  • This study aims to break away from uniform academic regulations in preparation for nurturing future talents for the 4th industrial type, and apply the intensive course system to promote exchange and competition in the global education market. We would like to suggest a way to learn efficiently in an environment. To this end, we analyze the literature and prior research on design subjects in the intensive course system and non-face-to-face environment, analyze the requirements of teachers and students in charge of actual design subjects, and propose a utilization plan through expert review, and apply the persona technique. presented. This study will be able to provide basic data that can be practically used when operating intensive course design courses in the future.

  • With the change of times, the postal service environment and the customer's service needs are changing greatly. In this paper, we researched to improve inefficient service for registered mail by using ICT technology. ICT-based non-face-to-face smart mailbox system can deliver mail efficiently and improve customer satisfaction. In addition, it is expected that it will be able to reduce the work intensity of the mailman delivery of mail and greatly improve the working environment of the on-site deliverymen.

  • COVID-19로 인해 대학 수업 운영에도 많은 변화가 생겼고 현재도 다양한 수업 방식이 시도되고 있다. 특히 컴퓨터 프로그래밍과 같이 실습이 중요한 비중을 차지하는 교과목들은 대면수업이 더 효과적일 것이라고 많은 교수자들이 생각하고 있다. 본 연구진 역시 사전에 그런 인식을 가지고 연구를 진행하게 되었다. 그러나 예상했던 것보다 비 대면이나 혼합 방식의 수업을 선호하는 학생들의 비중이 꽤 컸으며 그 이유도 매우 구체적이고 다양하였다. 본 연구에서는 대면, 비대면, 혼합 방식의 수업을 모두 경험한 컴퓨터공학과 전공 수업 참여 학생들을 대상으로 효과적인 프로그래밍 수업 방식에 관한 설문을 실시하고 그 결과를 분석해보았다. 이 연구의 결과는 post COVID 19의 시대를 살아가면서 COVID 19으로 인해 생긴 대학 수업의 변화와 요구들을 수업 운영에 좀 더 긍정적으로 활용하는 기초가 될 것으로 생각한다.

A Study on Library Service in the Post-COVID Era through Issues on Media (미디어 이슈를 통해 본 포스트 코로나 시대의 도서관 서비스 연구)

  • This study noted the recent impact of Coronavirus Disease-19 (Corona 19) on the environment surrounding the library, and investigated the libraries' response activities. In addition, related issues on news media and social media were detected based on text mining techniques to engage environmental changes surrounding the library. Key issues were derived from 1,852 news reports on the library related to the Corona 19 situation and 227,983 tweets related to the library during the Corona 19 epidemic. Through this, implications were derived: prolonged 'Untact' situations, increased e-book lending, improved expectations for online services and librarians, and re-conceptualized library space. In addition, the direction of future services was discussed by selecting representative examples of library services provided in the non-face-to-face (untact) situation and dividing them into books, services, and spaces.

  • Problem/Project based learning(PBL) is a student-centered teaching method in which students collaboratively solve problems and reflect their experiences. According to the results of PBL study and the experiences of the authors in PBL instruction, this paper introduced the necessities, output and significance of learning process PBL evaluation method and sums up our PBL evaluation process. The issue of appropriate and fair evaluation has been raised in untact (non-contact) university mathematics education due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) of the year 2020. To this end, when we had the course on for the summer semester held at S University in the summer of 2020. To ensure the fairness in evaluation and to improve the quality of our college math education, the PBL evaluation method was fully adapted. As a result, most of the students who took the lecture have learned a wide range of related knowledge without a single exception, and students agreed it is an ideal, fair, rational, and effective evaluation method applicable to other online courses in the era of untact education. This case was summarized in detail and introduced in this paper.

A study on the increase of kiosk user experience in Non-face-to-face Era for the Elderly -Focused on the McDonald Kiosk- (비대면 시대 고령자의 키오스크 사용자 경험 증대 연구 -맥도날드 키오스크 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the experience of using kiosks for elderly in the non-face-to-face age. Through prior research and literature research, feature of kiosks and characteristic of elderly user were identified, and improvement were suggested through Ethnography and in-depth interviews. The research method was conducted for 13 days from April 4 to 16, 2021 for 11 senior citizens in their 60s or older living in Incheon. A total of 11 people were interviewed by adding 3 people who had experience in using kiosks. As a result of the experiment, interfaces and psychological factors were derived with paint points in the process of use of the elderly, and the five improvement plan was proposed by combining them. This study is expected to serve as a source for research on the experience of elderly kiosk users or kiosk interface design.

