본 훈련 시스템은 재난유형별 국가재난대응시나리오 기반의 대응체계를 바탕으로 재난의 종류나 규모, 복잡성 등과 무관하게 유관기관의 재난관리 관계자를 위한 교육 평가를 통해 표준화된 교육 훈련 평가체계를 확립한다. 이를 위해 국내와 해외의 사례에서 조사된 내용의 특 장점 및 표출형태를 고려하여 재난대응역량 강화를 위한 재난 발생 시나리오 기반의 텍스트 위주의 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 무엇보다도 현실적으로 지역의 위험과 위협을 대표하는 검증된 유형별 시나리오를 기반으로 예방(Mitigation) 대비(Preparedness) 대응(Response) 복구(Recovery) 단계의 복잡 다양한 재난상황에 대한 재난대응역량 및 상황대처 능력을 향상시키기 위한 훈련지원 교육으로 활용하기 위한 사용자 확장성이 유용한 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통해 사전에 유관기관과의 협력강화를 위한 원활한 재난대응 협력체계 강화방안을 수립하고 재난현장 협력업무와 관련된 필요역량을 도출하는 등의 활동과, 이에 대한 실효성 있는 평가로 재난현장의 기관간 상호협력 능력을 제고할 수 있다. 또한 대응기관의 역량수준을 점검하고, 대응역량에 대해 부족한 부분을 보완하여 효율적 재난대비태세 구축하여, 재난피해를 최소화하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore some policy implications for improving the faculty personnel management and their salary scheme of the Korean national universities through comparing the systems and practices of Korean national universities to those of OECD countries. The fact that many leading OECD countries in higher education arena have been taking decentralized contract-based system based on institutional autonomy and performance beyond the previous bureaucratic control model casts some significant implications for the Korean national university reform. Especially, concerning on personnel management, it is necessary to provide more flexibility in managing faculty personnel categorization and expansion of faculty quota management for faculty and to review the maintenance of faculty's legal status as civil servant. In addition, regarding the salary scheme of faculty, we suggested performance-based salary scheme with plus-sum methods, settlement of rational faculty performance evaluation system and practices, and need for some aligning efforts for changing faculty salary scheme of the national universities.

본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육 연구의 역사와 흐름을 파악하고 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 문헌분석을 통해 교육의 성과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 국내의 앙트러프러너십 교육은 일반적으로 '기업가정신 교육'이나 '창업교육'과 같은 의미로 사용되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 보다 정확한 의미전달을 위해 앙트러프러너십 교육으로 표기하였다. 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육에 대한 메타분석을 위해 2010년부터 가장 최근 논문인 2020년 5월까지의 논문을 수집하여 선별하고 분석하였으며, 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 공식적으로 등재된 학술지 1,662편중에서 최종적으로 27편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 국내 학술지 논문을 수집하기 위해 KCI(한국학술지인용색인), DBpia(누리미디어), KISTI(NDSL), eArticle(학술교육원), KISS(한국학술정보), 교보문고(스콜라), RISS(한국교육학술정보원), 코리아스콜라의 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 주요 검색어로는 앙트러프러너십 교육, 창업교육, 창업의지, 커리큘럼, 창업교육 성과, 기업가정신, 메타분석, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship intention, entrepreneurship curriculum, meta 등의 키워드를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 본 연구는 메타분석을 사용하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과를 어떠한 조건에서 관계가 더 효과적이거나 덜 효과적인지에 대해 증거기반으로 다양한 변인을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육과 관련된 실증연구들을 종합적으로 분석하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과에 대하여 유일하게 진행하는 연구로서 의의를 가진다. 최근 들어 더 증가하고 있는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 필요성을 재고하고 더 실제적인 효과와 교육 프로그램 개선에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

In order for the military to review the introduction of virtual reality technology into various education and training systems and fully utilize it, it is important to reflect the characteristics of the technology and education system and to accurately identify and selectively apply the characteristics of commercialization. In this study, the evaluation criteria were selected through the Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for factors to be considered when commercializing a virtual reality-based education and training system, and the priorities of the projects were determined. Based on previous studies, an initial AHP model was constructed and the relative importance of six factors, including reality, was analyzed as the level 1 evaluation criteria. Next, for Level 2, each evaluation criterion was evaluated to confirm the importance of each of the 11 tasks in the six evaluation criteria, and priorities were selected for each task. As a result of the analysis, level 1 showed that reality and ripple had higher importance than other factors. As a result of evaluating the final relative importance, the priority was shown in the order of ① flight training, ② disaster training, ③ shooting Training, and ④ driving a vehicle. Based on the relative priorities determined in Levels 1 and 2 of the model presented in this study, the importance of each project necessary for final decision-making of the research priorities for the defense virtual reality project was presented. It is expected that this study can be used as a reference material for prioritizing the commercialization of education and training systems in the defense sector.

