This study attempted to identify the information gap about Internet of Things (IoT) devices and services in the era of digital transformation. To this end, we analyzed differences in perception of predicting future issues about IoT devices and services, and analyzed differences in the need for digital technology and help in life according to perceptions and experience of using IoT devices and services. Also, the level of education and demand for education were analyzed. A survey was conducted from February 15th to March 7th, 2021 for residents in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do, and 232 respondents responded. Analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0, and all statistical values were presented as average values. The results of the study are as follows. First, the future issues of the intelligent information society according to the recognition of the intelligent information society, the help of life provided by artificial intelligence devices and services, and the need for intelligent information technology were presented. Second, the difference in Life help provided by artificial intelligence according to the recognition and use experience of artificial intelligence devices was presented. Third, the difference in life help provided by artificial intelligence according to the recognition and use experience of artificial intelligence service was presented. Fourth, the difference in necessity according to artificial intelligence technology recognition and use experience was presented. Fifth, the educational level and educational demand of the intelligent information society were investigated and presented. Through the results of this study, a suggestion for resolving the information gap in the era of digital transformation was suggested.

The purpose of this study is to establish definitions on Metaverse and Metaverse literacy and to develop a framework for Metaverse literacy utilizing a Delphi study and in-depth interview methods with experts on Metaverse and digital, and future education. 9 experts participated in the Delphi study and 4 took part in the in-depth interview, and Delphi study data was collected via emails from January 12th to 17th and in-depth study data was gathered via zoom from March 1st to 19th in 2022. To establish the definition of Metaverse, 6 existing definitions were presented and ranked with calculated means of each definition, and additional comments were collected. To build the definition of Metaverse literacy, 1 existing definition was shown and calculated with the degree of agreement, and additional feedback was gathered. To develop a framework for Metaverse literacy, 12 sub-concepts were presented and ranked with calculated means of each concept. After applying feedback of the Delphi study, the authors re-established the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy, and re-develop the framework for Metaverse literacy. In the in-depth interview, feedback on these definitions and the framework was collected. After these processes, the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy were finalized, and the framework for Metaverse literacy was developed. Based on the results, implications and limitations of the study, and possible future study are discussed.
Mathematics textbooks as the main resources to support mathematical teaching and learning are used importantly in Korean lessons. Although the scope of mathematics textbook research has been expanded and the research has increased, few studies have analyzed the overall trends of mathematics textbook research in Korea. This study analyzes the overall trends of textbook research on 418 papers pertinent to mathematics textbooks published in domestic mathematics education journals. The results of this study showed that the proportion of textbook analysis research was the highest, followed by textbook use and textbook development research in order. There were more textbook studies at the elementary school level than at the middle or high school levels. Regarding textbook analysis studies, the most frequent topic was to analyze how specific mathematical concepts were presented in textbooks. Regarding textbook use studies, many studies asked both teachers and students to review the appropriateness of textbooks under development or analyzed the perception and use of specific activities of textbooks based on a survey. Regarding textbook development studies, the most popular topics included the directions and examples of new development, such as storytelling-based or electronic textbooks. This paper finally presented implications for textbook research in light of the domestic mathematics education context and the international mathematics textbook research trends.

