An Empirical Study of Factors Affecting Entrepreneurship Education (단기 창업교육프로그램 교육성과 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체에서 실시하고 있는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들의 학습동기와 창업의지, 교육 만족도, 자기 유능감이 창업교육성과에 미치는 영향을 문헌적으로 고찰하였으며, 설정된 연구가설의 검증을 위하여 서울시와 인천시가 주관하는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습참여 동기는 교육만족도와 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 창업의지는 교육만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 참가자의 교육 만족도는 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습자의 만족도와 자기유능감은 교육성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습 참여 동기와 창업의지가 높을수록 창업에 대한 다양한 지식과 기술 습득을 의미하는 자기 유능감과 만족도가 높아지며, 아울러 단기 창업교육프로그램에 대한 학습자의 교육성과 또한 높게 나타났다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 최근 들어 증가하고 있는 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램이, 비교적 장기간에 걸쳐 진행되는 정규교육기관의 창업교육과는 달리, 짧은 기간 내에 효과적인 창업교육 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 교육 참가자들의 학습동기 및 창업의지 등 개인적 특성을 사전에 충분히 파악하여 적합한 대상자를 선발하여야 하며, 교육내용에 대한 만족도 제고를 통해 예비 창업자들이 스스로 다양한 창업관련 지식과 기술 등에 관한 자기 유능감을 향상시키는 데 주안점을 두어야 한다는 점이다.

An Exploratory Research of Structural Relationship between Importance, Satisfaction and Recommendation Intention for University Lifelong Education Perceived by Adult Learners (성인학습자의 대학평생교육 운영요인 만족도와 대학평생교육 만족도, 추천의도 간 관계 연구)

  • This study examined the relationship between demographic characteristics, satisfaction of operating factors in college lifelong education, satisfaction of college lifelong education, and recommendation intention for 1,782 adult learners of college lifelong education (N=1782). As a result of Hypothesis 1, gender and age were found to have a significant effect in all areas of college lifelong education satisfaction (education content, pedagogy, instructor, educational environment, system, support), while education level did not. In addition, the learning time was verified to affect only the educational content, educational environment, and satisfaction with the system and support. As a result of Hypothesis 2, it was found that the satisfaction of the operating factors of the instructor, system, and support had a positive effect on the satisfaction of college lifelong education, and the environmental factors of education had a negative effect. As a result of verification of Hypothesis 3, it was found that the satisfaction of college lifelong education influenced the intention of recommendation. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of satisfaction with the operational factors of college lifelong education, the satisfaction of college lifelong education, and the intention of recommendation for adult learners of a university that is operating a degree program dedicated to adult learners who are actually practicing the transition to a lifelong education system of university as an innovation in higher education. The relationship verification is expected to provide practical implications for constructing a new college lifelong education model in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information education satisfaction of the elderly welfare center on information utilization satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. For this purpose, we surveyed the elderly who were enrolled in the elderly welfare center from September 02 to September 24, 2015. First, in the information cognition improvement of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information, education instructor, and educational environment are important. And in the improvement of the information experience of the elderly, it was found that the education contents, the education method, the instructor and the educational environment factors of the satisfaction of information education were important factors. Second, in the improvement of personal factors satisfaction of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information and education and the factors of education instructor were important factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy and satisfaction of the elderly.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify student's patient education experience, satisfaction with clinical nursing practice and self-efficacy in Maternity nursing practice. As the result, The nursing students had difficulties in accessing the patient, education time, and lack of self-confidence. There was a statistically significant difference in satisfaction of patient education experience with method of education, time of practice, and satisfaction of maternity nursing, satisfaction with clinical nursing practice with attitude of students, satisfaction of clinical practice, practice place, self-efficacy with grades, satisfaction of maternity nursing, practice place. In order to overcome the difficulties and limitations of maternal nursing practice, we maintain close cooperation with the hospital staff and propose it as a strategy of teaching method and practice guidance reflecting the needs of nursing students.

