The total of 281 copies were used for analysis. Statistical analysis was performed using PASW Statistics 18.0 at the 5% significance level. T-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analyses were applied in this analysis. The results were as follows: 1. As for intention of career discontinuity by general characteristics, there were statistically significant difference according to age, duration of employment, children, children age and monthly income (p<0.05). 2. As for intention of career discontinuity by job awareness, there were statistically significant difference according to turnover, work-life, retirement age of dental hygienist, duration of job maintenance and re-employment of dental hygienist (p<0.05). 3. Social workers experience various work commitment forms in the field practice. This study tries to find the discriminant validity of job, organizational, career, and relationship commitments among these work commitment forms. This study also tries to find the interrelationship among these commitment forms and the relationship of each of four commitment forms with the withdrawal intention, which is represented by turnover intention and career change intention. For this purpose, a survey of 417 social workers working for community welfare centers in Busan and Gyeongnam was conducted and the data was analyzed. The results of this study showed that the work commitment forms have discriminant validity. The analysis of interrelationship between commitment forms using SEM revealed that the more a social worker commits to his or her job, the more he/she commits to his/her job and the relationship with the client. In addition, job and organizational and career commitments affect turnover intention while career and relationship commitments affect career change intention. Therefore, to improve organizational management, it is necessary to understand diverse forms of work commitment as well as organizational commitment. And differentiated management strategies are needed to increase either each commitment form or various commitment forms at the same time.
The study analyzes the relationship between demand, satisfaction, and perception for non-face-to-face continuing medical education(CME) conducted in 2020 for 225 radiological technologist license holders working in the Busan area, and the factors that influence the positive perception of CME. T-test and one way ANOVA were used, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed. As a result, there were high demands for mobile publicity, professional radiological technologist, educational expenses support from institution heads, and CME. Male radiological technologist, over 50 years of age, and the more experienced they had a job chance, the more they had a positive perception. In the correlation between variables, the perception of the education system and the need for education showed a positive correlation. The higher the satisfaction with the education system, the higher the perception of the need for education. About 53% of the content was satisfied. Therefore, in order to raise awareness of CME, it is considered that policy changes to the education system are necessary first of all. It is considered that the search for the development of education content and educational content is necessary above all.

This study was based on the experience of dental hygienists' role conflict, and attempted to grasp the nature of the dental hygienist role conflict factor, constituent factor and coping. Giorgi's phenomenological method was used to analyze data collected through in-depth interviews with nine dental hygienists working in a dental clinic. The analysis revealed three central meanings: task scope, role conflicts, and role conflict management style and limitations. In the first category, task scope, the range of the legal scope, and the duties performed by the dental hygienist differed slightly. The second category included role conflict due to interpersonal relationship, work, work environment, competence, and identity as a professional because of role conflict. The third category included the role conflict management style and limitations. Dental hygienists tried to solve the role conflict situation through various efforts. In the face of the reality that the conflict is not solved despite such efforts, the dental hygienists felt the limitation and chose to leave. Dental hygienists are dissatisfied with their roles because of confusion regarding professional values and lack of awareness of the professional workforce due to differences between legal scope and actual practice. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a tool to quantitatively measure the level of role conflict in dental hygienists and to conduct follow-up studies on the effects of coping strategies by role conflict situations.
This study explored what latent classes appear according to the combination of Belief in a Just World (BJW) and social class of middle-aged adults, and examined whether there are differences in career transiton, perceiving a calling, and working as meaning in each class and what characteristics they have. 224 middle-aged people who experienced turnover through online and offline were surveyed and analyzed by Latent Profile Analysis. The participants were divided into 5 latent classes such as; 'Relative self-satisfaction', 'Social contentment', 'Relative deprived', 'Fairness trust' and 'Fairness distrust'. According to the results of MANOVA analysis to figure out if there are differences in career transitions, perceiving a calling, and working as meaning depending on latent classes, significant differences were appeared among latent classes. Finally, multinominal logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine whether demographic characteristics and 'decent work' affect the latent group classification. As a result, the more 'decent work', the higher the probability of belonging to the class with high BJW and social class. On the basis of the results of this study, the implications on the case conceptualization and counseling strategy for adults focusing on BJW and Social class in adults and future research were discussed.
