This study explored three types of educational participatory motivations among 196 adult social work students at one of Cyber University in Seoul, Korea. and examined the relationship of educational participatory motivations and educational satisfaction, aiming to provide suggestions for increasing adult social work students' educational satisfaction. Results revealed that students had goal-oriented motivation the most, followed by learning-oriented motivation and activity-oriented motivation. Results showed that age and three types of educational participatory motivations, in order of goal-oriented, learning-oriented, and activity-oriented motivations, influenced educational satisfaction. In conclusion, this study suggested that cyber universities should improve educational environments including educational curriculum, in order to meet adult social work students' goal-oriented motivation, and provide methods to satisfy adult social work students' activity-oriented motivation, reflecting their altruism. In addition, young social work students' educational participatory motivations should be explored to increase their educational satisfaction.

In order to develop the marketing strategy of Korean floral arrangement courses for chinese tourists, this study aimed at gaining their participation motivation with application of the ZMET (Zaltman metaphor-elicitation technique). According to the results, 18 constructs ('a sense of accomplishment', 'Korean culture visit', 'teacher's high-quality service', 'professionalism', 'to be together', 'communication with others', 'joint pleasure', 'better than China', 'not available in China', 'healing', 'the feeling of happiness and love', 'easy access to art', 'wonderful life shot', 'beautiful interior', 'special design', 'expectation', 'close to nature', and 'nice daily-life decoration') were derived and 4 main constructs ('a sense of accomplishment', 'Korean culture visit', 'teacher's high-quality service', and 'professionalism') of the consensus map were analyzed. Therefore, the Korean floral arrangement courses for chinese tourists should open an adjustable level of difficulty of curriculum, offer an opportunity to experience other Korean culture and increase florist's abilities from various aspects.

In elementary schools, software education became essential and the importance of artificial intelligence education was emphasized. The software private education market is gradually growing, but related research is insufficient. In addition to the software education provided by public education, a basic investigation and analysis on the reasons and perceptions of parents participating in software private education are required. This study surveyed the reasons and necessity of participating in software private education, and perceptions of software education for parents of elementary school students who participated in software private education. As a result of the study, the biggest reason for participating in software private education was the lack of time and environment to provide software education in elementary schools. It was analyzed that the need for private software education had the greatest impact on the need for a separate formal subject for software education.

The objective of this study was to survey Chinese university students taking a required taekwondo course, with a goal to understand the impact of motives for participating in required university physical education courses on the subjective sense of well-being of the students. To achieve this end, the current study selected 256 students participating in a required taekwondo course in a university located in Shaanxi Province, China, as final effective samples. SPSS 22.0 was used to process the data, and the analysis results are as follows: First, Chinese university students' motives of participating in required physical education courses were positively correlated with their subjective well-being. More specifically, cognitive motivation, intellectual motivation, and social motivation, in that order, had significant correlation with positive emotions. Second, intellectual motivation was found to have a positive correlation with sense of satisfaction in life, while cognitive motivation had a negative correlation with sense of satisfaction in life. Third, intellectual and cognitive motivations were found to influence positive emotions, but social motivation was found not to have an influence on all areas of subjective sense of well-being. In addition, intellectual, cognitive, and social motivations were found not to have an influence on negative emotions.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the factor of participation motivation, recognition and reward affecting the continuance will of university student volunteers. For the research, participation motivation was consisted of egoistic motives and altruistic motives. Recognition and reward(R&R) were consisted of psychosocial R&R, educational cultural R&R, and economic R&R. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics showed that participation motivation was mixed, psychosocial R&R was higher than economic R&R. By using a multiple regression, egoistic motives and altruistic motives had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will, and psychosocial R&R and economic R&R had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will. This study finally discussed theoretical and practical implications for university student's volunteer strategies on the results.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of adolescents´ perception of the fathers´ child-rearing on their self-efficacy and achievement motivation. The subjects of this study were 456 adolescents from 3 middle schools located in Seoul and GyeonggiDo. The main results are as follows. (1) There was a significant correlation between the father´s child-rearing involvement and the adolescent´s self-efficacy. The father´s ‘day-to-day guidance’ was the best predictor of the adolescent´s self-efficacy. (2) There was a significant correlation between the father´s child-rearing involvement and the adolescent´s achievement motivation. The father´s ‘day-to-day guidance’ was the best predictor in predicting the adolescent´s achievement motivation. In conclusion, the adolescent´s perceived father´s child-rearing involvement were found to be significant variables in predicting the adolescent´s self-efficacy and achievement motivation.

In recent years, universities are actively developing and applying regular start-up curriculum, comparisons and activities in order to revitalize various forms of business-oriented academic programs. In addition, the government has established various experiential entrepreneurship education programs such as "Student Entrepreneurship Team 300 (U-300)" to support professional entrepreneurship education such as entrepreneurship mentoring for entrepreneurship clubs in universities nationwide. Therefore, this study empirically verified the influence of participation motivation,, mentoring function, and mentor competence on entrepreneurship education satisfaction and entrepreneurship will for participants of experiential entrepreneurship programs centered on entrepreneurship mentoring. The results of the study were as follows: First, the motivation to participate in entrepreneurship education and mentoring capacity had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. It became. The findings of this study suggest that in order to more effectively promote entrepreneurship education in the university, which is now quantitatively expanded, it is necessary to improve various ways of creating qualitative effects such as expansion of experiential teaching methods and entrepreneurship mentoring. We believe this could provide policy implications for reinforcing the expertise of entrepreneurs who conduct mentoring.

This study examined the effects of adults' participation motives for lifelong learning, and satisfaction and learning outcomes on social capital formation. The subjects were 354 adult learners, who were over 20 years of age. They had a lifelong learning experience in various lifelong education institutes and facilities located in the D provincial areas. The statistical methods of this study were correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the adults' participation motives for lifelong learning had positive effects on the social capital formation, and it had effects on the satisfaction and learning outcomes. Adult learners' satisfaction and learning outcomes had positive effects on the social capital formation. In addition, there were mediating effects between adult learners' participation motives and social capital formation. This study is meaningful for the development of lifelong learning by providing theoretical and practical implications.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of elderly sports activities participation motivation on Leisure Satisfaction The participants were from elderly who the daily sports program. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed from Sep. 1 to Oct. 31, 2018 and, after excluding 53 questionnaires that had missed or inappropriate answers thus low reliability, 197 questionnaires were included in effective sample. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 21 and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis were performed. The results, based on them, are as follows: First, Among the motivations for participating in the elderly sports activities, internal motivation influenced psychological satisfaction, educational satisfaction, psychological satisfaction. Second. external motive influenced social satisfaction, resting satisfaction. Third. amotivation influenced psychological satisfaction, educational satisfaction, resting satisfaction, environmental satisfaction.

본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 창업교육이 지역 대학생들의 창업동기와 창업역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량이 창업교육 수료 후 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역 K대학교 창업관련 교과 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.