  • 본 연구는 객실승무원 교육훈련 만족이 자기효능감 및 서비스태도(서비스 몰입, 서비스 지향의 자발적 행동)에 어떻게 작용하는지 실증적으로 분석하여 바람직한 객실승무원 교육훈련의 방향을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 비행근무 중인 국내 K항공사 객실승무원 210명을 대상으로 자기 보고식 설문지를 배포하여 유효한 설문지 208부를 대상으로 기초 통계 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련 내용(용모 및 태도 관련 내용, 서비스자세 관련 내용, 대처요령 관련 내용)은 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 객실승무원 훈련담당강사는 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 객실승무원 교육시스템은 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 서비스몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 서비스지향의 자발적 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on effect of educational satisfaction on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment among new Police officers (신임경찰 교육만족도가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how the new police education will affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the Central Police Academy, the new policemen(288th newly appointed officers) were surveyed as a survey of educational satisfaction(education, curriculum, teaching facilities, teaching facilities), and awareness of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results are summarized as follows. First, Educational satisfaction has shown that there is a static correlation between job satisfaction and organizational involvement. Second, the teaching ability has a significant effect on all the factors contributing to job satisfaction, in relation to the effect of the educational satisfaction on job satisfaction. Third, in relation to the effect of the educational satisfaction on organizational commitment, the teaching ability has had a significant effect on all the factors involved in organizational involvement, and education courses and educational facilities have shown significant effects on continuance commitment among organizational commitment. These results suggest that education for working subjects should be conducted in a more case-oriented instruction, and the practice of on-the-job training is required to ensure practical hands-on learning.

대학의 창업교육서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 진행되고 있지만 창업성과에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업성과를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 창업교육 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 5개 요소 21개의 문항을 설정하고, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 고객 만족에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업교육 수강생의 교육만족을 정의하고, 창업역량의 요소 중 성취역량, 창의성역량, 개념화역량, 사회적 역량 등에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육만족과 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창업교육 서비스 품질은 기존의 연구와 다르게 유형성과 신뢰성이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 4개 요인으로 확인되었고, 4개의 요인으로 구성된 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 창업역량 요인을 4개로 정의하여 설문을 분석한 결과 성취역량과 창의성역량이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 개념화역량, 사회적 역량과 함께 3가지 요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육만족에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업의지는 창업역량에 영향을 받았지만, 교육만족에 직접적인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육만족이 창업역량을 통하여 창업의지에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 차후 연구에서는 대상을 여러 지역 혹은 전국으로 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 다른 변수와의 접근 방법을 가지고 연구되어야 할 것이다.

  • This study investigates the influence of educational satisfaction on job satisfaction. The sample consists of 243 students who took a re-vocational cooking class program at a cooking school. To accomplish the result, frequency analysis, factor and reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis were used. Based on the result, educational satisfaction is related to satisfaction with education time, satisfaction with facilities and satisfaction with contents. Also, job satisfaction is related to satisfaction with payment and satisfaction with performance. The result showed that gender and possession of a license are statistically significant on education time and educational contents; however, it didn't show the significance of educational facilities.

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically examine what effects of education and training program factors such as content, method, environment and instructor on learning satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational performance. The education and training program factors like content, method and instructor were found to significantly affect learning satisfaction and job satisfaction. But environment for that program had no significant effect on any of both the satisfaction.

Importance Performance Analysis of personal assistants education for the disabled : Focused on management in Pyeongtaek, H university (장애인 활동보조인 교육의 IPA 분석 : 평택 H대학 운영사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze importance and satisfaction of management and curriculum of personal assistants education. This study analyzed exploratory factor of importance and satisfaction questions in personal assistants education, correlation and a difference of importance and satisfaction according to factors, and investigates improvement plan through IPA analysis. The targets of this research are 231 personal assistants participating in personal assistants education managed in South Gyeonggi-do. As a result, it is shown that the sub-factors of personal assistants education mostly have a correlation, and two factors such as 'education management' and 'curriculum' are investigated. As a result of IPA analysis, it is drawn that 'education period' needs intensive improvement in education management, and 'practice class' and 'theory class' need intensive improvement in curriculum. This research is significant because the importance and satisfaction of personal assistants education are investigated and the improvement plan is provided.
