This study investigates whether the use of smartphone and Facebook in the classroom induces students' active participation in their reading activities and what are the points to be considered when ICT-based English reading class is designed. Students in an English course, Practical English listening and reading, did their reading activities using their own smartphones and posted the results of the activities on Facebook. Smartphone was used primarily for web-browsing and Facebook as LMS. The pre-questionnaire was conducted to be referred to for designing activity tasks. The post-questionnaire and the interview with 10 students were conducted to identify how students perceive their class. The research results showed that the use of ICT induced students' active participation in their learning. As for the points to be considered, narrowing down the range of class activities, slowing down the pace of the class, explaining enough the goals and the steps of the activities, considering adopting campus LMS, and preparing solutions for cyberloafing were suggested.

Accidents for information disclosure occurred in a steady increase, so many information security department has been established recently. But there was a lack of differentiation between department of IT department and they cannot train appropriate students for companies. This research examined the Workforce framework and competencies, the related research for improving information security curriculum. And then this research analyzed status and characteristics of the curriculum to the information security department, based on the Workforce framework and competencies presented by NICE. The result of the research confirmed that the current curriculum mainly consists of courses dealing with development of products that secure information, so the curriculum is needed to improve by focusing on workforce framework competencies. The result will be utilized as fundamental research for improving the curriculum of information security major in the future.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors affecting the effect of e-learning, and to find out the casual relationship among these factors. Subjects are 2,091 students who have participated in e-learning based class during the period of second semester in 2013. Those of them, 1,732 students response to the survey questions. After gathering data, they are analyzed by using Confirmative Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. From the result of Confirmative Factor analysis, data have reduced four factors, and are named as four latent variables likes e-learning effect, contents satisfaction, managing assistant factor, and system functional factor. From the result of Structural Equation Modeling, it is known as the relation and impact among factors: (a) "managing assistant factor" affects to "contents satisfaction" directly. (b) "contents satisfaction" affects to "e-learning effect" directly. (c) "system function factor" affects directly to "contents satisfaction", but does not affect directly to "e-learning effect". (d) both "managing assistant factor" and "system function factor" have an indirect effect on "e-learning effect" via "contents satisfaction".

In recent years, many college students have a smart phone, from anywhere, using smartphone, you have utilized various Web surfing, news, and Messenger. In addition, office workers and students, have to learn to put to PDF necessary materials through the smartphone. Advantage of smart phones, have a feature that can be easy to carry and use anywhere at any time. Online learning from anywhere via a smart phone, so that you can see the online quizzes, in this paper, the system that not only online quizzes through a smartphone using the Hybrid-App, you can see in real time the results and scores of the person I proposed.

We investigated the e-learning platforms for higher education in developing countries. First, we introduced e-learning environmental factors such as ICT technology as well as ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) project for developing countries. And then, we presented Cambodian case as an example of e-learning platform for developing countries. We analyzed the national education policy and ICT environment as well as the demands and obstacles of e-learning in Cambodia. We derived e-learning strategies and plans based on the analysis results, and finally proposed e-learning platform C-MOOC Net. In order to verify the proposed scheme, we developed prototype of C-MOOC Net system which is implemented based on open software. As a result, we have met the requirement of networking the C-MOOC hub, supporting localization of local language and personalization of favorite courses respectively.

The present study set out to explore the factors affecting rights advocacy for clients. The sample consisted of 251 adult learners who were in the classes of social welfare in S cyber university. Analysis revealed that students' rights advocacy level was 4.19(high) and the respondents showed higher level of class/case advocacy than policy advocacy. The group which had higher human rights sensitivity and had experience of human rights education showed higher level of rights advocacy. Regression analysis revealed that the experiences of human rights education in university curriculum were found to have a significant explanatory power in rights advocacy. These findings highlight that in the education of social worker as a human rights professionals it would be necessary to enhance the human rights and rights advocacy contents. It was suggested that multidisciplinary teaching method including direct experience and participation would be necessary to effective human rights education.

Today, as a daily routine such as administration/finance is operated under information system and various cyber crime against national, public, and private institutions happen, demand for information security manpower is increasing. Hence, Ministry of Education has formed an Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted to early discover talent in the field of information security and train professional personnel with specialty and ethics in 4 universities of country in 2014. But the nascent Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted lack systematic analyses compared to Institute of Mathematics and Science Education for the Gifted that has existed from a long time ago. In this paper, we analyze the state of the Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted in three parts: operation, selection, education and suggest an improvement to build a practical program for effective operations and education.

Recently, the tourism industry faced a crisis due to COVID-19. Smart tourism that combines information and communication technology (ICT) is rapidly growing to overcome the crisis in the tourism industry. In order to revitalize the tourism industry after COVID-19, such as non-face-to-face and non-contact, smart tourism incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) is actively encouraged and promoted. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how perceived pleasure, perceived awakening, and perceived domination, which are three important variables of emotional response theory, affect the intention to continue use through perceived usefulness, expectation, and satisfaction. The survey was conducted for two weeks from November 1 to 15, 2020. A total of 175 surveys were collected during the period and used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, perceived pleasure did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, expectation, satisfaction, and intention to continue use. Second, perceived awakening had a significant effect on expectations, but did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continued use intention. Third, perceived domination had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, expectation, and continued use intention. However, it did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fifth, expectations had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Sixth, satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, companies and developers that provide online review content for aviation and hotels should know what part of the content is actually focused on and provide it to customers. In addition, content should be provided in consideration of the emotional aspects that aviation and hotel online review users feel while watching videos.

Cyberbullying, one of the acts of cyber violence, is becoming a problem as digital devices become popular. Therefore, this study intends to provide pictograms that can communicate visually in order to raise awareness of cyberbullying prevention. 'Cyberbullying prevention pictogram' was conducted in total 6 times for 5 middle and high school boys. After analyzing the works, the results of this study are as follows. First, we investigated the change of cyberbullying recognition, empathy sensitivity, message visualization and social participation. First, the learner relaxed the burden of the art expression by using app, and the interest of the art was improved. Second, the learner recognized the seriousness of cyberbullying's violence and recognized the importance of preventing cyberbullying. Third, the learner improved sympathy sensitivity that sympathizes the suffering of cyberbullying victims. Fourth, cyberbullying prevention pictograms improved the ability to read, utilize and interpret visual images through sharing works. Fifth, the work was posted on an Instagram to give concrete action on social problems. In conclusion, we proved the effectiveness of cyberbullying prevention art class using pictograms.

It is very important to have pre-service teachers enhance actual content development skill for STEAM classes through deep understanding of the concept. Thus the purpose of the study is to explore the educational methodology for improving pre-service teachers' competence of designing STEAM classes. The research performed with 17 pre-service teachers from Y university and 15 from S university in 2015. It includes blended learning methodology mixing online and offline classes. The result revealed that the students' perception on and the materialization skill of the STEAM education was improved by the methods of Lesson Study and blended learning. A positive result also came out in the respect of the perception on teaching with technology.
