Impact Factors of KS-QFD Training Participants of 3 years over Startups on Transfer Intension (창업기업 QFD 교육 훈련 프로그램의 학습 전이의도에 관한 연구)

  • This paper is brought to asses the training effect of KS-QFD boot camp for the companies in the early growth stage. In particular, the focus of research falls on measuring transfer intension of the participants from the early stage companies older than three years old, motivating effect of applying knowledges acquired from KS-QFD training camp into their real business case. KS-QFD program is presented to help company in the early stage companies over three years old of boosting up their sales volume more than 5 times than now for the next 18 months by this training. The training program of KS-QFD is ultimately to design more practical and helpful program to real business and spread out. The research establish model by setting the learner readiness and perceived content validity by doing training design as independent variables, self-efficacy of learner as mediating variable, and transfer intension as dependant variable. Research results shows the following outcomes. First, learner readiness does not have directly effect on transfer intension under keeping statistical significance. But as the parameter of self-efficacy, it has perfect mediating effect. Second, research proves that perceived content validity have directly impact on learning transfer intension of mediating by self-efficacy partially. This research contributes on proving that learning by doing KS-QFD boot camp enable the participants to build up their self-efficacy and lead to enhance transfer intension. In more steps, the research validates that KS-QFD training camp have delivered very practical and helpful on-site knowledge to the participants.

  • This study analyzed the determinants of land compensation costs using the CALS (Continuous Acquisition & Life-Cycle Support) system to generate data for the construction (planning, design, building, management) process. For analysis, variables used in the related research on land costs were used, which included eight variables (Land Area, Individual Public Land Price, Appraisal & Assessment, Land Category, Use District 1, Terrain Elevation, Terrain Shape, and Road). Also, the variables were analyzed using the machine learning-based Xgboost algorithm. Individual Public Land Price was identified as the most important variable in determining land cost. We used a linear multiple regression analysis to verify the determinants of land compensation. For this verification, the dependent variable included was the Individual Public Land Price, and the independent variables were the numeric variable (Land Area) and factor variables (Land Category, Use District 1, Terrain Elevation, Terrain Shape, Road). This study found that the significant variables were Land Category, Use District 1, and Road.

Moderating Effects of 3 years over Startup QFD Training Participants' Characteristics on Transfer Intension (창업기업 QFD 교육 훈련 학습자 특성이 학습 전이의도에 미치는 조절 효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to assess the training effect of QFD(Quality Functional Deployment) program for 3 years over startups, adopted from the conventional QFD widely used in the large companies to break up to a sluggish sales and growth, for employees working in startup whether the participants in startup and venture company taking this lessons into their real tasks or not. In particular, the focus of this study falls on figuring out whether individual characteristics of the participants play a role in moderating effect over transfer intension factors and its link path structure. The research results drive out two significant findings. First, in terms of relationship between the influence of transfer intension by self-efficacy and the validity of training content with the learner's readiness, the moderating effect of demographic features of the participants is effective partially by the sex and fully by their working position, but not statistically significant by age, education, and the prior startup career. This research deliver the following significant implication that the active participation of CEO level, decision-maker guarantee the higher performance of the training program like QFD program, more stresses falling on practical implementation in real business rather than just ending up with career training. This study gives significant policy implication to quasi-government organization running all public startup training projects.

  • Recently, Korean government promotes BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) for their public construction project to apply private sector's experience and finance initiatives. Many of public buildings and civil infrastructure projects were planned to be delivered by BTL and it helps to continue public projects under tight budget conditions. Since the characteristics of BTL projects, creative ideas for the project function, performance and its LCC (Life Cycle Cost) become more important than usual public work project. This paper introduces the systematic "VE job Plan" application techniques for BTL project and shows the process. This study shows the application of "VE job Plan" for BTL project to help decision making and value improvement. Also, Project cost was estimated by LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis. Technical "FAST diagram"was developed and used to find major functions of the project. So, it helps to improve performance of functions and make creative ideas. FAST diagram also help to find relationships between functions and cost. A case study (Daegu Art Gallery BTL Project) was conducted using proposed "VE job Plan. Study demonstrates how value management helps save money and increase functional performance. Researcher found that project can save cost and improve performance of functions significantly by using appropriate VE analysis process at appropriate time.

