The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of perceived autonomy support on intrinsic motivation and passion for major students of security martial arts. The subjects were selected 317 people to security martial arts majors universities in the metropolitan area extraction using a convenience sample. AS autonomy support, intrinsic motivation, and passion by research tools construct validity were utilized for statistical verification. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, exploratory factors analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis using the SPSS 21.0 and confirmatory factors analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) using AMOS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, autonomy support of major students for security martial arts had a positive impact on intrinsic motivation. Second, autonomy support of major students for security martial arts had a positive impact on harmonious passion. Third, autonomy support of major students for security martial arts had a impact on obsessive passion. Forth, intrinsic motivation of major students for security martial arts had a positive impact on harmonious passion. Fifth, intrinsic motivation of major students for security martial arts had a negative impact on obsessive passion. The results of structural equation modeling showed that intrinsic motivation partially mediated the relationship between autonomy support and harmonious passion. And the relationships between autonomy support and obsessive passion were completely mediated by the intrinsic motivation.

Many science educators concern about the problems of assessment using paper & pencil test. Performance assessment is believed to be a very promising alternatives to traditional assessment. Portfolio assessment, a kind of performance assessment, has many desirable characteristics to foster students' creativity and increase students' responsibility for their own learning. However few research study has been dealt with this assessment method and few teacher adopts this method in science class. The characteristics and structures of portfolio assessment were explored by reviewing related literatures. The appropriate portfolio assessment was designed based on the results of exploration. For our primary science class, general and specific objectives are needed, depending on the nature of the instructional topics. The children's evidences for portfolio may be limited in their forms because of insufficient learning materials and reproducing facilities in classrooms. Large portions of children's evidence should be collected during class hours to reduce burdens of children. The evaluation criteria may be holistic rather than analytical because of large class size. Portfolio assessment will bring about many changes in primary science classes. Students' have more responsibility in science learning. Teachers will focus major instructional objectives, and concern more about students' meaningful learning. Although portfolio assessment requires more work to teachers and children it could be applicable to our science classroom.

The purpose of this study was to investigate high school students' learning style, perception of types of laboratory instruction, and the relationship between the learning style and preferred type of laboratory instruction. The participants of this study were 19 female high school students, from Incheon in Korea, who showed outstanding science grades. Dunn et al's revised Learning Styles Inventory (1997) was used for testing students' learning style. The students were asked to choose preferred and not preferred types of experiments and describe the reason of the choices after implementation of 4 types of experiments: verification, discovery, explorator, and investigation laboratory instructions. The findings of this study were as follows: Firstly, the students had a certain common learning style irrelevant to their personal characteristics, i. e; they showed high (self, teacher, parents) motivation and structure stimuli that was common in Korean students. Second, outstanding students prefer unstructured and open laboratory instructions. And those students were highly influenced by sociological and emotional stimuli. Third, students' learning style was related to their preferred type of laboratory instruction. Students preferring unstructured and open laboratory were influenced by sociological and emotional stimuli, while those preferring structured and closed laboratory were influenced by physiological stimuli.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among trust of instructors, leisure benefit and resilience for golf participants. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 250 copies were collected back. Out of those returned questionnaires, insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 234 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. For analysis of the data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First trust of instructors had a positive effect on leisure benefit. Second, leisure benefit had a positive effect on resilience. Third, trust of instructors had a positive effect on resilience. Fourth, leisure benefit mediated the relationship between golf participant trust of instructors and resilience. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to make golf participation lead to satisfaction, and in addition, it is necessary to seek various and convenient services so that various benefits can be generated through golf, and even psychological management through careful observation of golf participants. With these situations, this research tried to show the private investors' actual performance of Investment by studying individual investors' propensity and Information explore. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of investors' propensity and information search on investment satisfaction. The questionary method required some sample surveys. The data of the practical analysis was carried out with the on-line researching method. The researching time was from the 1st of Dec. 2016 to the 15th of Dec. 2016. Of the 357 questionnaires submitted, 7 were deemed inappropriate or incomplete; thus, 350 questionnaires were used in the final analysis of the study. For analysis methodology, this research is using SPSS 21.0 along with analytic techniques, such as implementation of basic statistical analysis, reliability, and regression analysis. The practical analysis results are as follows; Among the investment propensities, profit propensity, analytical propensity, and investment propensity has a significant effect on investment performance. On the other hand, brokerage firm information, firm accounting information, private information has a statistically significant effect on investment performance. Finally, we confirmed the mediating role of investment sentiment.

