The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-management of dance major high school students on eating attitudes and eating disorders. The subjects of this study were 239 dance major students at art high schools located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do, and a questionnaire was used as a survey tool. For data analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed to derive the following results. First, interpersonal management of dance major high school students affects restrained eating, and body management affects external and emotional eating. Second, self-management of dance major high school students has a significant effect on anorexia. Third, the eating attitude of dance major high school students strongly mediates self-management and eating disorders. The above results indicate that the management of excessive body of dance major high school students has a high influence on eating attitude and anorexia. Accordingly, it is considered that leaders need careful guidance on correct eating behavior of students.

The purpose is to identify the impact of perfectionism among middle and high school students majoring in dance on competition anxiety and dance immersion. 279 people were collected by means of a significant collection and survey tools were used in questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted for t-test, one-way random analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. There was a significant difference between perfectionist tendencies and competitive anxiety. There was a significant difference in perfectionism in dance immersion. There is a causal relationship between perfectionist tendencies and competitive anxiety and dance immersion. In order to increase dance immersion among middle and high school students, it is important to identify factors that can increase dance immersion by exploring various psychological factors.

The study was conducted with the aim of identifying the impact of competition anxiety on dance immersion and performance in high school students majoring in dance. As of 2020, online surveys were conducted on students majoring in dance at high schools in Seoul and the metropolitan area. A total of 222 people's data were processed by applying t-test, one-way variable analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis through SPS 18.0 for Windows, resulting in the following conclusions. First, male students were more confident in their condition than female students, and students who recognized that their family's economic power was in the middle class were more aware. In addition, it was found that the group perceived that economic power was at the top of the list was higher than the median. Second, cognitive anxiety and self-confidence have been shown to have a static effect on immersion into dance. Third, cognitive anxiety and self-confidence have been shown to have a static effect on the achievement of uselessness. Fourth, immersion in dance appeared to be a powerful parameter related to competition anxiety and achievement of dance. To sum up the above conclusions, competition among high school students majoring in dance has been shown to increase their performance by immersing themselves in dance, but further studies of these psychological variables are expected to have side effects.

This study investigated the specific effects of dance themed movies on dance students in their passion for dance and affect. The related data is generated by choosing a method of Convenience Sampling and used a sample of 112 dance students in high school of arts which located in Seongnam-si, South Korea. The dance students divided into 3 group of school year and also 2 group of gender. The dance themed movies which are used in this research are First Position, Billy Elliot and Mao's Last Dancer. Also, the dance students were asked to answer the survey which are based on the Self-administration. In order to obtain several findings below, Frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation analysis and Linear structural relation model were applied to the gathered data using statistics utility SAS 9.4. First, there was a significant difference between the school years in the passion for dance and affect of students after watching movies. Second, there was a significant difference in students' affect depended on their majors (dance major is divided into three specialized major which are ballet, korean dance and modern dance). Third, there was a significant difference in the passion for dance and students' affect which is irreverent to their dance career (such as years they have learned dance). Forth, there was a significant difference in the passion for dance and negative affect of 'dance' students after watching movies. To summarize, the findings demonstrate that there is a partial difference, specially significant effects on their negative affect in the dance passion and affect of dance students depended on their characteristics after watching dance themed movies.

This study has been performed to investigate what influences affect dance, involvement and the performance result of the arts high school students majoring in dance, purposed to confirm the result of the subject by inputting servant leadership as an independent variable. To achieve such purpose the hypothesis was verified on the basis of the data of 219 students majoring in dance of the arts high schools located in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do and Jeollabuk-do. The statistical method to verify the hypothesis was based on regression analysis, particularly significance level was placed at ${\alpha}$=.05 to verify the hypothesis. The results are as follows. First, dance teacher's servant leadership positively affects dance and involvement of arts high school students majoring in dance, particularly devotion and service were verified to be useful variables. Second, dance teacher's servant leadership positively affects the performance result of arts high school students majoring in dance, particularly vision offer, devotion and service were verified to be useful variables. Third, the study proves the performance result could get greater as the arts high school students majoring in dance takes bigger attention in dance and involvement.

본 연구는 강지혜의 '고등학교 무용전공 지도자의 지도유형과 지도자 신뢰 및 만족의 관계 연구'를 바탕으로 한 무용지도유형과 지도자 신뢰도의 관계에 대한 논의이다. 기존의 연구는 2010년 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 무용전공생과 무용지도자의 관계를 논의를 통해 탐색하고 분석함으로써 실기 수업에 있어 무용수행 효율성을 높이고 무용지도자 역할을 강화하는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의의가 있다. 본 연구의 논의에 따르면 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있는 융복합 사회 속에서 교육을 받는 학생들에게 무용지도자의 신뢰를 높이며 교육이 획일적인 지도자 중심의 지도보다는 학생들의 의견을 수용하여야 하는 무용지도자야하며, 학생들에 대한 세심한 배려와 상호작용하는 것은 무용전공생에게 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 무용지도자의 지도효율성과 무용수행도 높아질 수 있음과 동시에 무용지도자의 역할이 강화될 것이다.

