The purpose of the current study was to investigate the causal relationship between school life adjustment and life satisfaction among adolescents through longitudinal panel data. The current study analyzed the 1st through 7th wave data in the 4th grade panel of elementary school from the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). The research model was tested using auto-regressive cross-lagged model. The major results were as follows. First, adolescents' school life adjustment had a positive auto-regressive effect. Second, adolescents' life satisfaction had a positive auto-regressive effect. Third, adolescents' school life adjustment was a causal predictor of life satisfaction, but not vice versa. Finally, implications in terms of enhancing adolescents' school life adjustment and life satisfaction were also discussed.

Objectives: The study aimed to explore dental status and denture satisfaction in some rural elderly people. Methods: A total of 546 participants aged over 65 years was surveyed cross-sectionally. The subjects were surveyed with regard to their denture satisfaction by a structured questionnaire. The Wilcoxon or Kruskal-Wallis test was used for analysis. Results: As for respondents' satisfaction for dentures by the Likert scale of 5 score, aesthetic satisfaction (3.73) was highest, followed by general satisfaction (3.56) and masticatory functions satisfaction (3.45). In addition, the educational level, occupation, monthly income, the number of remaining teeth, use of denture variables have statistically significant difference in the denture satisfaction of those elderly people interviewed. Conclusions: The results showed that denture satisfaction in some rural elderly people was different in each categories. Consequently, providing tailor-made oral health education programs for the effective denture management of the elderly people should be needed in order to improve the quality of life of the aged.

본 연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들을 규명해 보고 그 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 의료소비자가 인지하는 의료서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 구성요소 가운데 의사, 간호사 등 의료인력 요소와 시설, 대기시간, 행정절차 등 비의료적 구성요소를 중심으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 규명해 보았다. 본 연구에서 사용된 실증적 자료는 서울에 거주하는 사람으로 조사시점인 2007년 10월을 기점으로 지난 3개월 내에 의료서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 사람을 대상으로 설문조사에 의해 수집되었고, 최종 543사례가 분석에 활용되었다. 의료서비스에 대한 만족도와 요인들간의 관련성을 파악하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 특히 의료서비스의 질과 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 의료 인력의 자질과 태도와의 연관성에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 분석결과, 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 관련 요인으로는 의료인력 구성요소로서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 "의사실력", "의사의 자상한 설명과 친절", "의사의 믿음직함", 그리고 "의사가 환자의 얘기를 귀담아 들어줌"이라는 의사의 자질과 태도가 가장 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 의료서비스의 질과 만족도연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도 정보로 활용하므로 의료서비스 공급자와 의료기관 종사자들의 책임의식 고취와 고객중심적 의료서비스 문화 정착에 도움이 되고 소비자들에게 좀 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 의료공급자들에게 동기를 부여해 준다는 점에서도 의의가 있을 것이다.

While a number of studies have been conducted on the multimedia rooms in academic libraries, they have limitations both in the research scope and in the data analysis methods. The principal limitations are: (1) Lack of investigation on the variation in user satisfaction by users' major areas and utilization behaviors; (2) Insufficiency of examining the variation in user satisfaction with diverse library areas; (3) Lack of consideration of service providers' opinions. Accordingly, this study aimed to examine the follows: (1) investigating how users' major fields and utilization behaviors affect user satisfaction; (2) determining the relationships between the area satisfaction factors and satisfaction in general; and (3) discovering what to improve, as indicated by users and service providers. On the basis of the results, the suggestions relate to the improvements of the followings: (1) the existing system; (2) equipments and facilities; (3) resources; (4) user education; and (5) administrative and legal support.

