This study aims to look into whether market merchant college education in Convergence to has any influence to the educational performance. For the purpose, 300 surveys were distributed to the ones who completed the course at ** city and in total 275 replies were selected out of 300. The age as of the subjects of this study suggests many of the most common are 91 people with more than 60 121 people 50s. This suggests that the age of a person engaged in the business owners have a lot of seniors. Dependant variable of this study, educational performance resulted in sales increase, help in self development with 82.4%, stronger confidence in success of business startup, overall satisfaction with the market merchant college education. Advanced studies regarding market merchant college and series of domestic and overseas documents were referred to for this study. As trait elements for market merchant college education, educational service, change intention, challenge spirit, decisive factors for customer communication were derived. Along with these elements, research model and hypothesis verifying the relationship with operational fund were established and empirical analysis and investigation was set as study objective.

The proliferation of GVC(Global Value Chain) requires the changes of paradigm on national industrial strategy and trade. It also provides multiple implications on business strategy. The business itself is the main agent which recognizes environmental change and establishes counterstrategy. This study is based on the necessity of support for small-medium sized companies in governmental level, since they are personally and materially vulnerable. This study is emphasize on deriving matching tasks of supporting globalization of companies at governmental level. The spread of GVC requires policy makers' comprehensive view and inspires us that we should focus and provide strategic supports on not only manufacturing business but also high valued service industry as well. The government should provide supporting policies for expansion of globalization of companies. The proliferation of GVC means to enter into the chain which creates high values. This is exactly the same as the paradigm of creative economy which our government pursues constantly.

Recently, Hospital information systems have the large databases by wide range offices for hospital management, health care to improve the quality of care. However, hospital information systems for information security measures are insufficient. Therefore, when we construct the hospital information system, we have to audit the information security measures for them, and we have to manage the ISMS(Information Security Management System) to maintain the information protection level through the risk managements. In this paper, we suggested the hospital information security audit model for the protection of health information privacy by the current hospital information systems, information security management system(ISMS), and hospital information security requirements and threats. We derived the check items compared with ISO27799 reflected the characteristics of the hospital. We classified the security domains as the physical, technical, administrative domain, and derived the check items for information security. We also designed the check lists by mapping the ISO27799 risk management process to improve the security and efficiency simultaneously. Our model by the five-point scale survey of IT experts was verified the suitability with the average of 4.91 points.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of controlling consulting service quality in relation to the factors of success and performances of the social enterprises. In order to achieve the objective of this study, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activity was defined to be the factors of success and the research model and hypothesis was set according to the theoretical basis of the factors of success, performances and the quality of consulting services. The results showed that first, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activities as factors of success all had significant effects on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest, having great influence on the securement of market competitiveness of the social enterprises. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the effects of controlling the quality of consulting services in relation to the relationship between the factors of success and management performances of the social enterprises, network activity showed to have significant effect on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest. Through this study, the importance and the necessity of the improvement of consulting services and network activities of social enterprises were highlighted and the necessity of a new consulting principle in the consulting industry that can be specialized to social enterprises is proposed.

In recent years, the development and market participation of major makers of next-generation eco-friendly vehicles has been accelerating. Consumer interest has also increased. Consumer characteristics, consumption type, characteristics of next-generation eco-friendly vehicles, and government policies on next-the results of this study are as follows. As a result of this study, it was found that the characteristics of consumers (by sex, age, monthly average income), types of consumers (price value pursuit type, individual value pursuit type), There was no significant difference between the consumers, and the purchasing intention was not significantly different by gender, age, and monthly income, but there was a significant difference in purchase intention according to the type of consumer. The positive effects of consumer purchase behavior on brand image, color, design, etc, have positive (+) effect on eco - friendly vehicles. And social environment value seeking type among consumer types are significant in relation to purchase intention. To have three support the government's carbon dioxide (per ton of 5,000 won, per ton of 10,000 won), national or local government vehicle price support directly gasolin tax, disel tax, carbon taxes, such as fuel-related tax relief, etc. was found to have positive effect.