High school and college students majoring in dance have different types of stress because of their different circumstances and goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between multidimensional perfectionism and eating disorder in high school and college students who are majoring in dance. Questionnaires for eating disorder (Eating Disorder Inventory-2(EDI-2) made by Garner (1990) and adapted by Lee (1998)) and multidimensional perfectionism (Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(F-MPS) made by Frost (1990) and translated by Hyun (1992) were utilized after the sentences in the questionnaires were partially revised and (rendered more appropriate for?) the purpose of this study. The questionnaires were completed by all of the subjects (n=250), but 32 of them were excluded due to insincere answers. Thus, a total of 218 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that the students with a higher education level and who were more career oriented were more likely to suffer from multidimensional perfectionism and eating disorder. In addition, multidimensional perfectionism (concern about mistakes, constant personal and parental expectation) resulted in the development and maintenance of eating disorder for the students majoring in dance. In conclusion, higher education level and greater career orientation induce greater stress in dance major students and cause them to have an incorrect physical image. Thus, these factors may cause higher psychological pressure leading to multidimensional perfectionism and eating disorder. Therefore, these students need to know how to correctly manage their body weight and how to prevent eating disorder.

Overexcitaility (OE) as a concept that is related to developmental potential, has been shown to differ by intelligence, gender, involvement in school programs and artistic interest in American populations of students. Overexitability, used to describe the five ways that people might experience developmental potential for emotional growth, are emotional, intellectual, imaginational, sensual, and psychomotor. Little is known about the profiles of groups of gifted learners outside of studies conducted in the United States. In order to better understand the emotional needs of Korean students, the purpose of this study was to determine the overexcitability profiles of students enrolled in four high schools, each with a different domain focus: math and sciences, visual and performing arts, and foreign languages. 341 subjects of this study completed the Overexcitability Questionnaire II. Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) was conducted to determine statistical differences. The results showed that Mean scores of psychomotor, sensual and imaginational are highest in the Art High School, intellectual is highest in the Science High School and emotional is highest in the Foreign Language High School. There were significant differences among the schools. Each major also showed significant difference. The results showed that mean score of psychomotor is highest in the Dance major, sensual, imaginational and emotional are highest in the Drama majore and intellectual is highest in the Science major. The results showed that the mean scores of psychomotor, imaginational and intellectual are higher in the male students than female students. On the other hand the mean scores of sensual and emotional are higher in the female students than in the male students.

The major purpose of this study is to examine how the perfectionism of dance majors affect self-efficacy and performance satisfaction. The sampling of this study was done in 2009, by using purposive sampling method with the subjects who are currently the students of an arts high school and dance majors of a college in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam-do. Specifically, by dividing the district in Chungnam and Daejeon, one arts high school and one college were selected from each district, and 75 dance majors from 4 schools respectively, total 300 students were examined for the study. Among these 300 students, the number of students' questionnaires used in the final analysis is 274, excluding the questionnaires containing inadequate answers. The adequacy of the questionnaire was verified by factor analysis, and the reliability of the questionnaire by reliability analysis. In the matter of reliability, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ turned up to be over .602. In this study, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and course analysis were done by using SPSS16.0. With the above research method and results, I could come to a conclusion as following. Above all, perfectionism affects the subordinate variable of self-efficacy, the self-control efficacy. That is, with the higher self-oriented perfectionism and the other-oriented perfectionism, self-efficacy increases more as well. Secondly, perfectionism affects performance satisfaction. In other words, the higher self-oriented perfectionism, the higher performance satisfaction. Thirdly, self-efficacy affects performance satisfaction. That is, higher self-control efficacy makes the performance satisfaction higher. Lastly, perfectionism affects self-efficacy and performance satisfaction either directly or indirectly. Now it is obvious that self-efficacy is the variable that intermediate performance satisfaction.

To investigate and verity the relationship among dance-majoring high school students' narcissistic trait, self-management and eating disorder, this study collected samples from 200 students by selecting high school students who are majoring in dance in arts high schools. For data analysis, this study used t-test, one way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. As a result of analyzing the relationship among dance-majoring high school students' narcissistic trait, self-management and eating disorder, this study produced following results. First, results of investigation on the difference in narcissistic trait, self-management and eating disorder according to individual characteristics, eating disorder differed significantly according to the gender, and self-management also showed a meaningful difference according to grade. Second, results of analysis on the effect of dance-majoring high school students' narcissistic trait on self-management show that self-initiative narcissistic trait exerted a positive (+) effect on all sub-factors of self-management, and other-dependent narcissistic trait turned out to have a positive (+) effect on the training management. Third, as a result of investigating the effect of dance-majoring high school students' perfectionism inclination on their eating disorder, other-dependent narcissistic trait exerts a positive (+) effect on sitomania.