The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of dental hygiene students with the general education courses of the dental hygiene curriculums and their awareness of the curriculums in a bid to seek ways of improving the general education curriculums. The subjects in this study were 265 sophomores in four different colleges located in the cities of S, L and K. A self-administered survey was carried out, and the findings of the study were as follows: In terms of satisfaction level with the general education courses, they got 2.54, which was a low score. To be specific, they expressed the most satisfaction with the duplication of the courses (2.63%), followed by appropriateness (2.61%) and teaching methods (2.60%). As for links between general characteristics and satisfaction with the general education courses, the students who were more satisfied with their major were more gratified with the general education courses, and the gap between them and the others was statistically significant (p<.001). The students didn't think that the general education courses they were taking were conducive to character building. Concerning connections between general characteristics and view of the general education courses, the students who were better contented with their major took a more favorable view of the general education courses, and the gap between them and the others was statistically significant (p<.05). In relation to expectations for the general education courses, they asked for efficient teaching methods, competent lecturers and the kinds of general education courses that could step up self-development. Therefore the general education curriculums should discreetly be reviewed to ensure the successful and diverse implementation of the curriculums.

본 연구는 신축된 군산대학교 중앙도서관을 대상으로 학생들의 이용 및 만족도를 조사 분석하여 개선점을 파악하고, 보다 나은 도서관이 될 수 있도록 그 방향을 설정하기 위한 것이다. 설문지법을 채택하여 조사 연구를 진행하였으며, 조사대상은 전교생의 10%에 해당하는 740명을 표본으로 선정하여 설문지를 배포하였고, 672명으로부터 설문지를 회수 받았으며 SPSS/PC+를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다.

In this paper, the factors that affect the festival satisfaction level were investigated by using the visitors of the 2016 Seoul Rose Festival as study subjects, and by understanding the factors that have high satisfaction levels, the satisfaction levels were evaluated and analyzed through data mining so as to allow an assessment of future festival satisfaction levels. Surveys were conducted on the visitors of the festival and a regression analysis was performed in order to test the goodness of fit of the collected data. Afterwards, data mining was used to analyze the assessment. As a result of the regression data, amenities were identified as affecting the festival satisfaction levels the most; and the data mining analysis results, as well, showed that the most important category affecting the festival satisfaction level was amenity, similar to the regression analysis.

The purpose of this study was to examine satisfactory of users and actual condition in the postpartum care center. This study focused on the private room for postpartum mothers. Data were collected through questionnaire survey including observations and interviews. The subjects of this subjects study were 240 postpartom mothers. The interviews were carried out from March 8th. 2003. to March 29nd. 2003 The data were analyzed by using SPSS-Win. The major results of this study were as follows: 1) The ambient elements such as noise, ventilation, and natural light should be considered primarily for the postpartum mother rooms. 2) The functional elements such as the size of the room, window, toliet are important factor of the satisfaction for users

본 논문은 노인복지관을 방문하는 60세 이상의 노인여성을 대상으로 8주간의 화장교육을 실시하여 화장교육이 노인여성의 자긍심과 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 조사 대상자는 전체 80명 중 연령과 화장관심도를 근거로 실험군 40명, 대조군 40명으로 나누고 사전 조사 후, 실험군에게 8주간 화장교육을 실시하고, 효과 검증을 위한 사후 검사를 실시하여 실험군과 대조군의 자긍심과 생활만족도를 비교하였다. 교육 후 노인여성들의 화장교육에 대한 평가는 대체로 만족도가 높았으며 연구결과, 화장교육을 받은 실험군의 생활만족도는 유의하게 향상되었고(p<0.05), 자긍심은 교육 후 대조군이 낮아진 것에 비해 실험군은 변화가 거의 없는 것으로 나타나 교육의 효과로 인한 결과로 생각되며, 화장교육이 노인여성의 자긍심과 생활만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

연구목적은 고령화의 사회에서 노인들이 지속적인 일을 통해 사회구성원으로 참여하도록하는 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 노인일자리 사업에 의 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 KJ지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 중 노인일자리 사업에 참여중인 노인 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하려고 한다. 이 논문의 주요연구내용은 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2023년 11월부터 설문조사를 진행하여 결과를 spss 27.0을 활용하여 분석하려고 한다. 연구결과는 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생활만족도는 매개효과가 있을 것으로 본다.