Class Experience of Nursing Students in the Post COVID-19 Age (포스트 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 수업 경험)

  • This study was performed to understand the meaning and essence of class experience of nursing students in the post-COVID 19 age. The participants in this study were 10 enrolled students from freshman to senior students who experienced the face-to-face and contactless classes during four semesters after the COVID-19 pandemic. The data collection period was from December 9 to December 30, 2021. The collected data was analyzed by applying the Colaizzi method. According to the study result, 25 themes, 13 collections of the themes, and six categories were drawn. The six categories were as follows: vagueness of the future, Lack of confidence in nursing practice, Class system stabilization, Acceptance and adaptation of situations, Have a sense of vocational calling as a pre-registration nurses, Finding the direction to improvement of contactless classes. The nursing students' understanding of class experience at present two years after the outbreak of COVID-19 can be used as basic data to seek future educational direction strategy and enhance future education quality.

  • This study examines the paradigm shift in vocational training with the introduction of remote training, which has been conducted fragmentarily by project, to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. It analyzes the operation's problems and limitations by dividing the remote training process from assessment to budget execution by subject, stage, and procedure. Additionally, it collects various stakeholders' opinions to propose improvement plans for the vocational training support system to effectively respond to the paradigm shift in vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era. The study assumes that the assessment of training institutions and the training process should be innovated in a way that can accommodate the direction of vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era instead of focusing on traditional collective training. Based on this premise, it suggests ways to enhance the pre-approval screening system and the training institution assessment system.

A Study on Social Welfare Field Practice in With COVID-19 Era: Focusing on Universities, Trainees, Training Institutions, and Practical Performance (위드 코로나(With COVID-19)시대 사회복지 현장실습에 대한 연구: 대학, 실습생, 실습기관, 실습성과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the progress of social welfare field practice at students, universities, and training institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province during the With COVID-19 era, and to suggest effective social welfare field practice operation plans. To this end, a survey was conducted on 181 people who completed social welfare field practice courses, and the final research results are as follows. First, the operation situation of practice institutions in the era of With COVID-19 was the highest when they were conducted together with 'face-to-face, non-face-to-face', and student satisfaction was positive when partial non-face-to-face practice education was conducted. Despite repeated shutdowns due to COVID-19, the degree of participation in face-to-face services was more than 9 times and the number of supervision was more than 6 times, and many responded that the quality of supervision, a social welfare field training institution, was "generally high." Second, as a result of examining the level of practice performance, trainees, and training institutions, there was a significant relationship between training institution factors and practice performance, and third, as a result of examining how the university, trainees, training institution factors, and practice performance. Therefore, in order to derive the results of social welfare field practice in the era of With Corona, programs to promote and strengthen non-face-to-face exchanges at the university level are necessary, and an education system that also provides non-face-to-face practice guidance suitable for the With Corona era. In addition, various support for the practice system of government ministries and related institutions, including universities and practice institutions, is needed.

  • 역사적으로 전염병은 기존의 경제 질서를 완전히 바꾸는 촉매제였다. 전문가들은 코로나19가 디지털 플랫폼 경제를 획기적으로 확대하고 보호주의 중심의 글로벌 경제 질서를 획기적으로 재편할 것으로 내다봤다. 특히, 비대면 문화가 보편화됨에 따라 기존 산업에서 인공지능으로 이어지는 혁신 기술을 접목한 디지털 기반 산업으로 전환해야 할 필요성에 따라 ICT 기반 기업 간의 경쟁이 심화될 것으로 예상된다. 코로나19는 신기술로 막 뛰어든 스타트업 ICT 기업에게 새로운 기회가 될 수도 있고, 기존 ICT 기업이 입지를 강화해 글로벌기업으로 거듭날 수 있는 기회가 될 수도 있다. 그 기회의 중심에는 4차 산업 혁명을 이끌 인공지능 기술이 있다. 본 고에서는 포스트 코로나 시대를 위한 인공지능 기술의 동향과 발전 방향을 살펴보고, AR 및 VR과 같은 영상 미디어 기술의 역할에 대해서 살펴본다.
