본 연구는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 맥락에서 기업의 경쟁우위와 생존을 도모하기 위해 양손잡이 역량의 다양한 차원을 구현하고 기업수준의 혁신에 기여하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 디지털 기술의 이니셔티브인 디지털 기술 역량이 조직의 다차원(균형적, 결합된 차원)적 양손잡이 역량에 미치는 관계에서, 변환관리의 핵심 역량인 디지털 리더십 역량의 상세요인들(디지털 비전, 디지털 HR 스킬, 디지털 거버넌스, 협력방식)이 갖는 매개효과를 중심으로 검증하였다. 연구의 진행을 위해 국내 제조업과 ICT & 통신업에 종사하는 250명의 중소기업 관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 데이터를 활용하였으며, 연구방법으로는 R을 GUI 방식으로 구현한 오픈소스 통계 툴(Tool)인 Jamovi 2.3.26의 응용프로그램을 사용하여 회귀분석을 실시한다. 본 연구는, 디지털 트랜스포메이션 맥락에서 조직 내 긴장을 관리하고 갈등을 해소하는 다차원 양손잡이 역량에 대한 운영방안과 리더십의 역할에 대한 기존지식의 범위를 확장하며, 조직이 속한 산업 환경과 처한 성황에 따라 적절한 양손잡이 역량과 리더십 역량을 사용할 수 있는 최적화된 방안을 제시한다. 또한 디지털 트랜스포메이션 맥락에서 조직이 양손잡이 역량을 도입하고자 할 때, 기술적 이니셔티브에 대한 투자도 물론 중요하지만, 리더십 역량이 가지는 세부요인 의한 양손잡이 역량을 달성함으로써, 더욱 효과적인 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 달성할 수 있다는 기여를 제공할 예정이다

This study analyzes the effects of the absorptive capacity on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities and the management performance. Based on previous studies, the absorptive capacity is sub-classified into the exploratory absorptive capacity and the exploitative absorptive capacity, which are set as independent variables, to analyze their effects on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities. In short, the absorptive capacity has positive effects on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities. In addition, the technology innovation capacity and the technology commercialization capacity have positive effects on the management performance. The findings confirm that the absorptive capacity is an important factor impacting on the corporate innovation, and suggest that businesses should recognize the importance of the absorptive capacity as a guideline for developing their strategies for technological innovation.

This study verified the effect of R&D capabilities and resource allocation capabilities on technology commercialization capabilities and the effect of technology commercialization capabilities on product performance. The effect of technology commercialization capability was verified by using commercialization speed, market scope, and technology breadth as variables. A survey was conducted for employees of SMEs companies, and the model and hypotheses of the study were verified using SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3.0. It was confirmed that R&D capabilities and resource allocation capabilities had a significant effect on technology commercialization capabilities, and technology commercialization capabilities had a significant effect on the company's product performance. Through the results of this study, strengthening a company's R&D capabilities and resource distribution capabilities from a resource-based perspective expands technology commercialization capabilities such as commercialization speed, market scope, and technology breadth, and strengthening technology commercialization capabilities affects product performance of a company. It is meaningful in providing implications for the commercialization performance of companies by revealing the impact.

The purpose of this study was to identify the teachers' competency for the NCS-based microprocessor course in the 'electronic,' and analyzed the relative importance among vocational teachers' competencies. Findings were (1) the teaching competencies for the microprocessor course consists of 8 major factors and 22 sub-factors, and (2) the AHP gained the result of the relative importance of the teaching competencies. In conclusion, the programming was identified as the most critical competency, suggested a guidelines for Microprocessor course to use in vocational schools.

본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹과 같은 외부 환경의 영향뿐만 아니라 경쟁 환경 및 시장변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못하는 등 역량부족의 문제로 사업 실패률이 높아진 소상공인들의 성공적인 재기를 돕고자 이들에게 요구되는 역량을 모델링하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1977년부터 2022년까지 발행된 관련 문헌을 분석하였고 7인의 재도전 소상공인을 대상으로 행동사건인터뷰(BEI)를 진행하였으며, 역량개발 및 HRD 전문가를 섭외하여 세 차례에 걸처 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하는 과정을 통해 역량초안을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 12명의 관련분야(창업, 소상공인, 심리/역량) 전문가를 섭외하여 3회에 걸친 델파이기법(Delphi Analysis)을 통해 재도전 소상공인의 성공적인 재기에 도움이 되는 역량을 2개의 역량군(소상공인, 실패회복), 8개의 세부역량(사업기회포착, 사업기획, 사업차별화, 운영관리, 판로개척, 제품과 서비스 연구개발, 긍정적 자기조절, 실패경험 극복 및 대처), 22개의 역량요소, 72개의 지식·기술·태도(KSA)가 표시된 행동지표로 도출하였다. 이와 같이 진행된 본 연구는 국내 최초로 재도전 소상공인에게 요구되는 역량을 구체화했다는데 학술적 의미가 있다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 재도전 소상공인 대상 역량기반 교육프로그램을 개발하거나 지원 프로그램에 적합한 대상자 선별하는 등에서 활용될 수 있으며 소상공인 스스로 사업 성공을 위해 역량을 진단하며 자기개발을 촉진하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