  • Domestic CM market has continued to grow since the enactment of CM policies in 1996. In addition, future CM market is forecasted to have potential high growth. Therefore, it is necessary to apply various CM business models reflecting the owner's requirements and characteristics in order to improve in the CM industry and to strengthen the competitiveness in the overseas construction market. In this context, the purpose of this study is to suggest strategies of various CM applications based on comparison of 4 cases analyzed by 'business weight' and 'business depth' in terms of business function as well as by the types of 'CM market' and 'CM practice'. Result of this comparative analysis shows that each case presents differences in terms of type, business weight, and business depth of CM practice. However, domestic public CM services are currently being challenged to strengthen capability throughout the project life-cycle against the limitation of government's CM policies focused on the construction supervision.   • Promotion and marketing, which are essential to lower the investment risk and maximize commercial profit in the video game market. Game developers and publishers set up public relations strategies to encourage potential consumers' needs. Considering characteristics of video game, the trailer, which is the animated image advertisement material, could occupy a key position in its promotion and marketing plan. Cinematic spectacles and attractive narratives are essential ingredients for game trailers, which are usually produced in 3D animation. Dead Island is an open world first person shooters (FPS) game released in 2011. When launched, it grabbed a great attention with a trailer, awarded the Golden Lion Prize for the best internet film at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The game was a commercial success and several spin-offs were producted. In 2014, its publisher, Deep Silver showed the official trailer of Dead Island 2 at Electronic Entertainment Expo, the world's largest game show. Dead Island 2 was scheduled to be released in 2016, but has been now delayed until 2018. This study compares and analyzes two trailers of Dead Island 1 and Dead Island 2. We examine the narrative structure of the trailer for the sequel promotion of a successful game. The differences between the two could be useful for building a promotion strategy of other game series.

Fuzzy Logic Based Modeling of an Incident Detection Algorithm (퍼지이론을 이용한 유고감지 알고리즘)

  • 본 논문은 다이아몬드 인터체인지에서의 유고감지모형 개발을 위해 퍼지이론을 응용한 연구를 문서화 한 것이다. 지금까지의 교차로와 일반도로(고속도로가 아닌)에서의 유고감지에 관한 연구는 초기에 불과하다. 기존의 알고리즘들은 필요한 데이터 보존의 어 려움과 유고감지의 특성과 관련된 기술적 어려움을 효과적으로 극복하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 다이아몬드 인터체인지에서의 유고감지를 위한 새로운 모형을 개발하는데 있다. 이 연구를 통하여 개발된 유고감지 모형은 차량차단 유고(lane-blocking incidents) 를 감지하는데, 감지의 범위는 차량차단 유고의 경향이 교통 장황에 특정한 패턴을 형성 하고 그에 따른 신호제어전략의 조정이 요구될 때에 국한된다. 이 모형은 전통적인 통계 치를 이용한 유고감지감 고유의 문제를 해결하며, 보다 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 유고감지를 위해 다양한 교통변수를 이용하여 전체적인 유고의 경향을 포착한다. 또한 이 모형은 실 시간 교통대응 다이아몬드 인터체인지 신호제어 시스템 (real-time traffic adaptive diamond interchange control system)의 구성요소로써 사용되며, 그리고 더 큰 교차로 시스템에의 상용을 위하여 확장이 용역하도록 설계되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 프로 토타입(prototype) 유고감지 모형은 실제의 다이아몬드 인터체인지에 적용되어, 감지율, 오보율, 평감지시간의 세 달로써 성능이 평가되었다. 모형의 성능평가 결과는 무적이었으 며, 퍼지이론은 유고감지에 효과적인 접근방법임을 확인할 수 있었다.투자의 타당성을 실증적으로 보여 주고 있다.산정 절차 정립에 엇갈림 알고리즘을 활용하는 방안을 제시하였다.자함수를 추정한 뒤 이를 이용해 업종, 기업규모, 상품유형별로 적합한 모델(Fixed Effects Model)을 결정하고, 각각에 해당하는 통계모형을 구축하였다. 이 결과 (1) 업종 및 기업규모별로 그룹간에 유의한 특성이 발견되었으며, (2) R&D 및 광고투자는 기업의 시장성과를 설명하는 중요한 변수이나, (3) R&D 투자의 경우는 광고에 비해 불확실성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났고, (4) 수리모형에서 도출된 한계원리가 통계모형에서도 유효한 것으로 드러났다.등을 토대로 한 10대 산업을 육성하기 위하여 과학기술부는 기술수요조사를 바탕으로 49개 주요기술을 도출하여, 과학기술 일류 국가 실현, 국민소득 2만불 달성이라는 국가적 슬로건을 내걸고 “차세대 성장동력” 창출을 위한 범정부차원의 기획과 연구비의 집중투자를 추진하고 있다.달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한

