본 논문에서는 영어 회화 교육을 위한 예제 기반 대화 시스템에 대해 논한다. 기존의 획일적인 멀티미디어 영어 학습에서 벗어나 자연어 처리 및 대화 기술을 이용하여 지능적인 일대일 영어 회화 교육 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 시스템은 미숙한 학습자 발화를 이해할 수 있으므로 불완전한 언어 구사 능력으로도 대화를 참여할 수 있는 체험형 학습을 제공한다. 이를 통해 학습자에게 영어를 배우려는 흥미로운 동기를 부여한다. 또한 학습자의 표현력 향상을 위한 교육적인 도움 기능을 갖추고 있다. 이를 위해 우리는 학습자의 미숙한 표현을 이해하는 담화 상황 고려 발화의도 인식 모델, 도메인 확장성이 뛰어난 예제 기반 대화 관리 모델, 교육 및 평가 기능을 개발하였다. 실험 결과 학습자의 발화에 에러가 많아도 높은 발화의도 인식 성능을 보였으며 대화 상황에 적합한 피드백을 제공하여 학습자가 회화 연습을 끝까지 마치도록 도와 교육 효과에 이바지함을 알 수 있었다.

데이터의 급속한 증가로 데이터를 활용한 새로운 가치 창출은 기업뿐 아니라 국가 경쟁력의 중요한 요소로 대두대고 있다. 이에 따라 데이터를 분석하여 통찰력을 제시할 수 있는 데이터 과학자라 불리는 분석 전문가의 수요가 늘고 있는데, 이들 전문 인력 양성을 위해서는 정부, 학계, 산업의 공동 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 특히 교육 분야에서의 빅데이터 활용현황을 조사하고, 새로운 데이터 기반의 맞춤형 서비스 및 교육 과정을 제안한다. 또한, 데이터 과학자 양성을 위한 국내외 대학 및 기업의 대표적인 프로그램들을 살펴보고, 장기적인 관점에서 분석능력을 배양할 수 있는 새로운 교과과정도 제시한다. 본 연구는 다양한 사례를 바탕으로 대학에서 데이터를 활용한 교육환경 개선을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

에듀테크는 교육(Education)과 기술(Technology)의 합성된 단어로서, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 교육 패러다임이다. 이는 4차 산업혁명의 빅데이터(Bigdata), 인공지능(AI), 로봇, 가상현실(Virtual reality; VR) 등 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 차세대 교육을 의미한다. ICT에서의 교육은 온라인 강의로 이러닝(e-Learning)이 사용되고 있으나, 코로나-19로 인해 비대면 교육에 대한 수유가 급증함에 따라 이러닝과 함께 에듀테크가 주목받고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기반의 배지서비스 플랫폼, 시뮬레이션 기반 협동형 이러닝 시스템, 동영상 영어사전, 그리고 블록체인 기반의 접근제어 감사시스템에 대한 심사 완료된 논문들을 분석한다.

국내 대다수의 공공장소 및 사유건물은 범죄 예방 및 사후 조치, 내부자 보안, 시설안전 및 화재 예방 등을 위해 CCTV(Closed Circuit Television)를 설치하고 있으며, 매년 설치 대수는 늘어나는 추세이다. 늘어나는 CCTV에 대하여 진행된 설문에서는 다수의 반응이 CCTV의 촬영으로 인한 프라이버시 침해 등의 부정적 시선보다 설치로 인해 발생할 수 있는 범죄의 예방적 측면에서 긍정적으로 보고 있다. 하지만 CCTV는 프라이버시 측면에서 많은 위험성을 내포하고 있으며, 클라우드를 이용하여 영상 데이터를 수집할 경우 피사체의 개인정보가 유출될 수 있다. 인세캠은 각국의 CCTV 감시 영상을 실시간으로 중계하였으며, 중계 대상에는 노트북의 전면카메라까지 포함되어 큰 이슈를 불러일으켰다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV를 통해 영상정보에 대한 프라이버시 기법 처리를 통한 개인정보 유출 방지 및 클라우드 시스템 보안성 강화를 위한 시스템을 소개하기로 한다.

도로포장공사는 시방규정에 맞는 재료를 포설하고 다짐장비를 가동하여 이를 적절한 강도를 가질 수 있도록 다짐하는 공정이 큰 부분을 차지한다. 지난 15년간 유럽 및 미국에서 도로포장공사용 다짐장비 및 시공법의 비약적인 발전이 있었다. GPS 및 각종 센서가 부착된 지능형 다짐 장비가 가동하면서 지반/포장 구조체의 반응 및 다짐장비의 위치 등을 실시간으로 구할 수 있게 되어, 이를 공사품질관리에 이용할 수 있게 된 것이다. 국내에서도 이러한 시공체계를 도입하기 위한 기초연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 증강현실기반의아스팔트 포장 다짐공사 지원체계를 제안하고 이를 공사담당자가 적절히 활용할 수 있는 교육과정 및 내용을 제안하였다. 세계적으로 아직 시도된 바 없는 AR환경에서의 IC 다짐장비 시공관리를 통하여 아스팔트 포장 다짐공사의 시공품질을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, we develop a prototype of ITS(Intelligent Tutoring Systems) system: UNIX TUTOR. It is designed for the purpose of teaching the UNIX beginners the principal concepts of UNIX and the shell commands using the communication between the student and the system. UNIX TUTOR engages the student in a two-way conversation that is mixed-initiative dialogue and attempts to teach the student UNIX via the Socratic method of guided discovery and the Coaching method interchangeably. And the student model is based on both the overlay model and the buggy model together. Thus TUTOR aims at teaching the students effectively whose levels of learning are different using various explanations which are determined by the student model. Because the knowledge representation for UNIX-TUTOR is based on the frame structure and the production rules it is easy to represent the complicated constructs. UNIX TUTOR is implemented on the SPARC station using X/Motif and C for cp command among 10 ones which were selected.

In this paper, we design andimplement a prototype of the distant ITS (Intelligent tutoring system): English tutor which is running on the information superhighway. It is designed for the purpose of teaching the english conversation effectively to the students whose mother tongues are not english. The tutor could chosse appropriate tutoring strategies and teach the students effectively according to the contents of the student model. And also it is based on the remote data management client/Server model and implemented on SPARC station and pentium PC using oracle 7.3 and power Builder 5.0.

In many of ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System), they only evaluate student level or simple some student character. We propose student model for considering many student characteristics. Our student model contains student level and student's weak problem type, domain field, problem situation. We can provide optimum problem to individual student by student model.

While use of computers to teach English in a conventional educational environment promotes motivation and effective learning in students, the method generates problems such as provision of learning materials without consideration of teaching methods and evaluation without consideration of individual differences in students. To solve these problems and produce a superior system, we propose knowledge representation of expert module for an Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS).

Cyber education system service is in the field of software service which is highlighted after the latter half of 1990'. But the progress of this service is impeded by the lack of back office which contributes to the evaluation of learning achievement and the management of learning progress. This article points out the problem of current back office which is the most important in the cyber education system, and focuses on the new intelligent learning achievement evaluation module. First, we define the cause and effect between the learning stages using by fuzzy implication which is the important part of fuzzy theory. Next, we suggest the model which generates the results of the learning achievement evaluation. This model, suggested by this article, may contribute to the development of the cyber education system by improving the current on-line education service.
