order to improve the problem of previous research, this suggests CBR schematic cost estimation method using genetic algorithm to determine attribute weight. The cost model employs nearest neighbor retrieval for selecting past case. And it estimates the cost of new cases based on cost information of extracted cases. As the result of validation for 17 testing cases, 3.57% of error rate is calculated. This rate is superior to accuracy rate proposed by AACE and the method to determine attribute weight using multiple regression analysis and feature counting. The CBR cost estimation method improve the accuracy by introducing genetic algorithm for attribute weight. Moreover, this makes user understand the problem-solving process easier than other artificial intelligence method, and find solution within short time through case retrieval algorithm.

Identification of resources and competences for value co-creation in the relationship network of high-tech B2B firm (첨단 기술 기반 B2B 회사의 관계 네트워크에서의 공동 가치 창출을 위한 자원 및 역량 도출)

  • Value co-creation is an important business strategy these days in both the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets. The aim of this study was to identify specialized resources and competences for value co-creation in the relationship network within a high-tech B2B market. A case of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) with customers and partners was chosen as the study case. Based on the observations, contents analysis of the secondary data and unstructured interviews with former TSMC employees, 4 critical resource types (financial, knowledge, efficiency and intellectual resource) and 6 competence types (relational, collaboration, strategic, innovation, managing and service capability), were performed as the principal factors for value co-creation in the relationship network. A research framework that can analyze the value co-creation phenomena in the relationship network was established.