The purpose of this study is to develop a competency-based convergence curriculum for the development of sports marketers, sports talent in the sports industry. For this purpose, we conducted literature analysis, in-depth interviews and job analysis to derive necessary capabilities to become sports marketers, draw up a capability profile, and then developed a capability model through expert verification. Sports marketers ' capacity models were divided into sport marketing / PR and sports events by type of experience, with six common basic competencies including sports mind and 12 professional competencies including sponsorships. Sports marketers education courses developed based on capacity models are composed of understanding of sports industry, sports marketing communication, sports law, understanding of sports facility, sports facilities management, sports sponsorship, sports media, sports licensing, sports agent, sports event planning, sports event management, make a proposal, sports event field practice. The developed training courses for sports marketers will be used in colleges and private education institutions related to the sports industry, contributing to fostering and expanding sports industry talent.

In order to establish an effective forest management plan, it is necessary to investigate tree management information such as tree height and DBH(Diameter at breast height). However, research on convergence and application of data acquisition technology to improve the efficiency of existing forest survey methods is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, tree management information was constructed and analyzed using point cloud data acquired through a 3D scanner. Data on the study site was acquired using fixed and mobile 3D scanners, and the efficiency of the mobile 3D scanner was presented through comparison of working hours. In addition, tree management information for object management was constructed by classifying vegetation by object using point cloud data, and by constructing information on chest height diameter and height. As a result of the accuracy evaluation compared with the conventional measurement method, the difference in tree height was 0.02-0.09m and DBH was 0.01-0.04m. If information on the location of vegetation and crowns of each object is constructed through additional research in the future, the efficiency of the work related to forest management information construction can be greatly increased.

Many domestic companies have connections with social enterprise as one of the corporate social responsibility. However, majority of those connections are typically occasional, one-time donation. Therefore, current study focused on how to develop/nurture sustainable business model of social economy, which utilizes the companies' internal resources enabling communities to actually feel the impact. Literature survey for 25 reports and 123 business models for the past 5 years was performed and analyzed in terms of social-economy business models and job creation. It was found that the success factors of the job creation are: internal resources analysis, business model development, and support activities for execution (probono). Based upon the findings, DIDOV (Define-Identify-Design-Optimize-Verify) methodology was used to understand the effects of government policies and technological environment. As an exemplary case, Incheon International airport Corporation was selected and investigated for internal resources and related business models. Finally, 9 social-economy business models are derived for Incheon International airport Corporation in relation to the airport services offered.

The purpose of this study is to present practical improvement plans for policy fund support in national policy banks through an analysis of the efficiency of policy fund support. It targets small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) that received policy funding from national policy banks in '17 and '18 consecutively. As for the analysis method, characteristic analysis and corresponding sample T-test was performed. The analysis results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, most of the financial funds were concentrated on the manufacturing industry. By region, the western region of Gyeonggi Province, by credit rating, was A grade, technology grade was T5, and the use of funds was mostly concentrated on facility funds. Second, as a result of efficiency analysis, profitability had a positive effect on total capital return, stability had a positive effect on interest compensation ratio, and activity had a positive effect on total capital turnover. In conclusion, it is expected to provide practical improvement plans to support policy funds to influence the growth and distribution of funds appropriate to the needs of SMEs.

The purpose of this research study is to analyze the influence on the necessity of establishment of eco-friendly hospital by evaluating hospital employees' awareness and their satisfaction level of working environment. Questionnaire investigation was conducted in April 2014 throughout five different medium-size hospitals in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheongbuk provinces. 213 sets of survey were used to conduct Frequency Analysis, T-test, Dispersion Analysis(ANOVA) and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis. The research concluded that employees with higher level of education, working position and longer term of working experience were more aware about Eco-friendly hospital. In addition, male, doctor, and employees with higher level of education and working position were more satisfied with their working environment. And male, employees with higher level of education and working position were more aware about necessity of establishment of eco-friendly hospital. According to the Structural Equation Modeling Analysis, the awareness of Eco-friendly hospital and the satisfaction level of working environment were the varying factors that influence the necessity of establishment of Eco-friendly hospital. Therefore, it is crucial for hospitals that are preparing for establishing Eco-friendly hospital to raise employees' level of understanding of Eco-friendly hospital and their working environment satisfaction level.
