  • Objective : The aim of this study was to determine the priority competency by analyzing the importance, performance, and educational requirements of occupational therapists to develop a competency in performing sensory integration intervention. Methods : Occupational therapists were surveyed by gender, age, educational background, work location, occupational therapy experience, and sensory integration therapy experience. The difference was investigated through the importance-performance analysis of competency, and the priority of the competency was investigated using the Borich demand analysis method. Results : The therapists recognized professional competency as the most important, whereas performance was the least important. In all sub-competencies, the importance was high, but the performance was low. As a result, the education requirement was highest for professional competency. The importance-performance analysis revealed that professional competency was the area requiring the most urgent improvement. As a result of the Borich demand analysis, statistically significant differences between the importance of all competencies and the actual performance. The most significant difference was found in the professional competency group. Conclusion : The occupational therapists in this study who performed sensory integration interventions recognized professional competency as the most important but most lacking in actual clinical practice. The results of this study will be used as guidelines for developing competency-based sensory integrated intervention curricula.

The government starts practicing CMAR an alternative delivery method widely in order to diversify delivery methods and enhance construction technology. The CMAR market is thus expected to grow. This study was conducted to improve CMAR firms' capability by developing self-assessment tools for them to evaluate current capability more effectively. As a result of defining standard core capability and additional elements categorized by project execution phase and management area, and performing evaluation from the CMAR project participants, it was found that the general project management capability in the pre-design and procurement phase and quality management area was lower compared to the construction phase and other areas. In addition, the capability of cost management area was lower in spite of its high importance. Communication and coordination, process optimization, and target values achievement were at the initial level of capability and continuous improvement was required.

  • The objective of study was to identify perceived medication administration Competence of senior nursing students. A total of 128 students were recruited. The instruments for this study were self-efficacy for drug dosage calculation, anxiety for drug dosage calculation and perceived medication administration competence. The data were collected from November 2018 to January 2019, analyzed by descriptive analysis, chi-square, t-test, Scheffe test, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using the SPSS 25.0 program. The main predictors of perceived medication administration competence were identified as confidence in drug dosage calculation (${\beta}=.463$, p<.001), Attitude of participation at clinical practice (${\beta}=.168$, p=.040). These two factors explained about 29% of variance in perceived medication administration competence (F=26.93, p<.001). It can contribute to improve their ability to administrate medication in practice, with the accuracy of prescription, recalculation of prescribed drug dose, and observation of adverse reactions in clinical practice and simulation with collaborative approach.

Unlike existing literatures, we examine the influence of alliance management capability as direct drivers on venture's alliance performance. Based upon organizational capability theory, we proposed that coordination capability, relationship capability, learning capability are main components of alliance management capabilities. In addition, we proposed capability of CEO as forth alliance management capability in global ventures. Using 78 global ventures as research sample, this study shows that these four alliance capabilities have considerable influence on financial performance of ventures with global alliances.

  • Participation in official development assistance (ODA) construction projects can be proposed as a way to revitalize Korean small and medium-sized construction companies' entry into the overseas construction market. To this end, the necessary competency items were derived for the execution of the project, and a survey was conducted and an analysis of importance-current competency was performed. 24 out of a total of 32 competency items were analyzed as having a low level of competency compared to their importance, indicating that it is urgent to strengthen corporate-level capabilities for the smooth execution of related projects in the future. In detail, it is judged that it is necessary to seek to establish a preferential capacity-strengthening plan for contract management-related items such as the 'Construction-related fundamental laws, Contract management method, and International administration negotiation'.

As a result of exploratory factor analysis, 26 teaching competency was reduced to 17. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the model was found to be good, Also, as a result of analyzing the construct reliability and AVE of the confirmed teaching competency factors, all 17 factors showed a good level of .7 or more. The teaching competency scales developed through this study can be used as basic data for performance evaluation and development of new programs of CTL teaching program.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify relationship among critical thinking, nursing process competency and evidence based practice competency of nurses working in middle sized hospitals. A descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from 262 nurses working in the three hospitals located in G and P city using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA with scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. Nurses' evidence-based practice competency had positive correlation with critical thinking disposition (r=.42, p <.001) and nursing process competency (r=.58, p <.001). Full model accounted for 65.1% of evidence-based practice competency by nursing process competency (${\beta}=.57$, p <.001), critical thinking disposition (${\beta}=.34$, p <.001), critical thinking educational experience (${\beta}=.11$, p=.004), Master's degree (${\beta}=.09$, p=.032). Conclusion: o increase evidence-based practice competency of nurses, it is required to develop critical thinking disposition and nursing process competency of nurses.