This study aimed to find out the formation of ecologically educational place identity of nature trails in national parks, which elementary school students to adults can understand, by analyzing the connectivity between characteristics (signs) of nature trails and elementary science environment-related key concepts and the domain of ecological education in the course of environment and by developing a semiotic interpretation model of place identity based on Barthes's semiotic theory. When analyzing correlations between the interpretation board-focused surrounding environment of nature trails and the content system of ecological education, this study found out that it showed the highest connectivity with the domain of 'System of Ecological Environment'. When analyzing the formation of place identity of nature trails in terms of semiotics, this study discovered that geographical locations or landscapes, artificial environments and physical elements as characteristics of surrounding environments mostly acted on the formation of placeness. Besides, it was found that both knowledge and attachment elements equally could act on the formation of a sense of place. Being likely to develop through interaction between placeness and a sense of place, place identity was mostly composed of behavioral internal stages and sympathetic internal stages. To diversify the formation of place identity, however, this study found it necessary to develop environment education projects and create surrounding environments and interpretation boards with the environmental uniqueness of nature trails reflected much more.

The purpose of this study is to extract and analyze ecological citizenship elements in the middle school home economics textbook used in the 2015 national curriculum for the introduction of ecological transformation education in the 2022 national curriculum. As a result of the analysis, the content analysis of the ecological citizenship factor was validated by six experts who are incumbent middle school home economics teachers, and the S-CVI value was 0.97, ensuring the validity of the ecological citizenship factor analysis. The results of analyzing 242 ecological citizenship factors extracted from home economics textbooks are as follows. According to the content area of the 2015 national home economics curriculum, the 'human development and family' area had the highest presence of ecological citizenship factors followed by the 'resource management and self-reliance' area and the 'home life and safety' area. Among the categories of ecological citizenship factors, 'value⋅attitude' was the most frequent, followed by 'process⋅function' and 'knowledge⋅understanding'. For each textbook composition system, ecological citizenship elements were extracted in the order of pictures, text, activities, and supplementary materials. There was a significant variation in the number of ecological citizenship factors among publishers, indicating the importance of the textbook writers' perception, interpretation, and direction of writing. Based on these analysis results, ecological citizenship teaching and learning activities applicable to home economics education were presented. This study highlights the potential for practicing ecological citizenship education in line with the new orientation of the curriculum on ecological transformation education through home economics education. Furthermore, it provides valuable baseline data for the development and implementation of textbooks for the 2022 national curriculum.

According to accelerate the convergence of defense and information technology, there is a need for innovative change in Military e-Learning service system. In other words, It has increased the need for system integration based on standards and interoperability to develop into a network-centric information and knowledge. In this study, It would like to introduce an integrated direction Military e-Learning service system on the SOA-based video content services in the operating system for the operating model. SOA is taking advantage in integration and expansion of the unit with a process. Using it, define of video services platform architecture and define of business model based on the Imprimatur model. Based on this, it define the role of actors for video content service in each step of the operating model, that is Production model, Brokerage model and consumption model. In the operating system, it define the functions and data to control and handle the needed functionality for video content services based on the operational model.

기업가정신의 중요성이 전 세계적으로 확산하며, 국내에서도 기업가정신 함양을 위한 다양한 형태의 교육들이 '창업교육', '기업가정신 교육', '앙트러프러너십 교육' 등 저마다의 이름과 형태로 실시되고 있다. 기업가정신 교육이 확산됨에 따라 관련 연구 또한 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 개별적인 연구결과가 일관된 결론을 도출하고 있는지는 확인되지 않았다. 아직까지 관련 연구들을 종합하여 교육 성과에 대한 통일된 결과를 제시하는 연구는 미비한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 10년 동안 국내 학술지에 게재된 다수의 논문을 대상으로 메타분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 기업가정신 교육 프로그램의 성과를 체계적이고 종합적으로 제시하고 관련 연구 동향을 검토하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 기업가정신 교육의 효과성에 대한 타당하고 통일된 결론이 제시되어 기업가정신 교육 프로그램의 개선과 발전을 위한 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다.

현재의 지식 사회에 대응하기 위하여 교육인적자원부, 시 도 교육청 각종 교육관련 기관은 다량의 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발하고 보급하였다. 그러나 교육용 콘텐츠에 대한 질 관리에 대해서는 개념도 불명확하고 법이나 규정도 미비하여 국가수준의 질 관리방법이나 절차도 체계성을 가지지 못하고 있어 양질의 자료 선별과 품질이 관리된 특화된 정보를 사용자에게 제공하는 기회가 부족하였다. 본 연구는 양질의 콘텐츠를 선별 탑재하기위해 기존의 정량적 평가 방법에 정성적 평가 방법을 보완하여 콘텐츠 특성에 맞는 평가를 할 수 있는 지침을 마련하였다.

초등 정보과학 영재교육의 핵심이 되는 프로그래밍교육은 창의적 사고와 수준 높은 문제 해결력을 동원하여 새로운 알고리즘을 생성해내는 정보 교육의 중요한 분야임에도 불구하고 초등 정보과학영재의 특성을 고려한 체계적인 교육 내용이 확립되어 있지 못한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 초등 정보과학영재를 위한 프로그래밍 교육의 필요성을 탐색하여 프로그래밍 교육내용 요소를 추출하였으며, 프로그래밍 언어 선정기준을 통해 비주얼, 베이직을 교육용 프로그래밍 언어로 선정한 후 프로그래밍 교육내용을 제안하였다.