The understanding and capability to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) incorporated technology has become a required basic skillset for the people living in today's information age, and various members of the university have also increasingly become aware of the need for AI education. Amidst such shifting societal demands, both domestic and international university libraries have recognized the users' need for educational content centered on AI, but a user-centered service that aims to provide personalized recommendations of digital AI educational content is yet to become available. It is critical while the demand for AI education amongst university students is progressively growing that university libraries acquire a clear understanding of user intention towards an AI educational content recommender system and the potential factors contributing to its success. This study intended to ascertain the factors affecting acceptance of such system, using the Extended Technology Acceptance Model with added variables - innovativeness, self-efficacy, social influence, system quality and task-technology fit - in addition to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use. Quantitative research was conducted via online research surveys for university students, and quantitative research was conducted through written interviews of university librarians. Results show that all groups, regardless of gender, year, or major, have the intention to use the AI-related Educational Content Recommendation System, with the task suitability factor being the most dominant variant to affect use intention. University librarians have also expressed agreement about the necessity of the recommendation system, and presented budget and content quality issues as realistic restrictions of the aforementioned system.
The purpose of this study is to identify the difficulties in business implementation that blockchain suppliers are experiencing, and to suggest ways to promote blockchain technology by solving them. First, industrial surveys of blockchain supply companies were collected. Next, a survey was conducted to confirm whether financial service users intend to use blockchain technology. The research results are as follows. First, in user characteristics, usefulness and innovation were found to have an effect on intention to use. In the technical characteristics, suitability and reliability were found to affect the intention to use. Second, in user characteristics, usefulness and innovativeness were found to affect the intention to use by mediating promotion conditions. In the technical characteristics, suitability and reliability were found to affect the intention to use by mediating the promotion conditions. Third, it was found that the new technology environment modulates the effect of ubiquity and innovativeness on the intention to use. The new technology environment was found to moderate the impact of security on intention to use. Fourth, it was found that the organizational environment moderates the effect of security and suitability on the intention to use. A plan to solve the difficulties of these blockchain suppliers and a plan to promote blockchain-based financial services are presented.
Social network service (SNS) using mobile or web is growing rapidly, and the emergence of various platform services is causing innovative changes in social network service (SNS). This study is to identify the target relation factors of social network users and to empirically study the causal relationship of how much these factors affect user satisfaction through pleasure and self-efficacy. To present an effective and efficient development plan in. In order to empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was conducted with the general public who had experience using social network services (SNS). Path analysis was performed. As a result, it was possible to verify the correlation of the object relational factors on user satisfaction through pleasure and self-efficacy.First, non-excluded had a significant effect on pleasure, but did not significantly affect self-efficacy. Second, stability attachment did not significantly affect both enjoyment and self-efficacy. Third, social ability did not significantly affect both enjoyment and self-efficacy. Fourth, self-centeredness did not have a significant effect on both enjoyment and self-efficacy. Fifth, pleasure had a significant effect on both self-efficacy and user satisfaction. Sixth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on user satisfaction.
National Health Insurance Corporation initiated Home and Community Long-term care Agency Quality Assessment(HCLA-QA) program in 2010. This study aims to explore long-term care agencies' perceptions and attitudes toward HCLA-QA program, focused on the home-visit care agencies. Total 473 agencies completed the questionnaires(response rate 13.6%), using the e-mail and fax survey methods with high-capacity web-fax server of NHIC. On the results of this study, we found the agencies' different perceptions and attitudes on HCLA-QA program according to their quality ratings as QA results. Compared to the agencies with low quality ratings, the agencies with high quality ratings tend to have more time for preparation, better understandings about HCLA-QA program, more positive perceptions that quality indicators generally are valid, and more affirmative attitudes that the notifications of QA results are helpful for agencies. Our findings can be very useful for establishing strategies for improving the HCLA-QA program. The policy makers, the insurer, and the agencies need to consider the opinions of the agencies with high quality ratings as well as the ones with low quality ratings.
The purpose of this study is to provide a rational management strategy to improve the management performance of companies through intellectual property activities. Through this study, we aim to explore countermeasures to strengthen competitiveness in a changing global environment. A survey of 200 companies was conducted from September 1 to October 30, 2023. Statistical analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and difference analysis. The conclusions are as follows. First, the impact of intellectual property activities on management performance was found to be creation and utilization. Second, the impact of management strategies on management performance was found to be differentiation strategy, cost advantage strategy, and concentration strategy. Third, cost advantage strategy has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between creation activities and managerial performance of intellectual property activities. Fourth, the differentiation strategy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the creation of intellectual property activities and managerial performance. In addition, differentiation strategy has a full mediating effect on the relationship between the utilization of intellectual property activities and performance. Fifth, concentration strategy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between intellectual property activity utilization and management performance. Sixth, there is a difference between creation activities, protection activities, utilization activities, cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, financial performance, and non-financial performance based on venture certification status. As the importance of intellectual property is increasing in the era of technological hegemony, IoT companies will need to improve their management performance through venture certification and strategies utilizing intellectual property in order to secure future competitiveness. Based on this study, we hope that IoT companies will maximize their performance by implementing efficient strategies that consider IP activities.
This research studied the effect of customer experience characteristics in offline home appliance stores on perceived value and revisit intention. Among the offline distribution of home appliances with more than 100 stores nationwide, two home appliance retailers (HiMart, E-Land), three hypermarkets (E-Mart, Homeplus, Lotte Hi-Mart), and two home appliance stores (LG Best Shop, Samsung Digital Plaza) were selected, and a survey was conducted on men and women in their 20s or older in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon who had visited and purchased the home appliance store within the last 6 months. As a result of the survey, a statistical analysis was conducted on a total of 330 samples using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) structural equation model and SPSS statistical package. Through this study, the following research results can be obtained. First, educational experience, deviant experience, and aesthetic experience had a positive (+) effect on the functional value. However, entertainment experience did not affect functional value. Second, educational experience, deviant experience, and aesthetic experience all had a positive (+) effect on emotional value. Third, both functional and sensory values had a positive (+) effect on the revisit intention. Fourth, it was confirmed that brand loyalty had no moderating effect between functional value and sensory value revisit intention. The results of this study show the structural relationship between customer experience characteristics, perceived value (functional value, sensory value), and revisit intention. This result provides guidelines on what activities home appliance offline stores should do at a time when online channels threaten the survival of offline channels.

Science career education is for every student as well as for students who want to become scientists. In this study, we developed and applied science career education materials using TV programs which showed successful application of science in industry and business. The effects of the programs were surveyed mainly by questionnaire on 'Science Career Orientation', which have four categories.Video materials using TV programs were effective in changing science career orientation (p<0.05) of junior high school students, but only when the teacher added some cognitive explanation on the scientific concept involved. Providing only video materials were not enough to make meaningful change on science career orientation. The results implied science career education should be linked with science teaching and learning. It also showed the possibility and the way of using informal education like TV program in science career education.