Since Campbell (1990) proposed multidimensionality of job performance, unlike the single structure of traditional job performance, it has been largely classified as task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior. The objective of this study is to validate the threecriteria currently considered major aspects of job performance, to identify different types of performance based on three dimensions, and to compare the power of personality factors among performance types. A total of 681 employees working at various organizations participated in an on-line survey. The survey included boththe exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. A 3-factor job performance model consisting of three dimensions was also included. The relationships between performance dimensions and personality factors differedby dimensions of performance, supporting the validity of the 3-factor structure of performance.The results of the Latent Profile Analysis identified four types of performance: exemplary, moderately conscientious moderate, and conscientious, butlow.. The Multinomial logistic regression analysis showed each type differed significantly according to the predictors of personality variables. In conclusion, implications and limitations of the study were noted.
This study explores the locomotives of the growth in the Korean online shopping industry upon the theoretical basis based on the last 10 years' rapid changing environment. This attempt reveals the counter-arguments against preemtive effects based on the observation of reintermediation process in the online industry. We reviewed the NEBIC model proposed by Wheeler(2002) and propose the growth model, double helix framework based on the dynamic capability view. Furthermore the relevance of the proposed framework was validated with the review of last 10 years' sales and market share data in the online shopping industry. Meanwhile we found the limits of online market growth with the open market domination. So future of the online shopping retailers is depending on the development of the channel functions and merchandising on the basis of self-capability. Based on the tentative conclusion, we also suggest implications for the policy makers. Firstly policy facilitating the specialization of the power sellers incubased in the open market is necessary for the sustainable online market growth. And the establishment of the control tower is suggested to coordinate the consistency of the policies and regulations. And the device of the incentive is also proposed to strengthen the open markets' function to facilitate the small and medium online merchants.
This study is to establish the domains and the standards of instructional evaluation on the teacher knowledge dealing with the knowledge of 'teaching and learning methods and assessment'. Especially, in this study, the instruction assessment standards are developed focused on the six types of mathematics competencies such as problem solving, communication, reasoning, creativity and collaboration, information and handling, attitude and practice which were emphasized in the mathematical curriculum revised in 2015. By the result, seventh evaluation domains such as an instruction involving problem-solving activity, an instruction involving reasoning activity, instruction involving communication activity, instruction on information and handling activity, instruction involving learners' achievement level and attitude, instruction involving the development of assessment method and tool, instruction applying on assessment result were new established. According to those domains, the 19 instructional evaluation standards were developed totally. This study is limited to consider the domain of 'teaching and learning methods and assessment' among the domains of teacher knowledge, while dealing with the elements of mathematics competencies in the standards. However, instructional evaluation standards reflecting these competencies should be developed in the other diverse domains of teacher knowledge.
The research paid attention to the fact that top 10% high achievers of girls in high schools are not equally provided with opportunities for science gifted education in Korea. For this reason, the research examined gender differences in science achievement and science affective domain through employing PISA 2006 science achievement test and survey of science affective domains. The research subjects of 132 students as top 10% high achievers extracted from those 1,409 students who were nationwidely sampled and responded to the science achievement test and science affective domain survey in July 2008. The responses by 132 students of top 10% high achievers were analyzed. The findings revealed that there is no significant difference of science achievement and most items of science affective domain survey between girls and boys of top 10% population in high schools. Further, it was indicated that top 10% high achieving girls have interest, self-concept, self-efficacy, future job aspiration in science as high as boys. In conclusions, further attentions to provide more opportunities of science gifted education for girls are called for.

The educational characteristics for the integrative spirituality and imagination is called as the educational arts by Rudolf Steiner. The educational arts includes contents of the soul life, the education of freedom with individuality, and integrative education. The educational arts intends to the wholistic education with harmonious interaction of intellect, feeling, and willing to equip the individual human being in the spirit. And the educational arts educates with the harmony of story, play, art, and integrative curriculum of subject contents.