A Study on the Difference of Career Barriers, Career Attitude Maturity, and Career Competencies based on Gender, Grade, and Fields of Major of Undergraduate students in the age of Convergence (융·복합 시대에 대학생 배경변인별 진로장벽, 진로태도성숙, 진로직업역량 차이분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of career barriers, career attitude maturity, and career competency based on gender, grade, and major fields of university students. 320 students responded the survey and the data were analyzed through MANOVA. There were significant differences in a sub-components of career barriers and career attitude maturity according to gender. Female students were higher in 'lack of self-clarity' and 'interpersonal difficulty' while male students were higher in the 'independency'. Lastly, there were significant differences in sub-components of career competencies according to gender, grades, and fields of majors. Female students were higher in 'career exploration'. Also, sophomore students showed the lowest scores and senior year students showed highest scores in 'career exploration' and 'career performance'. Students in the field of the social science showed highest scores in the 'career design' and 'career performance'. Suggestions and ideas to develop employability of students were discussed.

Survey on Educational Needs for Workers in Social Welfare Facilities in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (제주특별자치도 사회복지시설종사자의 교육요구 조사)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the educational needs among social workers in social welfare facilities in Jeju province concerning lack of knowledge, skill and attitude, and establish the systematic education for prosecuting diverse training and suggest fundamental data for designing future curriculum. The results of analyzing top 10 educational needs for the workers are as follows: firstly technics for managing crises, understanding and practice for clients (characteristics, human right, safety and health), case management (basic), counseling technique (basic), case management (advanced), counseling technique (advanced), planning and operating social welfare program, managing client response and emotional labor, improving competence for communication (between staffs and clients, etc.), and finally assessing project outcome (project plan, execution, management and assessment, etc.). Social workers in social welfare facilities in the area have highly recognized the necessity of profession centred education. However, they had low satisfaction with the diversity of profession education in the Jeju island and the systematic training courses. This survey suggests the various results concerning qualitative growth of profession education, expansion of job-centred curriculum and security of professional instructors to fulfil systematic education training for social workers.

A Study on the Measurement of Technological Impact using Citation Analysis of Patent Information (특허정보분석을 이용한 기술파급효과 측정에 관한 연구)

  • Nowadays it is more important to measure the technological impact of a concerned R&D technology on others, when deciding or selecting strategically, under the environment such as more complex, more uncertain and more costly. But there was very few of proper methods to measure quantitatively. So we studied on measuring the technological impact of one group of technologies on others, which means the flow of disembodied knowledge, using patent citation analysis. We reviewed the prior art of the measurement of technological impact, and designs the effective citation analysis method using patent information, analyzing the prior art of patent citation analysis method and ie index. Finally, we developed the disembodied knowledge flow matrix between technology groups, counting citation frequencies between them, using KISTI's US patent database(USPA) and the index to represent the technological impact to others using the developed matrix as well as the intrinsic nature of the technological groups clustering by network analysis. The results of this study is to present the insight of a technological impact on the others quantitatively and this study aims at using them to refer to R&D budgeting and decision making in case of R&D planning or to the basic information to understand technology conversion or fusion.
