The purpose of this study was to identify the improvement plan of Korea Network for Occupations and Workers(KNOW) in terms of the information quality and usefulness for undergraduate students.'Homework of occupational information exploration'as research instrument was assigned to the engineering students taking career courses at KoreaTech in Chungnam province, Korea. Data was collected from two-hundred sixty six college students. The main results were as follows: The percentage of awareness of KNOW was very low(7.5%), but the mean of preference(73.5) and usefulness of career readiness(70.6) of KNOW were likely to be high. The information quality of KNOW was analysed in terms of both menu bar and evaluative components. In menu bar, the highest mean of information quality was'wage, job satisfaction, and job outlook'menu bar(71.7). On the other hand'task information on the job'had the lowest mean. In evaluative component, the highest mean of information quality was understandability(73.4), whereas the completeness was at the bottom(63.7). These results implied that the KNOW has the usefulness for engineering students to explore the occupational information and to make ready for career. Nevertheless, it is needed to publicize KNOW and to redeem menu bar and contents for the improvement of this online system.

The purpose of this study is to examine nursing students' satisfaction and to analyze satisfaction difference according to the general characteristics of the research subjects in blended learning. A survey was conducted for 4th grade nursing students who took 'Introduction to Nursing I (1)' course and agreed to participate in the study. 122 answers out of total 142 were analyzed. The findings are as follows; first, students' satisfaction was topped by off-line learning, followed by on-line learning, and blended learning; second, there was a difference in on-line learning satisfaction depending on the gender among the general characteristics of the research subjects, and also there was a significant difference in off-line learning satisfaction depending on the self-evaluation on grade; third, students pointed out that what needs to be improved most is technical support and system. This study would provide the measures to improve utilization and effectiveness of blended learning, and the basic data to establish university policies for the blended learning.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how task value, twitter self-efficacy, and social presence affect learning satisfaction on twitter discussion. In addition, this study examined the mediating effects of social presence. Participants were 46 undergraduate students in A university in Seoul, Korea. They responded the following surveys: task value, twitter self-efficacy, social presence, and learning satisfaction. Baron & Kenny (1986)'s mediation analysis approach with correlation and multiple regression analyses were applied to this study. Findings showed the significant effects of task value, twitter self-efficacy, and social presence on satisfaction on twitter discussion. In addition, social presence mediated task value, twitter self-efficacy, and satisfaction. These results suggest that the twitter discussion should be designed to accommodate different learners characteristics such as task value and twitter self-efficacy and promote greater social presence between learners.

In this paper, I propose the level of satisfaction with online classes of nursing students and its influencing factors. The participants was 175 nursing students who had enrolled in H university located at Chungcheongbuk-do. The data was collected using a questionnaire which consisted of satisfaction with online classes, learner's efforts, instructor's efforts, interpersonal interaction, and university's supports. The mean score for satisfaction with online classes(scores ranged form 1 to 5) was 3.99. The influencing factors of satisfaction with online classes were intention of using online(p<.001), academic achievement(p=.003), instructor's effort(p=.038), and evaluation of class and management(p=.044), and its explanatory power was 50.2%. The most important things to improve online learning were instructor in problem of operation and server capacity and sound in problem of techniques. Based on the theses results, in order to increase satisfaction with online classes, it is needed to develop strategies to improve intention of using online and academic achievement. Also, instructor's efforts and university's active supports were considered to increase satisfaction with online classes among nursing students.

This paper analyse the learners' satisfaction for the usability of distance teaming system. We have analysed collected data regarding the learners' satisfaction with the online Master's in Library and Information Science (MLIS) program as an example. The learner responses from the focus groups broke down into the following five themes: General program issues, Course issues, Communication/interaction issues, On-campus experience issues, Technology issues. The feedback can be applied to most online learning environments as a guideline for teaching and developing of online course.

The necessity of university's educational change is rising up, along with a social environment that keeps changing. This study deals with a newly educational style by recognizing the necessity of variance for engineering education, according to engineers' diversified roles within a company. The study was conducted by 7 members of middle-sized group, replaced from 5 members of small-sized and each was given his task by his job such as CEO, CMO, CSO, CIO, CCO, CQO or Auditor. On the basis of four theoretical backgrounds, this paper investigated students' level of learning satisfaction shown before and after task undertaking through a questionnaire and appraised the result made before and after task undertaking. This study is expected to improve a teaching method of university engineering education.

With the coronavirus outbreak in China at the end of 2019, a global pandemic, most universities held non-face-to-face classes in the spring of 2020. One of the difficulties experienced by universities that abruptly conducted non-face-to-face education was management of the quality of education. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed how the existing indicators used to measure the quality of education in a non-face-to-face education environment changed. The results of the survey on the degree of adaptation and satisfaction of the lecture held at Handong University in the spring of 2020 were compared and analyzed with the previous data of the same lecturer. Overall, both class adaptation and satisfaction scores were found to be similar or slightly higher than before. Compared to lectures conducted by uploading recorded lectures, lectures conducted in real time had higher scores on all satisfaction survey questions. There was no significant change in satisfaction depending on the number of participants and the teacher's previous online lecture experience.

Universities are looking for various methods to enhance educational competence level suitable for the rapidly changing social environment. This study suggests a method to promote academic and educational achievements by reducing drop-out rate from their majors through implementation of pre-survey of satisfaction that revised and complemented survey items. To supplement the CQI method implemented after a general satisfaction survey, a pre-survey of satisfaction was carried out. To consolidate students' competences, this study made prediction and analysis of data with more importance possible using the Random Forest of the machine learning technique that can be applied to AI Medici platform, whose design is underway. By pre-processing the pre-survey of satisfaction, the students information enrolled in classes were defined as an explanatory variable, and they were classified, and a model was created and learning was conducted. For the experimental environment, the algorithms and sklearn library related in Jupyter notebook 3.7.7, Python 3.7 were used together. This study carried out a comparative analysis of change in educational satisfaction survey, carried out after classes, and trends in the drop-out students by reflecting the results of the suggested method in the classes.

The study aims to understand undergraduates' and graduate students' perceptions and satisfaction with online learning platforms and to verify the relationship between usability factors and satisfaction with online courses. The literature review facilitated the summarization of major factors to be considered in the online learning platform development process and established the research model. The follow-up survey verified the perceptions of university constituents regarding the fulfillment of the university online learning platforms' user interface principles, platforms' usability, satisfaction with platforms, and satisfaction with online courses. Causal relationships between variables were tested and modeled by analyzing survey results. We also confirmed that the same model can be applied to different types of learners and various types of online learning methods. This study is significant in verifying that the fulfillment of the platforms' user interface design principles can affect satisfaction with online courses using the platforms based on learners' evaluation results. We expect that the research model proposed in this study can contribute to the improvement and development of online learning environments in the future.

Computer-related OA lectures at the university mainly deal with the creation of word processing documents and presentations and spreadsheet documents. To use most of the course evaluation at the university will be evaluated by the subjective judgment about the satisfaction and the skills assessment of students. In this paper, we take a lecture given at the university of OA before and after the university students to self-diagnosis is to propose an survey. In addition, we would like to analyze more objectively the degree of use computer-related OA and the degree of improvement of computer skills by the proposed objective survey evaluate to students compare with students have acquired scores during the semester.
