본 연구는 전자교육(e-learning) 교수설계자의 핵심 직무역량을 분석함으로써 궁극적으로 교수설계 인력의 전문성 제고 방안 마련에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선, 선행연구를 토대로 전자교육 교수설계자의 역량수준도와 역량중요도를 분석할 수 있는 설문 조사지를 개발하여 50명의 전자교육 교수설계자를 대상으로 설문하고 그 자료를 분석하였다. 활용 가능한 42부를 최종 분석에 이용하여 SPSS 17.0을 사용하여 통계 처리한 결과, 전자교육 교수설계자는 전반적으로 보통 수준을 상회하는 양호한 역량 수준도를 보유한 것으로 나타났지만, 역량중요도 인식과 비교해 볼 때 평균적으로 큰 차이를 나타냈으므로 직무수행을 위해 갖춰야 하는 역량의 중요성에 비해 전자교육 교수설계자의 현재 역량 수준도는 충분하지 못하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 향후에는 인터뷰와 같은 질적인 접근을 통해 좀 더 현실적인 업무 환경을 반영한 역량 연구와 더불어 직무 인식도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 수많은 자극 가능성을 최대한 수렴한 세분화된 연구를 통해 전자교육 교수설계자의 상황과 수준에 맞는 양질의 교육 프로그램을 다양하게 제공해야 할 수 있도록 연구할 필요가 있다.

There are many researches on the organization formation and business strategy of architecture firms to improve of organizational capability. However the previous researches have been only focused on the improvement of organizational capability and efficiency in management parts of view. There have been lack of the researches on evaluation of organizational capability. Especially, there are no researches on the evaluation of organizational capability reflecting the characteristics of architecture firms which is mainly operated by human resources. Therefore, the objective of this research is to develope a index frame for evaluating organizational capability of architecture firms in Korea. The proposed indexes can be used in evaluation of organizational capability and analysis on correlation between organizational capability and performance of organization in architecture firms.

Value Engineering(VE) is being applied as an useful tool to eliminate the waste of cost and noneffective factors previously in construction projects. Ministry of construction and transportation' has been accordingly enforcing extensionally design phase VE to the construction costing more than 10 billion won, an importance of design phase VE. Although there are legal supports and technical effects, an effect about an introduction of design phase VE can not be applied properly because of several problems at the process. So, in this study, try to find out competency factors of design phase VE to enforce a competency of VE team as a basic database for developing a check list, and estimate weight. For the result, find out a competency evaluation item and organize as a team knowledge, a team work skill and a team attitude. Perform a first survey to verify a reliability and propriety regarding the found competency evaluation, perform the second survey competency as to evaluation item of the found 1, 2, 3 class and then estimate the weight by AHP.

Although there are legal supports and technical effects, an effect about an introduction of design phase VE can not be applied properly because of several problems at the process. So, in this study, present competency factors of design phase VE to highly raise the output through organizing an effective team at the beginning stage of design phase VE. Find out 29 competency factors through characteristics of design VE team for the check list, classify by team knowledge, team work skill, and team attitude. Get an efficiency regarding importance and find out Competency Evaluation items of design VE team, present a Competency Evaluation plan for indicating an objective standard to Competency Evaluation by measuring relative importance as to each Competency Evaluation item.

This study was conducted on 130 nursing college students who had experience taking simulation learning to confirm the relationship between simulation learning and nursing competency. Participant's satisfaction and confidence were positively associated with overall nursing competency and patient safety. The teaching method and design of the facilitator were also positively correlated with overall nursing competency, and participants' age and simulation design was a predictive factor explaining 21.5% of the nursing competency. In applying simulation to develop nursing competency, it is necessary to consider the satisfaction and confidence of participants and to systematically diversify the teaching method and design.

The achievement of the long-term relationship is commonly executed by a salesperson that is eventually very crucial to enhance the customer retention in the insurance industry. It indicates there is an urgency to improve the competence of salesperson and organization support to build and maintain bonds of long-lasting loyalty with the individual customers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of planner's competency and organizational support on sales performance, and to verify empirically whether MDRT goal orientation mediating role between competency, organizational support and sales performance. The results of this research are as follows: firstly, product and customer competence, digital competence, network competence positively affect sales performance. Secondly, sales support positively affect sales performance. Thirdly, meditating effect of MDRT goal orientation were significant found between the planner's competency and sales performance. Moreover, in the relationship between sales support and sales performance, MDRT goal orientation have a fully mediated effect. This means customer management through excellent competency, organization support to insurance trend change, and competence development through MDRT goal orientation positively affect sales performance.

The purpose of the study is to draw competencies of faculty members at graduate school faculty to implements the NCS-based curriculum. A set of competency was deductively derived from a total of three professors and consultants with more than ten-year experiences and has been involved in developing the college curriculum. The political endeavors of the Korean government toward the competency-based education have been implemented as a movement to the NCS-based curriculum. The requirements for the reorganization of curriculum and education system as well as cooperation among faculty, industry, region and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the operation of NCS. However, one of the most critical factors in introducing and implementing the NCS-based curriculum is the role of faculty members. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to equip the faculties with required competencies. Result showed that the competencies required professors at graduate school for the NCS-based curriculum implementation were classified into four areas: marco-level curriculum development; micro-level course design; knowledge across areas; and attitude across areas.

The purpose of this study was to analyze future student competency based elementary Korean language classes to examine how they can be combined with current classes based on achievement criterion. Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted with elementary teachers to find current lesson plans and design strategies, and to analyze their perception of future student competency proposed by Ministry of Education. After competency based lesson design was combined with regular class and implemented, teachers were finally interviewed for feedback of the classes. This study found problem issues such as conception of core competencies, gap between student achievement and competency accomplishment, student evaluation system as well as administrative support for execution. This study concluded that teacher training and systematic support should be enforced to ensure teachers competencies before demanding strategically.

The size of Vietnam's construction market has been on a steady rise recently, and foreign construction companies such as China and Japan have been expanding their presence. Therefore, this study examined the design capabilities, construction capabilities, and construction project management capabilities of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese construction companies operating in Vietnam and local construction companies operating in Vietnam. As a result, it was found that Japan, Korea, China, and Vietnam were competitive in order. In particular, Korea's competitiveness in high-rise buildings and plants has been shown to be highly competitive in Vietnam. Based on these results, the government proposed measures to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean construction companies in Vietnam.

The purpose of this study is to design public service design education to strengthen the public service competencies of policy providers necessary in the changing service administration era and to confirm the effectiveness through empirical cases. Based on the theoretical research of public service and public service design, an educational program linking public service competency elements with public service design methodology was designed, and the effects through case studies and surveys demonstrated through workshops were confirmed. Team activities and practice-oriented methods and tools based on the contents of the public service design project were particularly effective in strengthening collaboration and communication competencies, and overall satisfaction was confirmed. The educational program model of this study is meaningful by presenting and demonstrating practical education linking public service competencies for policy providers, and future studies will subdivide and verify the effectiveness of competency-based education model design.