최근 국내에서는 인구감소에 따른 일부 지역소멸이 화두가 되고 있다. 대부분이 농촌지역으로 여러 가지 원인이 있으나, 원인 중의 하나로 농업경영체의 성과 미흡에 따른 소득향상의 어려움이 있기 때문이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 정부와 지자체에서는 다양한 정책을 수립하여 지속해서 지원하고 있지만 큰 성과를 내지 못하고 오히려 농엉경영체의 요구사항만 많아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 경영자역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고 경영자역량과 기업성과 간에 있어 시장지향성이 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업경영체의 경영자역량을 독립면수로 하여 히위변수에 창의적역량, 네트워킹역량, 자기통제역량, 기술적역량을 선정하고 종속변수에는 기업성과를 매개변수로 시장지향성을 선정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 농업경영체의 경영자역량이 기업성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있고 시장지향성이 매개효과가 있을 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 세계적인 불확실한 경제환경과 빠르게 변화되고 있는 국내 산업의 구조변화는 농업경영체들이 적응함에 있어 어려움이 존재하고 있는 상황에서 농촌에서 기업활동을 하고 있는 농업경영체 경영자역량의 주요 요인들을 설정하여 연구를 진행하였고 경영자들이 기업성과를 달성함에 있어 도움이 될 것이다.

해상교통관제사의 역량기반 교육훈련의 실시를 위해 개인의 역량을 파악하고 조직이 요구하는 수준에 대하여 개인에게 필요한 맞춤형 교육을 실시하는 것은 해상교통안전을 증진시키고 조직 내 전략적 인적자원관리를 위해 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 신임 해상교통관제사의 역량기반 교육훈련 과정 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Conpetency Standards)과 IALA 권고서 V-103/1에서 제시된 해상교통관제사의 직무역량을 통합하여 하나의 역량모델로 구성하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is modeling nursing competencies and reasoning out the core competencies, the ability for 20% of important actions for nursing jobs which can manage the rest 80% so that the competency-based nursing curriculum can be developed. A literature review of the vast studies regarding competencies was done to understand the concepts of competency-based curriculum, competency, and nursing competencies, identifying the relationships among each nursing competency categorized in accordance with those concepts. An exemplified concept map of core competencies for the competency-based nursing curriculum is suggested based on a thorough review of various competency modeling methodologies. The core competencies consist of base competency (theoretical/practical nursing knowledge and skills), practical competency (clinical judgment, patient education, communication, etc.), and personality competency (leadership, sense of responsibility, cooperation, etc.). The circular relationship among them can remain consistent through self-directed learning and critical thinking. Therefore, a nurse who have those core competencies is a knowledge worker, a self-directed learner, and also an effective, professional communicator. Further studies which solidify the concept of nursing competencies should be done, as well as the feedback procedures which evaluate the program outcomes and then reflect the evaluation results in the curriculum should be followed continuously.

The purpose of this study is to draw implications for improving the method of reflecting the competencies in Korea mathematics curriculum, by analyzing what competencies are reflected in foreign mathematics and curriculum. As a result of the study, foreign countries were reflecting their competencies in mathematics curriculum in various ways. In France mathematics curriculum, the achievement standards of learning competencies(compétences travaillées) that students should reach by cycle were presented, and the related common competencies(socle commun) were indicated. In Australia's mathematics curriculum, the general capabilities for achievement standards were identified, and the achievement criteria for proficiency strands to be reached by grade level were presented. British Columbia's mathematics curriculum actively reflected its competencies. In the mathematics curriculum, domains were reorganized based on the competencies, and achievement standards of the competencies were proposed. The results of this study will help in improving the ways in which were reflected competencies in mathematics curriculum.

This study was conducted to develop a teaching competency scales customized for teaching programs conducted by Center for Teaching & Learning at A University. To achieve this purpose, a preliminary study was set up, which consists of three competency groups (basic competency, practice competency, innovation competency) and 26 learning competency factors through a review of previous studies. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the provisional teaching competency scales, an online survey was conducted on A university teachers in September 2020, The collected questionnaire data were organized and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, 26 teaching competency was reduced to 17. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the model was found to be good, Also, as a result of analyzing the construct reliability and AVE of the confirmed teaching competency factors, all 17 factors showed a good level of .7 or more. The teaching competency scales developed through this study can be used as basic data for performance evaluation and development of new programs of CTL teaching program.
